The Dark Knight... have you ever heard such story as that...?

The Dark Knight are a creed, they're evil to the point where they kill their own families, they are actually warrior of the goods, but was turned to the dark.

Dark Knight creed is created by the strong Knight, it was created for the strong, to gather all the strong Knight.

All the dark Knight mustn't reveal their identity to others people, even their own creed must not known their face, they are aren't friends, they will hunt each other for money, that how evil they are.

So they used fake name, their name will resemble their armor, so this stories will be goes for the dark knight with nicknames of crows...

Crow have been accepted a request from a king, he was supposed to destroy useless village that needed the king help.

The request was, to burn the village alive with their citizen.

Crow was the only Dark Knight on that mission, even so the king sent their Knight to help crow destroy the village, so others village will thought that was rebellion from Dark Knight, not from the king himself.

There crow found a citizen that running away with her daughter, a mother, and a little girl, crow is riding a horse, the mother saw crow and feel scared to the point she pushed her own child to the ground, when crow saw that, he ignored the child, and kill the mother in front of the girl.

Crow goes down from his horse back, and walk to the girl.

Crow keep approaching the girl, and he said, "What a pitiful girl you are, you left by your useless mother because scared of me...?" The way crow pose and walking making the girl scared, so the girl move back, slowly and slowly.

"You seems... scared." said the girl, and then crow laughed, "Why... am I supposed, to be scared by... a frail young girl, can you mind to explain...?" He said that while laughing and smilling, the girl can see crow mouth is smilling, but couldn't see his face, it all dark there.

"If you weren't scared then... why didn't you kill me already." There silence between them, and then crow touched the girl head with his left hand, because he holding a long spear in his right hand.

"Aren't you the one that scared...?" Crow voice isn't like a human voice, the sound like a broken tape recording.

"N-no... I'm not, if I show my weakness to the enemy, I will end up dead, that what my long dead father says..."

The dark knight that named after crow, doesn't think of anything, he was just testing the girl, and then murder her, but...

He have some ridiculous thoughts in his own head, and then he laughed again.

"Be my daughter, I will take care of you." says the dark knight named crow.

But beside the dark Knight, there also a normal Knight that was looking at crow, and he said, "Are you crazy?! crow, you're the dark Knight, are you insane going to adopt her...?" and then crow stand up, and look at the Knight direction and he say, "I will adopt her, you say am I insane...? from the beginning, whoever joined the dark knight creed are not sane at all."

But it seems the Knight disagree, "Crow look, what about the reputation of the dark knight?! you will be hunted by the other dark Knight immediately, and you know it right?" and then crow hold the girl in his left hand and put it on his shoulder, "I don't care about my own reputation or their."

"You don't even know how to raise a kids, look you're evil crow." and then crow ride his horse, and said to the knignt, "Yes, I am bad, but I will raise the girl, unlike how bad her mother raise her."

Thus the horse start running, the girl is now sitting in front of him, when he controlling the horse, he also took some wood stick from his own bags in the horse, he fired up the stick with fire magic, and throw it to house, and also goes the same to the others knight, "Let go back to the camp, follow my lead!" says crow while the other following his back.

The dark Knight must be thinking of his own acting while controlling his horse, in his head why did he do such a thing like adopting a girl...?

Did he took it as a challenge for the other dark Knight to come at him? or maybe...

It was just a relief of guilt of his own past, after all, no human are born evil, he must be still have goods in him, or maybe he really didn't want to save her...?

They all arrived at the camp, after that crow and the girl goes inside his own tent, of course all the Knight looking at that direction and thinking about why did he do such a thing...?

Crow gave the kid a water drink, and the girl took it, after that crow preparing some dishes for the girl to eat.

The girl asked why, but no answer from him, and then she asked again, "Who are you...?" There slience between them, but crow still preparing the meal, and then gave it to her, and he said, "Who am I... I'm your step-father now, it doesn't matter who am I, or what am i." and the girl took the dish and doesn't give crow more question, because she knew, crow won't answer it.

Night time have come, so some of them sleep, and some of them awake to guard the camp.

After day time comes, all the Knight including the dark Knight crow, continue their journey back to the kingdom, when they arrived, the Knight goes first to the castle.

Meanwhile crow go into an inn bar, and place the girl there alone, "Wait... for me." says crow with weird voice, the girl feel very uneasy leaved alone, especially a place like inn, "D-Dad... don't leave me." said the girl, crow doesn't seems to confused, the girl thought if she called him dad, it would make him take her with him.

But instead, crow just silence, and walk away to the king, to get his reward after murdering the villager.

The dark Knight come back to his house, of course he doesn't live inside the kingdom, and not be one of the citizen that lives there, he just simply live in the woods, the forest, he build his own base.

His house is inside a hill, from there, there a hole inside goes to the hill, they're now underground in some kind of caves, in the cave there is crow house, that made of woods, beside the house is a water fall, it's amazing that there a good view inside a cave.

Both of them goes inside the house, crow prepared dishes for the both if them, the girl is expecting his step-dad face, but she forgot one thing.

The one problem she forgot is, crow doesn't actually need to put down his helmet to eat or drink, because there a place to eat.

And of course, she is disappointed, then looking at the girl depressed like that, crow asked her, "I don't... want to call you... girl over and... over again." says him, the girl a bit confused what was he said, then she finally figured that the dark Knight want to know her name, "My name is zena."

"Zena... that, a nice, name." Said him while eating his own food, zena eat some soup, but it seems crow is eating noodle, zena was expecting that he would eat big meat like crocodilw because of crow appearancrxbut instead... just a cheap noodle.

After eating their food, crow started a conversation with zena, "Zena... do you have, ever goes, to school?" Crow asked zena, and then zena says, "No I never did... in my village, school are for they that have money."

Then the Knight just sitting there, menacingly, making zena frightened for a bit, and then he stand up, and goes outside of the house, zena feel scared because he just suddenly slienced and leaves the house.

So she still sitting there, after 10 minute passes, zena decided to go out, and check outside, but in there in the cave, no sight of someone.

So zena decided to go in into the house again waiting for crow to come back home.

She scared that crow would punish her because she feel scared of crow appearance, so all she did is just walking around the house to check the rooms, after few minute passes, there a voice from outside, so zena walk into the door.

There he is, the dark knight have just been come back from his walk, crow close the door, and pull her hand inside, now they're in the dining room again.

Zena feel scared, then crow take a paper out of his small bags, and gave her the paper, "Take... this, I have, been, written a form, to enroll you in School." Says crow, and then all that fear in zena body goes in a seconds.

She thought she gonna slap her or maybe do bad things to her, but it seems she have been missunderstand about him, "You did this for me...?" says zena, but then crow doesn't answer and walk away to his room, but when he is in front of his room door, he said, "I... didn't do this, for you, it's for my, daughter, next week, you gonna be, in school, now." So the dark knight entered his own room.

Crow didn't tell zena where is her room, but what on her mind was, she think crow wanted to say, just pick the room she want.

And surely zena goes into a room that she already checked before, now the place outside the cave is dark, it mean for both of them to take a sleep.

Day time comes, crow decided to go out to some village to buy her everyday outfit, he can't go inside kingdom and walk around the mall, so instead, he and that girl, walk into the nearby village.

Crow take his horse and ride it with zena, so they start moving into the nearby village there, they have been arrived, but the people of the village seems doesn't scared of crow, so zena asked him, "Why does they not scared of you?" and then crow put zena down, and of course, he leave his horse too.

"it's... a long story, like, acquaintance." Zena just nodded, and not giving more question, so both of them walk into the village, from their left and right so many houses and kids, there a man with dark hair, and used tank top, he said to crow, "Crow, I heard that you burned the village around here, is it true?" and then all crow did is nodded, and then that man say, "Well don't burn this village okay...?" And crow laughed and answer him, "Sure enough... if they gave me money, I will do anything, even, burn this, village." and both of them just laughing.

Zena seems confused, why did that man laughed about being dead...?

So zena decided to ask him, "Uncle-uncle!" she said, then the man look at the girl direction, at first he didn't realize but, now he realized that crow is holding hand with that girl and says to crow, "Man you even steals kids...!"

"Yes, I do, she mine, property now." and then the man laughed and says, "Hahaha that funny crow, but that not how is it right? right...?"

"Well, no but, actually she, my, adopted daughter." The man gave a laugh again and give zena more confused why the man always laughing and says to crow, "I see I see, you're adopting her huh...? so how goes the adoption work, did you have the form or something...?"

Both of them just standing silence and then crow said to him, "Oh... it's easy, to, adopt someone, just kill, their mother, and done." and the man touch his own head and say, "Ack my head feel hurt, I can't keep up with the joke, but I think you wasn't joking at all, so girl, you want to ask me about something right?"

And zena nodded and ask him, "Why aren't the people in the village aren't scared of him...? I mean he burned down your neighboring village." and then he headpat the girl and says, "Well you see, it's a complicated story, actually this person is a people of this village before he became dark knight, we know his face, actually his kids face, but when he almost hit teenage, he just gone and came back with these weird metal, armor, iron, on his body."

So the girl just nodded there, and then the man says to her, "Well it seems you're his daughter now, take care of this weird iron guy." and then zena just went, "Okay!" so both of crow and zena just walk away from the man.

After both of them bought some outfit for zena, crow sense someone is following them from behind these building.

But he Ignored it, he ignored it not because he arrogant and demeaning the person, it's because he accepted the challenge to fight them off.

After walking off a minute, there something that fall down in front of zena and crow, it seems they are a human, but... they also wearing dark armor, could it be they're also one of the dark Knight...?

"My name is parrots, you must be heard my name before right... crow." And the man stand up after fall to the ground, and crow says to the man, "I... don't, are you, actually one, of, the, dark knight." And then the man laugh and says, "Of course I-" but before parrot finish his own sentence, crow already summon his own spear in his right hands and attacked parrot with stab into the stomach, so parrot bounced back and fall to the floor, because crow lance was to strong to hold.

"D-Damn it! I didn't even finish my sentence yet, and yet, you call yourself the dark Knight?!" Says parrot and try to stand up, and he took a sword from his scabbard, the sword type is rapier, a really small sword, it feel like a stick than a sword, but the attack is fast and accurate, but it weak.

"Am... I a, dark knight, you said...?" And then parrot laugh and says, "Hah I see, your story is just big fake story, and it all a lie you fool!" So parrot start to dash and run to crow direction, but crow immediately pushed zena into some kind of building, but definitely not a gentle push.

"Dark... knight, when they started, fight, mustn't, not with, their mouth, but, their hands." Says crow.

Parrot tried to stab him but, crow with his doubled lance pushed his rapier up there, and then crow rotate his lance and pushed his hand to stab parrot armor in the chest, but instead parrot dodged the attack to crow right, so crow moves his lance fast to the right.

Parrot side of the body was hit by Crow attack, and Parrot bounced against the wall until the wall cracked, "Ack... you really is strong as the story, sorry man, it just... you know, I'm interested, if you attacked me again, you know you won't win right?, you're fighting 1 against 2 people." And crow looked at the others direction, there another person with dark armor.

Every dark Knight armor are the same, the only difference are their helmet armor must resemble the nickname they used, parrot helmet is almost identical to crow, that probably what make he mad.

And then parrot put his sword again in his scabbard and tried to stand up, and he says to crow, "Okay man let's just... introduce ourself." So the man walk away, and go near the other person, both of them waiting for crow.

Meanwhile crow go near zena, zena looks like she's in pain from being pushed by crow, her leg is slightly scratched and it's bleeding, but he ignored it, He thinks all humans are as strong as him, that's why he forced Zena to stand up, "Stand up... I said, be, stand up." zena tried to stand up slowly, but fell, but crow still forced her to stand, and she tried to stand up again.

But crow still forced her to stand up, but zena couldn't stand up anymore so she was crying, At that time, crow was very confused, why did Zena not want to stand up at all, and instead let out tears...?

So the others dark knight such as parrot and the others one, approach crow and says to crow, "Hey crow, she can't stand up, can't you see that clearly...?! you're crazy!"

And after that crow looked at them both and said, "I, don't understand, why she, didn't stand up." so parrot says to crow that her leg is injured, therefore zena is unable to stand, but crow says, "aren't... humans, much more, stronger, than that...?" Parrot scratched his helmet hard and said to crow, "Look crow, not everyone is born strong like you."

Therefore crow immediately took some kind of cloth from his bag, and tied zena's injured leg, after that he carried her in his own arm, zena is still confused about crow personality, but she thinks that it looks like crow not a bad person, but its just crow not able to understand other people.

"Do you want my help" said parrot, but crow refused, and said to parrot, "iif... you helped me, you, will know, where my base is, so, no, thank you, and, go, away." With that words, crow walk away with zena on his arm, and then he ride his horse, back to their home.

Crow seems to be still confused about zena doesn't want to stand up, "Does, it hurt...?" and zena just nodded, and then crow says to zena, "I... don't, get, it... are human, are that, weak...?" There no answer from zena, and then crow keep asking her, "I... know human will, be weak, even so, are they... that weak...?" Still no answer from zena, she just silently nodded.

"I... see, then, the next, time... I, be more, careful." and there goes, their journey to buy outfit for zena, both of them go back to their house, and they arrivee at the hill, and go inside the caves.

Inside there, they found their house, in the back of the house is a really beautiful waterfall, they used to get water to drink from there, well they also used it for washing their body there.

Inside the house, zena put down to her bed, because her leg still felt hurt, "Is... it still hurt?" Asked crow with uneasy feeling, and then zena says to him, "It's fine, it gonna heal, don't worry."

With that words, crow believed her, and he leaves the room to let her rest in her bed.
