There was once a girl who wondered why nobody loved her. She wanted her deceased mother to love her.

Her deceased father. The only one left was her brother who was supposed to care for her.

There sat a girl on the floor bleeding surrounded by a group of men who only wanted to hurt her. She hid behind the cloak waiting for her brother to defend her, but did he? He never once helped her.

They took their bites, just like piranhas.

"Now take off that quilt right now, like a good sister."

She watched as her brother retreated, watching as the men relish her one by one.

Yet here she was, not fighting. She didn't like it, but she gave up long ago. She gave up hope and the reason to be loved.

This is a story of those who yield, never letting other people mind them. Their eyes show a lot, yet they prove them wrong.

Everleigh woke up to find herself in the shower, she may have passed out again. She knew she needed to go to the bank, her brother needed money to buy a variety of drugs, and alcohol. She got up and dressed in a simple outfit, putting a cap to cover her face.

When she reached the bank, she saw it was crowded. She got pushed around and pumped in people. It's not crowded, there was a fight.

A man standing beating the other man to a plump. He was wearing something decent, unlike the other man. After a few minutes, the man laid on the ground, Everliegh was the only one who stood watching the guy. He had blue eyes, dirty blonde hair and was wearing quite the casual clothes.

"Aren't you going to help?" The man talked.

Everliegh stood in her place, after a while she reached her hand to the man and held him up.

She just helped him till the bench in a nearby park. She zoned out, she completely forgot what she came here for.

That was until she heard a chuckle from the man beside her.

"You know you're quite the weird girl"

"Mmm"

She didn't like to talk, she didn't like to communicate in the first place.

She just looked at him and left, after a few minutes she came with a pack of ice, she handed it to him.

"I am injured you know, help me if you please," he said teasing her.

He wanted to get closer to her.

There was something about her that made him interested.
