Tears slipped down Jayce's cheeks, hand holding the umbrella, smiling bitterly at the cold back of a girl. He finally let go of the umbrella, drenching in the bone soaking rain.

Ok! Cut!
Everyone well done.
The day was unbearably hot but the people on the set were determined to finish the shoot today, specially Jayce. He had to since, he was meeting with his industry friend after a long time.
The crew workers rushed towards Jayce side and passed him the towel, he wiped the side of his face and. By this moment, the truck used to sprinkle water was already moved and the bright light broke through his face, tracing Jayce's sharp features. His jade like skin brighhtened even further, almost making others mistaken him from the angle serving beside the god himself.
Jayce
How did it turn out?
Director
Have you ever had to retake any scene a second time? It came out perfect.
Layla
Does that mean we are over with the shoot?
Layla, the main girl lead of the drama "our name in stars", chirped happily. It was hard to keep up the pace of directer Kris, but it was even harder for her to match Jayce acting skills.
Kris, shook her head at Layla's childish antics.
Director
We are done. Everyone, to celebrate why don't all of us go for dinner.
Kris suggested. Everyone agreed but Jayce hesisted for a while before speaking.
Jayce
Sorry, next time. I have to excuse myself for today. I have a prior arrangements.
After bidding everyone farewell, Jayce took his leave and got in his car. He turned on the gps and stated the location before opening his contact logs and dialing the number.
Jayce
Yo, I have left for the venue. Where are you?
....
I am already there. Take your time.
Jayce
Already there? I will reach there as soon as possible.
....
Drive safely. Don't rush.
He then hung up the phone and turned up his speed just a little bit.
After 10 minutes, he reached the venue and parked his car.
Impatient, the pace of his footsteps fastened. The mechanical ding indicated the opening door of the elevator.
The waiter at the entrance welcomed him.
Waiter
Mr. Jayce, please come with me.
The waiter led him towards the table, where a man who looked in his mid 20s was already sitting, gazing outside the wide ceiling, which reached as high as the ceiling. The golden lights shimmered down the huge chandelier.
Jayce smiled fondly at the sight. It had been so long since he had met his beloved. He might've disguised his feelings as friendship and brotherhood but the way his heart raced at the sight of his crush was something he could never deny.
He excitedly called out and the boy turned back with the smile radiating the same excitement as Jayce.
There's no one here
Eden
You rushed here? I told you to take your time.
Eden said after noticing how unsteady Jayce's breathing was. But the latter just flashed him his signature wide smile, which perfectly showcased his long and sharp canine, giving him the vampire look.
Jayce
Well, now that I got here.
Tell me, how was your trip to Agartha?
Eden
There really is nothing to say....
Eden trailed. He looked down as he fiddled with his thumb. It looked like he had something to say but couldn't bring himself to.
Jayce
hmm.... there must be something.
Jayce looked at Eden. He had nothing but adoration for the boy in front of him. They were friends ever since they were born, no- even maybe before they were born. Since, both of their parents were friends and neighbours. It really didn't surprise Jayce as much as he thought it would, when he first found about his feelings for Eden.
Waiter
Sir, are you ready to order?
Eden
Chicken Milanese, a house salad, red wine and pasta of today's special. What do you want Jayce?
The waiter smiled and left after that.
Eden quickly changed the topic.
Jayce
Mhmm. Today was the last day.
Eden
I am envious. I still have more scenes to shoot. I hope it gets over soon.
Jayce
Yes, I hope so too...
Most of their free times were spent together, either playing at home or just casual meet ups, so it truly was a let down for Jayce to know that Eden still had some work left.
Jayce
Does that mean no hangout?
Eden
ptff... why are you sulking like a child?
Jayce
You never understand my poor heart. I was so excited to hang out after so long.
Jayce pouted looking at Eden, giving him puppy eyes.
Eden
Fine, thrice every week. That's the most I can take out from my schedule.
Eden sighed, catering to Jayce demands, immediately after his announcement, the frown on Jayce face disappeared like it was never there.
Jayce stated in a teasing voice and earned himself a 'shut up'.
Soon after that their food arrived. Taking their time to devour it, they left after a while.
Since, Eden had just come from airport, Jayce offered to drive him home.
Jayce
Wow, to see I would live a day to be thanked by the 'man I would die to date'.
Jayce placed one hand on his chest and did a dramatic gasp, the title 'man I would die to date' was a survey title from a magazine that was bestowed to Eden. And even since then he hasn't not heard enough about it from Jayce.
Eden
Shut up and cherish it.
Jayce
Yeah yeah, who knows it could be the last time. I shall cherish it all my life. Thank you, you majesty.
He bowed to Eden. And the latter broke into a fits of laughter.
Eden
You never change. Okay, I am getting inside now.
Eden stretched his hands and pulled Jayce for a hug. It was kind of like their unspoken routine. And, surprisingly, Eden was the one to start it.
Jayce followed his actions and patted Eden in the back.
He whispered in Eden's ear. The latter pushed him away.
Eden
What are you doing? What if somebody is taking photos?
Jayce
There's no one here.
Eden
You never know, papparazis are everywhere. Specially, they follow you all the time. We can never be too careful.
Noticing how Eden's mood did a flip, Jayce patted his head and bend down a little to meet his eye level.
Jayce
Fine. I will be careful from now on. I am sorry okay? Now go in.
Eden gave him a light smile and a little nod before entering the builing.
Jayce
`It would be better if we were photograph, at least everyone would knew.`
Not long after Eden entered the building, Jayce too drove towards his home, unknown to the fact that his wish was soon to be true.

What are you doing here? Go away, we don't need you.
Jayce
I don't need you either. I am just here to remind you, give Eden and me a happy ending.
