It’s been 3 years since I left China and came here to South Korea. I have changed my from Dawn to Clarity. I still go online and on tv to see how my brother is doing. I feel so guilty for leaving him with out a proper goodbye. After 2 months of my disappearance my once benevolent brother turned into the heartless prince he is now today.

“Ugh I have to wake up early tomorrow to prepare for the school assembly. I regret being student council President! Oh well time to sleep”

After finally rolling out of bed I made it to the gymnasium. Now it’s time to start setting up with the rest of the council.

“HEY CLARITY!”

“What do you want Heyon? Can’t you see I’m buys you idiot?!”

“Geez sorry. I was wondering who are the special guest arriving today? This is Seoul’s top school. Do you think it’s gonna be a President of a company maybe?”

“Sorry Heyon but the principal didn’t say who it was. No are you gonna just keep standing there or give me some help sir Vice President!”

“Ah! Sorry I’ll get to it!”

Heyon and I been friends since I first started school here. He goofy and silly when we first met it was quite amusing seeing him stumble around. As time went by he showed me he is not just goofy but also a talented genius. He ranked in the country’s top 10. It was surprising at first but when we both had a study session together for math I saw how he really was under the clumsy exterior. He was well liked by everyone one of the most popular people in school even tho he was popular he always treated people equally, I adore that about him.

“Heyon it’s lunch time now.”

“Alright I’m coming. Let me get a soda from the vending machine I’ll meet you at the rooftop.

“Alright make it quick or I’m not giving you any candies.”

“Not the candies! Fine I’ll be fast!”

As I made it to the rooftop it was a cool breeze.

Meanwhile at Heyon’s end.

“Heyon!”

“Hm? Yeah what is it Su-Jin?”

“I see it your having lunch with the President this time again are you guys dating yet?!”

“WHAT?! No.”

“Are you sure Heyon since she first walked into class three years ago you have been fixated on her plus you treat her differently then the rest of us. If your not dating her do you like her?”

“I- really is it that obvious?!”

“You joined students council just for her! Plus the whole school knows that.”

“THEY DO! Why didn’t you tell me anything sooner you mean girl?!”

“Pfft sorry I thought you knew well Imma get going see ya at the assembly.”

Su-Jin is not wrong though I liked Clarity since the start. Yet I don’t know how she feels or have to courage to ask her...”

“Clarity I got you your favorite soda.”

“Thanks you the best Heyon!”

“I-It’s not a problem!”

“Here I got you cookies and cream chocolate.”

“Yesss my candy! I love you my sweet delicious candy bar!”

“Heyon I am tired from doing preparations. I just want to sleep right now.”

“Let me guess you said you were gonna sleep early but you stayed up pass 12 again?”

“I hate it when your right!”

“As expected of you. C’mon here.”

“Huh why?”

“Y-you said you wanted to sleep right so you can lay d-down in me...”

“Awe thanks I’ll take you up on that offer.”

Shit she is moving closer! My heart is pounding! C’mon stay cool and calm down!

“Wake me up 10 minutes till lunch is over.”

“S-sure thing!”

She looks beautiful even when she is sleeping.

As Heyon ever so lightly brushes his hand on her porcelain face. Then started to imagine what life would be like with her.

“Psst wake up!”

“Mhmmm!”

“WAKE UP CLARITY!”

“AH I’M UP I’M UP!”

“C’mon wipe your droll and lets get to the assembly.”

During the assembly I sat in the first row as normal being the school president. The principal was going through his normal procedures. Greetings us then his trival announcements about the school. Then he finally tells us something about of guests.

“Students today is a special day because we have 2 very important guests. They are renowned around the world for many things of their own accord. But mostly known for their families business. I want you to be very respectful to them they will arrive in five minutes.”

“Psst Clarity who do you think they are?”

“I don’t know to be honest.”

“I wonder if they are as grand as he says.”

“Eh we won’t know unless we se-.’’

“Hello everyone.”

At that moment the crowd started cheering. But as for me I froze I didn’t dare to look up his voice was so familiar and his presence was strong. I slowly lifted my head and saw. My brother. I keep my head slightly down so he won’t notice me.

We now it’s time for us to speak again...

“A lot of you here seem to know us. I am Zachary Jiang this is my best friend Aiden Yin.”

“Today me and Zachary are here to have a Q&A.”

During the questioning I spotted a girl in the crowd who felt familiar familiar with a warm presence filling the room. I wanted to see what she looked like but her head was always down. I can also see that Aiden senses that girl too but just who is she?

“Okay now it’s time for another question this time Zachary will answer.”

“You boy with the glasses at the back.”

“Um I’m scared to ask this question.”

“Don’t be its just a question.”

“A-alright do you have any news of the lost princess?”

At that moment the room tension was heavy and everyone had their eyes fixated on Zachary and Aiden.

“As far was we know she is still alive.”

“Hey Zachary since we entered the room this girl right here in the front as kept her head down right? Didn’t you notice too?”

Soon the whole room started muttering and staring at me I felt so scared at that moment then the principal spoke.

“Clarity stand up and show you face and apologize. I expect more from my school president!”

“C’mon I know Zachary is pretty scary but I’m not just show your face.”

“F-FINE!”

As this I slowly stood up I looked up and made eye contact between them.

“D-Dawn...”

“Tell me is that really you Dawn?”

Then the crowd realized what is happening and started whispering in discussion.

“I can’t believe the president is actually the lost princess!”

“Look at them they look exactly alike.”

“How did we not realize this sooner?!”

Soon they slowly silenced themselves and all the attention was on them. Students started recording and posting pictures online.

“Dawn stop just looking at us and speak do you know what me and Zachary went through when you left. You left nothing behind but a note. We went crazy trying to look for you!”

“Aiden calm down.”

Soon the both of them walked down the stage and stood right infront of me.

“Dawn why did you leave?!”

“LET GO OF MY HAND!”

Heyon pushes them back and blocked her.

“SHE SAID LET GO!”

“Heyon...”

“Can’t you see she not Dawn she didn’t admit it, it might just be a coincidence you guys look alike! She is Our school president Clarity Kim!”

“Tsk. Are you sure you know what your talking about?”

“I’m sure Clarity would never lie to us!”

“It’s not a damn coincidence she has the same beauty mark in the exact same spot you stupid bastard!”

At that moment Aiden took I swing at Heyon. Those two kept fighting then Heyon pulled Zachary into the fight. No one would break them out. The crowd was video taping and just trying to get a good look. The staff were to scared to offend Aiden and Zachary. So I broke them up. Aiden and Zachary help each other up. As I help up Heyon. The three of them had scratches and bruises on them.

“Heyon I’m sorry.”

The moment I heard she said I didn’t want to believe it. Soon I saw tears flowing down her eyes like waterfalls. My heartached so badly seeing her like this.

“You may be Dawn Jiang to the world but you’ll always be my Clarity Kim...”

“Heyon...”

I whispered something to her at that moment.

“Clarity go back to China with them don’t worry I’ll go and get you I swear once I have enough power I’ll take you back...My love.”

Slowly Heyon gave me a kiss on the cheek and said he will come for me soon.

“Goodbye Clairty...”

I hated watching those two be close to each other.

“Zachary c’mon help me bring her to the car.”

Then I saw those two took her each by the arm and dragged her outside the gym

“Goodbye everyone thankyou for the everything I love you all!”

Tsk now she left...

No matter I will get her back! I will do everything I can to free her from her gilded cage. Nothing will stop me from that. As long as I live I will bring them down. Even if it takes everything I got I will do it to see her sweet smile once again.
