Chapter 01 || The Trip
A nice summer break in a different country, Japan, with a cute and hot boyfriend.

Finally! It was summer break already. I don't really know why Philippines have school days on April.
As I was curling up in with my blanket on my little body, I got a notification from my phone that sat on the bedside table.
It was my sweet boyfriend. He had texted me again.

I turned on my mic while saying "Let's pack our bags."
Though, in the next second, I heard the door bell ring. Was he already here?
I rushed to the front door and opened it to see him with my favorite flowers all together in a boquet.

That's a holiday now?
Jerome Garcia
Well, kinda.
He gave me the boquet of flowers and I sniffed it.

Well, I knew you would never refuse to a vacation there. You've been begging me for a year.
I brought his face closer to mine and gave him a kiss while saying,

I'll go and pack my stuff.
I headed over to my room and I saw whip out his phone and turn it sideways. He would either be watching a video or playing Mobile Legends, the game he was addicted to.
I just let him be and pulled out my suitcase and began packing clothes, shampoos, shoes, and anything that could fit. I had three different suitcases so why not bring a lot of stuff? I could also get gifts for my parents when I see them again.
While thinking of what gift I should get for them and packing my stuff at the same time in my second suitcase, I came across the picture of Jerome and I. We looked cute and happy together on our first date which was a year ago.
I kissed Jerome's head on the frame and smiled after. I loved him too much.
I put it in a safe spot in the pockets and closed it because I had finished filling up the second suitcase. Maybe I wouldn't need the third one because my room looked like it had been robbed.
I walked out of my room and saw my cute boyfriend sitting on the counter while playing his game.
When I heard "Maniac" from the phone he celebrated by saying,

Yes! Nag ka maniac ako.

I sat on the high stool in front of him and watched his speedy hands tap on the screen.

I ran to my room and took my phone which was laying on my bed.
I quickly opened the game and went back to Jerome and began playing with him in Ranked mode.

He gave me one long kiss on the lips and said,

As soon as he closed the front door, I began to giggle and laugh. Why did he say it like that? 💀
Once I had put on my pajamas, I rolled onto my bed in my blanket with the lamp turned on.
And no, I was gonna neglect sleeping first because I had to pray first.
I gave my thanks to the Lord, asked him if he could heal and protect my loved ones, requested him if he could make the trip to Japan successful and meeting my parents go well. And, I also prayed that he'd make my relationship with Jerome last forever.
Once I was finished with that, I turned off the lamp light and began to catch the z's.

I smiled, looking out of the window while holding Jerome's hand. We were in the plane taking our butts to Japan.
The plane was already up at the clouds and I kept my eyes on them as Jerome always did the captain's orders for him and I.
And in an hour, I was already feelings sleepy. I purposely leaned into Jerome's shoulder which I guess made him blush.

Now landing in a new country with different people, Y/n finally meets "him".

I woke up to the captain speaking when he said,

Hello everyone. I just wanted to tell you all that we will be landing shortly.
I lifted my head from my boyfriend's shoulder who was also sleeping on my head.

<Translation: Yes, yes. I heard it.>
He kissed my forehead while holding my hand tightly. I didn't hesitate in holding his hand as well, so I did it.
And just like the captain said, we landed in a new country, Japan.

Dear passengers, we have finally landed at our destination.
Everyone including Jerome and I clapped. We clapped and thanked the Lord for giving us a safe and succesful flight.
We all stood up and took our luggages and bags. But I was too short to reach it so Jerome did for me instead.
He kissed me on the lips and took our luggages out since we had landed already.
When our feet had taken us to the inside of the airport, we saw a teen with bleached hair in a center-parted undercut, beautiful orchid eyes, and with hanafuda earings.

Jerome, kaibigan. Andito kana.

He said, standing up and doing some handshake with him.

That's what I was wondering. We were so silent and the other people here are so noisy yet he could tell people were behind him.
His eyes then looked at me and smiled.

Jerome took my hand and we followed his cousin, Izana as he dragged the suitcases to his car, and me and Jerome carrying backpacks and his own big luggage.
After walking to his parked car, Izana let go of one of my suitcases and opened the car door at the back while saying,

Jerome and I will still put the suitcases in the trunk.
Letting go of Jeromes hand, I went inside the car while taking off my backpack from my back and putting it in front me.
The car door closed and I saw the two of them at the back window by the trunk ehich flew open, now covering their faces.
I opened my phone and turned off the airplane mode to turn on mobile data. I could watch tiktok for the meantime.
While mindlessly scrolling, I saw a video where it had a physcology fact saying,
"When you have a crush on someone, there's an 80 percent chance that they like you back."
I don't have a crush for I already have a boyfriend, I thought to myself.
A car door opened at the driver's seat. It was Izana of course.

He said signalling him to sit at the passenger's seat. Izana then sat down at the driver's seat and closed his door while saying,
