Note from author: this is my first story so please don't judge me if it doesn't make sense or if the grammar is bad. It takes place in the 2000s and it is in first person of a girl named teo.

Description: A teenage girl named teo was taken to a mysterious camp by her hypnotised mother. She meets people there but she also meets things that should not be on earth. Teo has to complete tasks and puzzles to get out of the mysterious yet dangerous camp.

I had just finished my last year of being an explorer and I was ready to set out on my own. My mom drove me down a long twisty road at night and I was a bit confused on where I was going. I stared at my mom but she looked dazed as if her mind had been stolen.

Mum? I asked

Must take you there.

You are the sacrifice.

That's what she said repeatedly

ok? I say as I gaze out the window.

The car suddenly jolted to a stop. Camp Down Day. what type of name is that for a camp. I step out the car and say my goodbyes to my mom. Who ignores me and repeats the same thing over and over.

I walk up to the gat of the gate of the camp and see a girl and a older boy.

U get abandoned too?

Uhh kinda...

Ur mum what was she saying? the girl asked giving me an intimidating look

That I was a sacrifice and that I must be here. I dunno it was prob nothing.

Sacrifice?

She's here for the same reason for everyone else. The boy finally spoke. He was tall with black hair and blue eyes with a sort of daring look a look that would steal your soul. The girl however was short and plump and sort of gave off the impression of a robin that ate too much, of course not because she was fat (which she sort of was) it was because of her beautiful long curly ginger hair.

You must be a scout or something. You know everything about camps so tell me. What do u do. The girl saddled over to me and stared at me dead in the eye.

Shut up nerd it's not that hard to camp. Now I've got to deal with two nerds great.
