Being inside her favorite otome game after dying wasn't what Kira thought would happen to her but she sure as hell wasn't gonna complain about it. What she didn't expect however was being reborn as the heroine. How was she gonna make her dear villainess fall in love with her now?

"Where did that light send me?"

Kira felt suffocated, she was in a too-tight space with no way of getting out. It was wet, and when she kicked her feet out she felt something stretch with it.

You might be wondering, how did she end up in a situation like this. Well let's backtrack, shall we?

"This is bullshit what the fuck kind of otome game is this!" Kira sat in front of her computer, cookies in hand as she cursed. The only reason why she continued to play was, of course, because of the wonderful villainess. The so-called ikemen were starting to piss her off, do they think of her as a trophy?

In her rage, she shoved a cookie into her mouth and quite obviously ended up choking on it.

Placing her palm to her neck, she hit her chest with the other hand trying to push the cookie out of her throat. The lodged cookie that took residence, where it should not have, gave her a very hard time breathing.

Falling to the ground in a heap Kira took short quick breaths that soon grew very labored. "Is this really how I'm going to die? By a fucking cookie? It wasn't even my favorite type! Wait! I didn't get to see Annalise." After the thought, Kira took her last breath as her body gave out.

"HELLOOOOO! WHERE AM I?"

She was in a dark space standing on, who knows what, and calling out to the darkness. Eventually, a rather bright ball of light descended in front of her.

"No need to shout child." A bell-like voice rang throughout the space. "I shall explain everything to you in due time. In the meantime, do you have any last wishes?"

Was this weird? Yes, yes it was very weird. Did she care? No, no she did not. Did she have any last wishes? Yes, she very much did.

"Can you grant any of my wishes?"

"Of course darling, any wish you have, I can grant, even bringing you back from the dead, if you so desire."

Clasping her hands at her chest Kira said "I don't care about any of that, I just want to see Annalise at least one last time." Her expression twisted as if remembering something important, she then added unto her wish.

"Also if someone finds my body can they not report my actual cause of death? Can they just say I died from a heart attack?" Tears swam in her eyes as if suffering a great injustice. "It's just too embarrassing to die from a cookie!"

With an incredulous tone in its voice, the ball of light responded, "Of course I can do that as well. Now begone with you." A brighter light than before enveloped the entire space, Kira placed her arm over her eyes to block out the light.

The bright light soon disappeared taking Kira with it, leaving the ball of light behind.

The ball of light turned into a woman who shook her head in disbelief and scoffed. "Kids these days, how could she waste such a perfectly good wish."

The lady of course respected Kira's wishes but she chose to add her own part to it as well. Instead of just letting the child see the person she longed for one last time, isn't it better to give them a lifetime together?

This now brings us back to our protagonist who is now very uncomfortable with her arrangements.
