I sit in my room and think about the upcoming trip. For the first time in my life, I'm going to Los Angeles. To be honest, I don't feel like it at all. Here are my friends, I've spent my whole life here and now I have to move to Los Angeles.

Well that's my mom Izabel. Everyone adores her for behaving like a teenager and if she is 40. Sometimes it can annoy me, but well, you get used to it over time.Well, because of all this, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Nicole and I'm 14. Luckily, the summer vacation started yesterday because I wouldn't be able to stand the fact that I have to go to a new school.I think it would be time to go to bed because we have to leave at 4 in the morning.

I've been fidgeting on the bed for two hours now. I just can't sleep. Huh. I decided to get up and get ready for the trip. My suitcase was ready so I only had to fix myself.I got up and went to the bathroom where I put on my face mask. While I was waiting for 20 minutes for the mask to pass, I found what to wear. It was a simple combination.T-shirt with straps, Texas sorc and crop top sweatshirt. I got dressed and then took off my mask. I put on a little make-up.That little makeup includes mascara and lip gloss.I never apply powder because my face is beautiful and smooth.In the end, I packed the most basic things like phone chargers, handkerchiefs and so on in a small backpack. I combed my long brown hair and put on sunglasses as a detail. I took my phone and looked at what time it is. In about 10 minutes we should leave. For the last time I looked at my room and left.

I looked at my room for the last time and went out. Mom and Dad were waiting for me so we left immediately. I got in the car and waited impatiently for us to get to the airport.After about 10 minutes we arrived and got on the plane. This is not my first time on a plane, so I don't have any nervousness that I can notice in other people.I sat down in my place. Mom sat right next to me and Dad next to her. As on every trip, I listened and played songs. I soon fell asleep, I can imagine why. I didn't sleep all night.

I feel a slight tremor. I open my eyes and see my mother waking me up nervously.

Mum:We're here. Come on, wake up!

Me: Here!

I took my things and went out. Mom and Dad took the suitcases while I got in the taxi and waited for them.

Not long after, they came too, so we headed to the new house. I looked out the window all the time and thought. This is a very big city. There are a lot of people. How will I manage in general here?

Me: Mom, this is quite a big city. How will I manage here in general?

Mum:Come on, don't panic all the time, relax a little. In time, you'll manage.

Me:It's easy for you to say that.

Mum: You'll see I was right.

I rolled my eyes. While the two of us were arguing, we had already arrived. We got out of the car. The house was big. It is very beautiful, but again, it is not like the house I have lived in since I was born.
