Unknown woman woke up groaning. She mumbles to herself until she realised a major problem in front of her.
She who happened to realise that she is possessing different body and looks at her surrounding surprised but not a hint of motion on her face.
She stands up staggering since it's different body she needed sometime to adapt. She soon adapted and surveyed the whole room finally standing in front of window looking out a beautiful creation of Nature and little farther away bustling city with vehicles and peoples walking.

She stands puzzled. Analysing every little bit of information she can.
She looks outside in daze sunlight reflecting on her smooth proclaim white skin, her jet black hair flutters , her glimmering dim dark orb eyes frozed with hint of cold and ruthlessness hidden in depths.

{The girl body which am currently possessing is an orphan... that's great! Since, I was an orphan before as well it wouldn't be problem if I suddenly changed no one will noticed and burden of taking care of feeling of the family won't exist.}
Previously, I was just an white collar worker at small company before apocalypse suddenly begin. Monsters started appearing just like those in mmrg from portal or crack.
Then a Oracle was heard in whole world that the end of world is coming. This is the punishment God had bestowed upon human kind for their excessive greed.
After that half of humanity was destroyed everyone live in fear until awakened warrior arrived. People who awakened with supernatural ability depending on their surroundings what abilities they got. A flame of Hopes ignited in hearts of the world. Everyone started to relatiale until another Oracle was heard "This is the last bit of kindness given to those who strive hard to survive" .
But I,who was just in slavery of dog-shit company before apocalypse have not courage to fight with those awakened and above me . Then again I was forced to slavery being human-food pack for zombies until I finally awakened my ability surviving depending only on myself in those hordes of zombies.
i awakened a unique and powerful ability but I was not able to utilise it fully until my teammates betrayed me leaving me alone. I survived, I win against my fear, I became strong enough to protect myself .
I became known as "Lone Wolf" since from then I decided to only trust myself and depends on only myself. Years passed by i became stronger and stronger and started to lose my humanity. I watched myself become ruthless and cold-blooded woman who wouldn't bait an eye when killing losing all my human like features I only live to survive since I was afraid of dead their was nothing else. My only reason was this "Surviving until the end of the world To see destruction of human kind who betrayed me,stab me in back but I couldn't careless of pity revenge their not worth my time".

After sometime, She was totally immersed in her books until her phone light up and vibration coming from phone diverted her attention snatching from books to see the caller Id.
She picked up her phone to only hear a sweet and gentle voice of older man from other side.

What happened are you sick?
A genuinely worried voice ranged from other side of phone. Regina just stared. After a moment not hearing any voice the older man again speak his voice turned little hoarse and panicked can't be hidden.

I'm fine big brother.
She come out of her daze and replied in sweet gentle voice like soothing a child.

I just sat down to study and forget about time. Sorry for making you worry for nothing.
She said in apologetic voice sounded bit sad for making older man worried for nothing.
She then heard a soft chuckle from other side.

Your still student. I understand.
He said in understanding voice and asked her if she wanted a leave for evening shift .

Don't worry! I won't cut your pay you'll get today's pay together next weekend.
Older man added as if understanding that Regina think if she won't work she won't get her pay . He was very gentle when convincing regina . She finally gave after little chat they ended the call.
Regina immediately plop on ground since it was soft mattress below it's didn't to much blow to her .

{I can tell that they are genuinely kind to 'me'. I thought they must have ulterior motives since they were being excessively kind but after speaking with them myself I can tell. }

{I from my long experience in that trash world have learnt to read people and their tone that I proudly can say i have never wronged in my judgement of people just by seeing their behaviour,and listening from their tone i can tell easily. I have honed this skill to mastery level.}
She slowly drifted to sleep her breath was very faint and even mixing with surrounding as if their is no one present completely hiding herself in stealth like an assassin . It was like another nature of her being extremely careful of everything she just couldn't stop herself from leaving her old habits easily.
Like they say "Old Habits Die Hard".
She slept until night come. She slowly open her eyes before calmly walking to sink washing her face.
After that she got ready to go for her part-time job.
Before joining her shift she decided to buy herself something to ease her hunger . She bought herself a cheap sandwich walking munching on it with delightful face.

She enjoyed her cheap sandwich as if it's something amazing. In post apocalyptic world food such as this cheap sandwich were very expensive and taste was not even half great as this one she was currently having.
