Aiden had his own house where Anna went occasionally and where she had her own customized room.
The Royals members contract stated that members were supposed to live together, hence he lived alone.
The twins parents placed a condition in front of the company that Anna would live at her brother's place for a few days, every month. (After informing Katsumi)
