University of justice is the one that is teaching the people that have powers to help and do it in a good way and they teach them to control their powers and learn about them more and they are the way to become a hero if you want to become a hero you need to graduate to university of justice and when you become a hero you will need to kill monsters, capture criminals and stop villains to destroy and kill and make chaos in the whole world so that you will be able to rank up
