Hi MORTALS! Its so obvious that you wanted to know my story(and not about the girl whose having a not-so-bad time compared to me).

After all, I am the great and most beautiful Goddess Melody who loves to deal with celebrities and typical stuff you all secretly love. hee..hee 😋

However your dear goddess is currently having technical difficulties. First of all, I've become like you! I've become a Homo sapien. Well its atleast better than a housefly I suppose...

Let me explain what happened kids..

You see.. the heaven you believe is I guess... the way heaven is.. The good go to heaven and the bad go to hell. We gods stay in heaven.

Our jobs are basically to listen to all creatures and fulfill their wishes. My Grandfather is the king of heavens and he has around 30+ wives and so on.. My father is the 7th eldest son and became the God of Arts.

My eldest cousin brother is Sopharas who is gonna be the heir to the throne. Honestly, I could care any less about politics.. well that was until I HAD TO BECOME ONE OF YOU.😣

"God Sopharas! what are you doing at this moment?" Said his faithful assistant, Mark.

"Cant you see for yourself? I'm taking a break from my hectic schedule there are so many wishes that have to be fulfilled and I simply cant keep up with them. So let me rest for a while."

"Dont tell me you want to end up as your sister Goddess Melody who reads gossip magazines and creates trouble at work as well?" said his assistant with a smirk on his face.

"Oh my god! there is no way I wanna end up having a reputation like hers let me finish up these wishes!

My assistant Lily sighed after overhearing their conversation "Why is she always late every damn day?! It's so frustrating to work for such a lazy Goddess. Her reputation has already been ruined enough."

Suddenly I, the beautiful Goddess Melody, opened the door. "Lily, quickly turn on the news channel on our television!" Lily turned on the television that broadcasted the news which occurred on Earth.

"Won't you believe what is going on here?! The president of Zenilus proposed to the president of Durba! Ladies and gentlemen, what do you think is gonna happen? Will the president of Durba accept the marriage proposal? Will there be the most powerful gay marriage that will take place on this planet? Stay tuned for further updates!" Said the reporter on the news channel.

Lily smacked her hand on her own head and sighed. I laughed at the top of my lungs, "this is so damn funny! Ain't I such a genius for causing this commotion?! Damn it's so hilarious to see how humans react to such news!"

Lily was shocked despite the fact that everyday I would come up with such bizarre news. After all, shouldn't we add a little bit of spice to everyone's life to make things interesting?

"How many times do I have to tell you to do your work properly! You are definitely crossing the line!" I pouted, "What's the fun of being a goddess if I cant use my powers for a little fun of my own?"

Meanwhile at the palace my Grandfather God Rhivo(God of fortune), visited our palace and was greeted by my Dad God Fornad(God of Arts). "Greetings Father Rhivo" my dad was blue as you know... my grandfather is really scary... I mean REALLY SCARY! "Let me cut to the chase son, Sopharas is doing a reasonably good job at his work but your daughter... Is REALLY PISSING ME OFF." "Father, I keep explaining to this girl that her work is no joke she simply wont listen!"

"Today what happened on the news is extremely shameless. If the situation gets worse I will have to kick her out of heaven." Said my grandfather.

My father then sent a servant to call for me. Well... when the servant came to my office I was eating chips and contemplating what to do next. So I told him I was busy and couldn't come. Five minutes later I saw my brother Sopharas at my door. "What the heck are you doing here?!" He never visited me especially never to my office. "Dad's calling you if you won't go... trust me, you don't wanna know."

Well it seem that those poor chips are gonna have to wait for me.. too bad.

I entered Dad's throne room surprisingly it was dark and there were no guards, this felt wierd. "So you finally came." wow.. My dad was acting totally creepy. "you called?" I asked. "How disrespectful can you be? is this how you greet you father?" I was like... seriously? But I anyway ignored the comment.

"Melody, you're not doing your work properly. What nonsense keeps entering your brain? How could you create such wierd news like that? You are the goddess of celebrities! Dont ruin their lives just like that. We will have to suspend you from your job if this continues any further. "

"Why should I listen to you? I'm gonna create headlines of my own. I dont need you to control me I'm not a kid anymore. If you arent satisfied with my work then go find someone else who can do it better!" There! I said it! I made it clear that I want to do what I WANT TO DO.

"It seems that we will do as you suggested Melody." wait a second... Grandpa was here?! Uh.. Oh.. this is bad... "Oh Grandfather I didn't know you were her-" "I've heard enough from you Melody, your father tried to explain this to you but I guess your brain cannot understand simple instructions. Fine, we think you ARE incompetent and we will find someone else to deal with celebrities. You are FIRED." Wait.. a sec.. my own family is firing me? The most adorable goddess in the world? "umm.. then what will I do?" I asked. "You are going to learn your lesson the hard way. you will be banished from heaven and will live as a human being for the rest of your life... unless you change.

ZOOOMMM... Suddenly I felt a sharp pain in the head and blacked out.. I could only hear the faint sounds of my father screaming and a blurred vision of Sopharas shocked. Damn it! Those chips on my office table are going to get spoiled.😥

Great! Just great! Now I'm in the middle of a forest and I dont know what to do. Suddenly a smart phone and a wallet fell on my head.

"What the heck?! Turn me back to a goddess right now!" I screamt at the top of my lungs but it all went in vain.

I guess I have no option but to get out of here first. I opened my wallet and saw my identity card. So now my name is Ashley Sanders and my address was given on the card.

I then went to my new house. It was old and dusty. What a horrible place. I decided to use my powers for fixing up the place. Well I tried lifting up the broom with my magic but after a few minutes my head started spinning so, I decided to go to sleep. So technically, all of my powers aren't missing. Yay!

The next morning my eyes were swollen and I was coughing like crazy. It seems that I got dust allergies. How annoying! So I decided to use my powers again but I got tired in 5 minutes. So I decided to clean up the place without using magic. I accidentally dropped my wallet and saw a folded document. It was my Feebook for a highschool I got admitted to! My Grandpa didn't even tell me? I am gonna get late. But then a thought entered my mind "Do I really need to go? I'll just bunk." But then a random person rang the doorbell. "Good morning Madam I was sent by your grandfather to drop you off at school. please come."

It seems that I'm still under strict supervision.😞

When I reached school I entered the principal's office, filled in the extra forms and headed towards class. I bumped into a strong person. He had brown hair, green eyes and had an excellent physique his name is Bryan. But... HOW DARE THIS PUNY BOY NOT WATCH WHERE IS HE GOING? YOU'RE HANDSOME SO WHAT? IM A GODDESS UNLIKE HIM I CAN DO MARVELLOUS FEATS.

"Are you blind boy?" I asked in an irritated manner. "I'm sorry." He gave an awkward laugh and helped me up. I didn't have time to chit chat with him cause I had to find my classroom.

The teacher made me introduce myself in the class and to my suprise the same boy who I bumped into was sitting in the middle row of the class.

I sat next to a girl named Andria. Something about her didn't feel right. She looked a little distracted. Suddenly the teacher announced the test results of the students who had given a pop quiz a week ago.

"Bryan 20/20! Silica 17/20!..." Every kid got 16 and above marks. Great now I'm stuck in the middle between a bunch of nerds. But I was really suprised when all the girls were excited and happy when they heard Bryan's marks. I guess he really is popular.

"Andria 2/20! You will have a retest next week." The girl next to me started to shiver.

Suddenly I heard whispers ,"that's what you get for dating Bryan, ha!" "She use to top in middle school cause she cheated in every exam."

All I thought was " it must suck to be you😏

During lunch I sat with the other girls in the class. Why should I feel any sympathy for Andria? She should learn to be strong. No ones gonna be there to save her all the time. I find people who act helpless annoying.

Suddenly one girl pulled out a magazine. Yes! I've been dying to know what's the latest gossip going around this place!

It had a picture of a person who caught my attention. No. It is not a celebrity crush. Trust me guys I'm a goddess, I'm not into humans.

That picture was of Denver San. He was a god in heaven and he himself abandoned heaven to come on Earth. I could care less for the reason but if I meet this guy he could probably help me out.

Suddenly Andria got up and went towards the washroom. The whole class started to make fun of her"look at the stupid girl, seeing her face pisses me off!" "did you see her marks? I cant stop laughing! she got what she deserved."

Well I guess I'll help Andria a little if I become a goddess...

But anyways, i have a mission. To meet this Denver guy and ask him how to get back to heaven.

Meeting Denver wasn't easy. Talking to him wasn't easy either. I remembered seeing him once in heaven when I was playing with my sisters in the royal gardens. He was a timid and shy boy.

BUT NOW HE'S BECOME FAR FROM INNOCENT. HE IS A COMPLETE JERK! HE BETTER BE THANKING HIS STARS AS I HAVE DECIDED TO FORGIVE HIM.

Well, after school I decided to go and visit him. He became a celebrity before I came to power so I didn't really know much about him. I usually focus on models, singers, actors, and politicians.My focus is not on presidents, CEOs of big companies (Online marketing websites are an exception, the creators are geniuses). He's the CEO of a famous agency called DVD Productions. It's considered one of the best studios and is really famous.

I tried to enter the building but the security guards demanded me to show an appointment letter. Are they dumb? Cant they recognize that if I become a goddess I might make them lucky stars? Well since I couldn't put up a fight with them, I headed towards my house. Suddenly I heard this beautiful voice but she was singing a sad song. WHAT A PISS OFF! Already I'm in a bad mood and now you wanna make me feel hopeless? Go and bury your sobs somewhere else! Funny people. But then.. that voice started crying and screaming like crazy.

Dont get any wrong ideas! I'm not the type of person who likes to butt in everyone's business but this was just irritating. Also I was slightly curious to know what was going on. So I headed towards an abandoned playground park where the noise grew louder and louder.

Suddenly I saw Andria and then I hid behind a tree. Why did I hide? I have no idea. But I stayed and heard her weep. I was getting cringed so I felt like giving her a piece of my mind on being strong and independent. But when I turned around to see her.. I saw something horrible.

Andria was red and tears were falling from her eyes uncontrollably. When she was wiping her tears, I saw her hands, she had cuts on her wrists. She started screaming, "I cant take it no more! Is asking for a normal life impossible god? When did I ever get in such a mess? Please just kill me already!"

I wanted to ask her that how was she alive till now? 🤷‍♀️But, the cuts on her wrists looked creepy. I wanted to run but at the same time if I did nothing, today could be her last day on Earth. It's not as if I care for her, it's just that she has a good voice and it would go to waste. Plus if you commit suicide you go to hell. Did I ever tell you guys about this?

So I went towards her. When she saw me she was a little shocked. "Hi Andr-" and.. she ran away😤. Well she dropped her phone by accident but she was too scared to even notice that.

I DIDNT EVEN SAY ANYTHING TO HER! Yeah, I might have gotten many celebrities into depression for making lame songs, but I'm not scary at all! I just dislike being bored. I bet even you guys badmouth your favourite popstars when they start off with upbeat songs and then they suprise you with songs which dont even have any meaning to it! Overall, I'm the best goddess there is. SO WHY WOULD SHE RUN AWAY FROM ME? HOW INSULTING! I'm not helping this kid. Go drown for all I care.

But I anyway picked up her phone. It would be a waste if her phone got cracked.

Suddenly at the corner of my eye I saw Bryan. He was wearing a face mask and a cap. I started following him. I'm not a stalker but it was pretty obvious that it was him. You see, he had the same school uniform and I recognized his body structure, and hair. So it was easy to guess that it was him. If he covered his face it obviously meant that he was some popular guy trying to hide himself from the crowd. In other words, he must be a model.

The moment I saw him head towards the studio, I stopped him. "Hey Bryan, what a coincidence! What are you up to?" He suddenly covered my mouth. " Shhh.. I'm here for a photoshoot dont announce my name so loud! " I sticked my tongue out😛. "Fine but you've gotta help me out. Let me enter the building that's all." He looked confused. I didnt want to waste time so I said, " HEY ALL THE GIRLS OUT THERE THE BOY OF YOUR DREAMS IS HERE PRESENTING YOU , BRY-" "OK OK! I give in." He said that faster than what I had expected

I made a faces at the security guards as they let us enter the building. Ha! know your place brats!

Bryan wanted to ask me something, but you know, this goddess here had business to do, not gossip. So I quickly said bye and went to find Denver's office.

Denvers office was on the top floor and in other words on the 90th floor. I know how cool! Right? Dont worry guys I bet that I will get a bigger office than his in heaven and you guys too. I have great expectations from my followers.

I tried opening his office door, but it was locked. I overheard his employee's saying that he had an important meeting today. So I used a little bit of my magic to unlock the door and I sat in office. Where else could I go?

His office was beautiful. The decorations were neat and there was a special rack for fashion magazines and newspapers.

I read through them and recalled all the incidents I had caused since the past 20 years of my work. The time when I caused mob of fans to attack a star named Ossif, caused a prank on Sean Styles in which his friends exploded a cake and it fell all over his face on his 25th birthday. I had all sorts of memories.

I even remember disbanding 3 boybands cause they started to make inappropriate songs. Do you want future generations to learn swearing words or teach them how to be optimistic in life?! It was so obvious of what had to be done.

After an hour or so, I heard a clicking sound of the door. He finally came! Thank god. But then a skinny guy with glasses opened the door "AAAAH! WHO ARE YOU?!" He started panicking and took out his phone. Suddenly he bumped into a person. That person was Denver San. Finally I've found a key for a lock.
