l walked down the aisle, my heels clicking against the wooden floor with each step I took. My fingers curled around the fabric that was wrapped around the stems of the flower, gripping onto it tightly as my nerves were attacked with anxiety.
'Here comes the bride' began playing as I approached the altar, feeling everyone's eyes on me. I inhaled deeply, my dress practically suffocating me as it tightened around my chest each time it heaved.
Getting out of my headspace, I looked before me. The love of my life staring right at me and it sent a shiver down my spine. That icy look in his eyes always had that effect on me. His brown orbs glinted, almost as though he was about to shed a tear.
My mind getting bombarded with memories of how his skin felt against mine the moment I lock my gaze with him.
I finally walked up to the brunette. As I admired him in all his beauty, it dawns on me that his eyes aren't on me anymore.
Jimin
Psst, you're supposed to stand here.
The voice from beside me spoke and I turned to look at him. Jimin, my best friend, was beckoning me towards him with him fingers as he stared at me intently.
A lump develops in my throat as a dull pain lingers at the back of it, trying my best to suppress my emotions that were bubbling out of me, about to erupt any second.
I shook my head, trying to empty out my mind as I made my way next to him.
A Bridesmaid. That's all I was.
Jimin
You must be so happy for her.
I looked at him, my mind not processing anything other than the fact that I wasn't the one marrying Jeon Jungkook.
Jimin

I called out, my body slumped onto his couch.
I yelled a little the moment he doesn't respond
I said as I bring my knees to my chest, getting cozy.
I hear him cuss under his breath, followed by little footsteps.
He tossed me a beer can and I almost miss it.
Taehyung
Oh my gosh, how much kernel did you put in? 😐
I asked as I looked at the three bowls of popcorn he was struggling with.
Jaesun
They said put in 8 cups, there's still more in the kitchen. 😅
He laughed as he shook his head, his black hair swaying with the motion.
Taehyung
They meant 1/4 of the kernel is equal to 8 cups, Jae! 🤭
I chuckled as I hit his chest lightly.
Jaesun
This is why I said, you should never put me in the kitchen. 😗
He placed two of the bowls onto the coffee table before getting comfortable.
Taehyung
Oh, and I should be in the kitchen so that I can set everything on fire again? 🤨
I narrowed my eyes at him and his expression drops
Jaesun
you're right. You're never going back in there. 😐
He said with a straight face but ended up breaking into a fit of laughter the moment he recalled that day.

Taehyung
Okay, shut up. It's starting.
I gave a quick peck to his lips right before burying myself in his chest as I fixed my eyes on the screen.
Jaesun
I still don't get why you like old movies.
He said, stuffing his face with popcorn.
Taehyung
Tch- they're amazing and Stand by Me is a classic. Now shush, you promised to watch this with me.
I tapped his thigh lightly as I tried getting into a comfortable position. I ended up laying on his lap.
Taehyung
Ah, I love this part! River Phoenix is so-
I looked up and noticed him dozing off, the bowl of popcorn almost rolling out of his hands.
I catch it in the nick of time and placed it on the table, along with the other two bowls as I stared at his sleeping form. I let out an exasperated sigh as I threw my head back.
