Young Master Ju Don't Obsess

The white rabbit and the predator.

Under the starry night which enveloped the darkness of the fall of the sun a wild wolf stalked a furry white bunny. Cloaked by the bushes and the night itself the black wolf eyed the unsuspecting bunny hungrily, licking it's long canines, while slowly stalking the bunny eating from the carrot garden.

The wolf stepped, taking a foot forward and just as the wild black wolf was about to pounce on the white bunny a shadow crafted figure jumped on the wolf. The new predator made a snarling noise that counteracted the wolf's growling, snapping the eating bunny from it's naive state.

The predator entrapped the wild wolf in its arms and then sunk it's pearly fangs on the neck of the wolf. The wolf growled, while the predator snarled, the wolf struggled in the tight grip of the predator as much sharper and stronger canines descended on its neck, mouth sucking it's blood earnestly.

Silver-grey eyes glowered at the wolf who found struggling much harder with each passing second. Blood tinged lips tightened, while the mouth sucked hard, draining the wild wolf of blood and then the wolf's struggling suddenly stopped. It's blood slumped on the ground but the much stronger predator did not stop slurping it's blood despite its dead state.

Finally the sucking sound which covered the entire vicinity stopped. Thick fangs detached from the wolf's neck, while blood seeped from the mouth of the human shaped predator, leaking down to his long pale neck. He ran his long fingers with nails tinted black through his silver-black hair while his silver-grey eyes looked at the dead wolf whose blood flowed on the flowery ground.

His eyes came up, staring at the bunny with much less coldness than he stared at the wolf. "Come," he beckoned at the white creature, opening his arms at it, while blood flowed from his mouth down to his muscled bare pale chest with thick wounds all over.

The bunny assumed a submissive position, while it's eyes looked at the silver-grey eyed man in a calculating manner. "I shall not hurt you, creature." He said in a hoarse voice, a wizened english accent covering his words.

The bunny then leaped at the silver-black haired man, and ended up in his arms. The man broke into a sweet smile, his pearly white teeth covered his blood as he swept his fingers through the furry hair of the bunny.

"There you are sweet thing," the man cooed, rubbing the gentle bunny with care, and tilting his head to stare fondly at the white bunny.

"So gentle, so weak, so sweet," the sweet smile on his alluring face curled into a devilish smirk as he swiftly sunk his thick fangs into the bunny.

The bunny began thrashing in his arms while his fangs remained deep inside the bunny, and his hands holding it tight. The chilling smirk on his face remained as his lips locked into the skin of the bunny. Silver-grey curly hair tousled on one eyes and as he finally retracted his fangs from the dead bunny he tore it's skin, causing blood to splash on his magnetic face, heightening the now scary aura around him.

He flung the dead bunny like it was a meaningless object. His head threw back and the wound on his chest appeared lighter as if they had been healing. He remained quiet for a moment, breathing in and out. Suddenly. "Come out from there girl!" He yelled with his hoarse voice and startled a frightened spectator, watching from behind a tree.

The white haired girl gasped, and her bell blue eyes widened comically that the scary man had seen her. Despite her shivering form and her fearful expression she boldly yet so timidly stepped away from the tree and revealed herself to the bunny killer.

The man's silver-grey eyes twinkled upon seeing the young girl who looked a little younger than him. She adorned herself in a large furry pelt coat which looked like it had been peeled off a bear, on top her washed pale blue house garment. Her skin was tanned unlike the man's milkish pale skin, hers resembled the skin of a slave. Her white hair which looked uncut since childhood and severely unkempt was long enough to touch her hips even though she had braided and knotted it.

She had a light bruise on her face, the shape of a palm as if she had been struck. Her small pink lips tightened as she gulped, afraid of this man.

The man squinted a bit, the tiniest of mole below his right eye drawing up with his eyes. "I should presume you have seen what you should not have, girl," he broke the silence.

She rapidly shook her head. "I did not see anything, sir, please do not kill me," she begged softly.

The man's thick eyebrows screwed up into a furrow but a smile surfaced on his face. Having seen the similar sweet smile on his face when he murdered the bunny, the girl shuddered, naturally afraid. "What is your name, white rabbit?" He asked, dubbing her an eerie endearment.

Her lips babbled for a moment before she found a reply. "E-Emi-lia, s-sir."

His smallest finger approached his lips, and he had a look of thought of his face. "Emilia," he tasted the name on his lips, giving it an exquisite hue. "Well Emilia, I have never been a believer of the notion of leaving loose ends so you must understand I have to tie up this loose…. End."

Her face paled and her legs began carrying her back. She slammed her back against the wall whilst her chest rose and  fell heavily. The strange man suddenly appeared before her face and blocked her way away from him by placing both his hands on the tree.

His smile broadened, exposing the bloody fangs he had. She opened her mouth to scream when he cocked his head, ready to feed…. Then….. an arrow shot into his left eye, stunning him, and making him step back.

The man quickly removed the arrow that had turned bloody and efficiently the gory and bloody eye had healed easily. He glared up at a tree when another arrow shot into his shoulder, he was stunned once again and before he could think fast a rain of arrows shot towards him.

The arrows penetrated all over his body while his silver-grey eyes had begun turning bright red. The rain of arrows stopped but a much thicker arrow with a bright silver tip shot towards him, and in distortion he did not see it coming.

The arrow headed for his chest…. Then…. It never penetrated him. He blinked before realizing a petite body was standing in front of him. The white haired girl- Emilia- was holding onto the arrow with both arms. She made an effort to catch it with her arms but she wasn't fast enough, the arrow had punctured deep into her heart, and burst out of her body even grazing the chest of the man.

He blinked in distraught but was quick enough to catch her body that had slumped. He frowned, looking at the girl he had tried to drink blood from, who had in turn collected an arrow to the heart for him.

"Emilia," he muttered.

For the first time since he was created, he was confused.

The perfect woman.

Silver-grey eyes glowed in the darkness of the room. They looked in a tender manner at the white haired girl smiling ear to ear at him. He blew out a breath and continued to look at the gentle girl as if she was his universe, as if the world that was the wide bedroom had disappeared.

The girl raised her arm, her tender palm touched his pale face. She left a warm trail on his cold face, narrowing down to his sharp jaw. Her bell blue eyes followed her soft fingers which left a trail of heat on the skin of him. "Ju, My King," She whispered as her hand lowered, going down on his pale neck, and then his broad ***** chest.

The man- Ju- breathed out as if she was stealing every breath of his with each movement of her fingers on his chest. "You are a handsome man, Ju," she muttered under her breath, her bell blue eyes looking up at the silver-grey eyes that never left her face.

She smiled at him. A tender, and kind smile, free of deception or trickery. His slow beating heart slammed against his chest violently, and he felt his cold body feeling warm. He blinked comically, "Emilia," he called out.

"Hm?" She replied, her attention away from her touching, but her fingers still remained on his chest.

"Say you love me, Emi," he suddenly said. She gave him a confused look. "Why now, Ju? Are you feeling unsure of my feelings again?" She asked.

He then caught her small wrist. His long fingers surrounded her wrist as he said. "I am never unsure of anything, My love, but I must hear you say my most treasured words again."

She giggled at his words. "You are like a child, Ju. Always seeking attention!"

He broke into a smile of his own upon her words. Only this girl could use such words on him and still have her beautiful head on her shoulders. His hand moved, reaching for her face when her figure spontaneously disappeared.

A fearful look appeared on his face when he realized everything around him had disappeared. It dawned on him that he was not with the love of his life but in a box, having his day sleep. His fingers curled into a tight fist and his locked jaw ticked. An expression of hatred and disappointment filled his face as he realized he was merely dreaming as usual. None of it was real…. Anymore.

A hand pushed open the box. The box was a coffin and when he opened it he was greeted with a bright light. He came out of the coffin, and stretched his limbs, yawning and revealing his sharp fangs.

A middle aged man, standing firm with an expressionless face and perfectly permed black suit, with white locks peppered around his black hair. "Good afternoon, Master Ju Bal."

Ju Bal looked at the butler, who looked like a mere statue, standing still, and expressionless. He smiled, a smile that was sweet but scary. "Leonard, good afternoon." He approached leonard.

Ju Bal collected a cigar stick from the packet of cigars and lit it. He walked away, headed for the balcony attached to the lathe room where the coffin was placed. "Master Ju, Lady Catherine and Lord Caesar have come looking for you." The butler said.

Ju Bal did not reply, simply looking at the busy streets miles away from his building. Motors, and pedestrians used the street, each going about their lives unaware of the monster that lived miles away from them.

"Caesar? It seems Yomi has joined his idle sister in switching names." He said with a smile, crunching the end of his cigar stick on the balcony edge.

The butler wore his blank look when he replied. "Master Ju, Lord Caesar has ordered the infidel lowborn creatures of the underworld to no longer refer to him as 'Abayomi', as he said- Yomi has died and there is only Caesar now. He made this proclamation a hundred years ago."

Ju Bal harrumph softly. Yomi was the Vampire ruler of the italian mafia. On the outside it was just a mafia that dealt with drugs, and guns but for those who were qualified to know Yomi was the King of a whole Vampire army. The infidel lowborn the butler was referring to were weak supernatural creatures with a deity that they believed in. These creatures took sanctuary in Yomi's 'mafia' and in return they swore loyalty to Yomi.

Ju Bal turned around, casually making his way out of the room. It had been far too long that Ju Bal had hidden himself away in his casket, only to awaken for a single purpose. It seemed as if many things had passed since he had slept to nourish his strength.

The house seemed built like a castle. The designs were not casual and the pillars were huge. The doors opened so he could enter the dining room. Ju Bal's silver-grey eyes brightened in a mischievous manner and his lips pulled up into a scary smirk as he stared at the man and woman in the dining room.

Yomi Casa Blanc stood up from the chair as he saw Ju Bal. Yomi was a tanned man, almost brown skinned. He had brown soft hair that looked as soft as the clouds. His eyes were a pair of deep set dark grey eyes shaped widely, soft red lips, and a firm sharp jaw. Yomi had a cross tattoo below his eye, and piercings filled his ears. The man was wearing a turtleneck white shirt, a long brown coat, fitted black pants, shiny sleek black shoes, black leather gloves, and a red cross on his neck.

"Brother Ju," Yomi greeted the silver haired man in a pair of brown brocade made pajamas.

The girl seated across Yomi brightened like a Christmas tree upon seeing Ju Bal. She had chest length hair which looked heavily dyed to look silver colored. She wore a simple knee length dress with a net weave sleeve, and a net weaved turtleneck. Her face was thin and her eyes were like Yomi's grey, only a bit brighter.

She parted her small lips to speak. "Brother Ju, we rushed over to see you upon hearing you were waking up today." She rushed over to Ju Bal to hurriedly hug him.

Ju Bal's eyes looked down at the shorter woman. Ju Bal being a man who hated touch dragged her away from him before saying, "You haven't changed a bit Neferet, you still run around touching those above you like a clueless child." He had a sweet smile on his face.

The smile on the woman's face died. Yomi spoke for her. "Brother Ju Bal, she goes by Catherine now."

Ju Bal walked past her and took a seat at the head of the table. "Oh I heard, Yomi, Catherine is quite a beautiful name."

Yomi's eyes twitched. "Brother Ju, I go by Caesar now in case you have not heard."

Ju Bal brought a bloody meat to his lips, poking his soft red tongue out to taste it before speaking. "Yes, I have heard, although I must say the change is meaningless. We must never forget our roots and changing your name is doing so, don't you think….. Yomi?" His eyes glinted with tease and threats.

Yomi wasn't scared of the scary look in Ju Bal's eyes. It wasn't that Ju Bal was trying to scare him, Yomi knew this was the way Ju Bal's eyes looked, even being around him made one feel like they were in grave danger.

Ju Bal after all was no small creature. He was the avatar of the mighty deity known as the Bringer of doom. Ju Bal was a less powerful version of that powerful deity and even then he was still very strong.

"Of course you're right Brother Ju," the girl, Catherine conceded to Ju Bal as usual.

"I take it you are all here to not just greet me?" He asked while his butler poured a cold jar of red liquid in his cup. "What do you want?"

Yomi spoke. "Brother Ju, I have finally located the Phoenix totem."

Ju Bal lifted his eyes from his food with a happy smile on his face. "Seriously? My, Yomi, you are more competent than your wandering siblings."

Yomi's jaw ticked. Ju Bal had a habit of entering the skin of others. He always knew how to set someone off. "So tell me where is the totem?" Ju Bal asked.

The artifact was something he had been searching for, for long now. He was naturally as excited as he could be, knowing it had been found.

"In a museum in a tiny city called Memphis." Catherine hurriedly answered.

Ju Bal nodded. "Good, have the museum send the totem to you."

"Already tried Ju Bal. They don't want anything I offered, apparently the founding family as well as the government townsmen are 'upright christian families'. They would not even spare me a consideration."

Ju Bal's nice smile twitched for a moment before he responded. "You must be joking, I think? Upright christian family….. I had just praised you for your competence, Yomi," He sighed. "Forget this. If you want something done right you must do it yourself. I'll collect this totem though my own means."

"Ju Bal, this is not Camelot. You can not cause a scene." Yomi hurriedly warned.

Ju Bal tilted his head like a cute puppy with an adorable smile on his face. "Since when have I ever caused a scene?"

Yomi sighed with wide eyes, running back his memories of Ju Bal.

Ju Bal ripped the hands off a man in church for touching his garment.

"Fúcking knowtow to your elder!" Ju Bal shouted in rage at the pack of beaten witches that had tried to kill him.

"Shall I burn the entire village for you my love?" Ju Bal asked his love in front of the subjects that attended the wedding.

"Kill the entire pack of wolves…." Ju Bal said with a smile, watching fire burn the werewolf village, and enjoying their screams.

Yomi shook his head from remembering all of Ju Bal's spectacles.

"Brother Ju Bal, the King of the werewolves is intending to marry a lowly Vampire girl. I saw her myself and she wasn't much of a beauty, I wonder what the mutt was thinking." Catherine told Ju Bal.

Ju Bal darted his silver-grey eyes at Catherine. "You should not expect much from dogs. Their brains are non-existent."

Catherine nodded, taking in Ju Bal's words as if it was the law. "But Brother Ju, what kind of woman would you like if you were to move on from…. Her."

Ju Bal's face hardened at her question. Yomi quickly entered the conversation. "Don't ask ridiculous questions, Catherine!"

Ju Bal waved his hand at Yomi. "No, it's fine. I feel the need to answer."

Ju Bal grabbed Catherine's hands looking at her with another one of his scary smirks. "I want a woman who is kind yet knows what she wants. I want a woman who can stare at me in the eyes and say what she wants. I want a seemingly delicate female who is actually filled with fire that can burn this world down and most importantly I want a woman whose silver hair isn't fake."

Ju Bal's hands tightened on hers. Yomi could hear the sounds of bones nearing their breaking point before Ju Bal let her go. Catherine, though, didn't care for the pain on her hands that would heal. She only cared that Ju Bal's description spoke of his lover who had died long ago. She fumed knowing Ju Bal might never forget about her.

Ju Bal raised the glass to his lips before saying with a smirk. "I wonder where I can find a woman like that?"

...•••...

In Memphis city, Champagne street was a blue house.

A chubby girl poked her pink tongue out of her mouth while she played a game seriously. Fire filled her eyes as she played. "Back off Howard, the Vampire King is mine!" She yelled while gritting her teeth.

"I'll kill youuuu!!!" She yelled while bullets flying everywhere in the game. Finally WINNER appeared on the screen.

She jumped from her seat. "Screw off losers and bow down to Game Queen Celina!" She yelled into her headphone.

Her piercing blue eyes excitedly looked at the screen with WINNER on it. Her short blonde hair tied into a ponytail swayed as she jumped around.

Knock Knock, a loud knock came from outside her door. "Celina the bus is leaving, You better run down if you wanna make it to the museum!" Somebody yelled from outside the room.

She stopped her dancing and grabbed her iPod, headed for the bus which would take her to Memphis city Museum.

...

...

The crown.

"Cheater! Fucking cheater!" A lean boy with round glasses yelled at a fat girl across from him.

The boy wore a messy fringe cut. He was lean and had glasses similar to the girl across from him. The girl abruptly stood up, seemingly charging for him when the other lean figure close to her held her hand.

She scoffed, and glared at the lean boy with vibrant blue eyes. "Want to repeat that, Howard?" She said through gritted teeth.

"I-I said you cheated, CeCe!" He stuttered, his bony trembling finger pointed at the girl in a coward like manner.

Her eyes bore new fire, and she fumed at that. CeCe- Was Celina Cruze, a twenty two year old two hundred level university student in the city of Memphis. She was renowned for her anger underneath that innocent and defenseless exterior of hers. Most of the people who had heard of her feared her for her easily roused anger, and her ability to take down others even if she broke her bones while doing so.

The lean boy; Howard Sanchez, was visibly shaking. His anger from losing at Vampire Elites to Celina more than ten times after betting his treasured savings for the summer had led him to forge who he was against and yell at her. Howard, though, knew very well what Celina was capable of. She had once fought with an athlete senior at their university. It was outside the school and he had groped her and called her a Bitch in heat. Celina had smashed four bottles on his head. She had walked out of the fight with a dislocated shoulder but the senior had walked away with a broken head.

It was clear that Celina Cruze was a crazy woman in the body of an angel. "Let me go, Cherry, let me slap him, I promise it'll only be one slap."

Cherry shook her head while holding her friend well. The circle of four were best friends so she couldn't understand why Howard was stupid enough to rouse Celina like this. "Calm down, CeCe, Mason, tell her to calm down." She looked at the boy holding her other arm.

Mason, who had known Celina the longest, spoke. "CeCe people are watching. Maybe you can do this later?"

Celina finally stopped gritting her teeth. She looked around her to see the people staring at them outside the museum. Celina was a careless woman sometimes but she wasn't a savage. She calmed down. "Fine, but he has to apologize. I would never cheat at Vampire Elites, gamer's honour!" She balled her fist and pounded it on her chest.

Howard scratched his messy hair and replied. "I know, CeCe, it's just I wanted to use the money to buy Andrea some chocolates for our anniversary."

Andrea was Howard's girlfriend. The girl was a part of a group students had labeled Black Cats. These students had free passes others could only dream of. The group were smarter than most, athletic than most, and especially prettier than others. They were held in the highest esteem by students. It was still a wonder to most how Howard had become Andrea's boyfriend.

Celina on the other hand felt nothing but bad blood for the group. It wasn't that they were bad people, Celina just never felt comfortable with them around, especially Andrea.

Celina's lips twitched at the mention of Andrea. "How bout this Howard….. You can buy Andrea flowers and chocolates while you give me an IOU?" She offered Howard.

Howard broke out a relieved laugh. "Shit thanks CeCe!"

"It's fine, you broke man," she playfully punched his arm.

As if on cue the lecturer came about. "Alright students, follow me." He ordered the students, walking into the building.

The foursome followed the lecturer into the building. "So how was your night, CeCe? Dreamt of Mr.Charming again?" Mason asked Celina.

His muscular arm swung around his girlfriend Cherry and his brown eyes stared mischievously at Celina. Mason was different from the other members of their squad; he was built differently too. The man was tall, with bulging muscles. His social life included being a member of the football team. Frankly by social standards he was way past the other members league. But he loved his girlfriend, he also loved his best friend- Celina, and Howard…. Well Howard was the buy one get two extra.

"Mr.Charming? More like Mr.Crazy. I thought you dreamt of him killing a village of people last time?" Howard butted in.

Celina breathed in. "It was different this time. He was the one trying to calm me down while I was going on a rampage."

Celina frowned, remembering her dream from yesterday-

A silver haired lithe girl fumed, her chest was rising up and down while her blue eyes widened. She stood up from her throne opposite another throne. Adorned in a golden crown, and golden jewelries as well as the finest of yarn she looked like an angry goddess.

"I refuse this decree, my King, this man insulted me, the Queen. If his head doesn't fall to my feet I will assume you chose him over me!" She yelled, glaring at the man on the ground who had dared to offend her.

The silver-grey eyed man smirked softly, while his eyes were focused on the lithe girl. "Very well, my Queen, your word is my law. Guards, cut his head off." The man who looked like a King finally agreed with the Queenly woman.

Celina shook her head from remembering how the man's head was cut off. The woman in her dream looked a lot like her but Celina knew such a wicked person could never be her. Celina's anger was a story to tell but she wasn't a wicked person that would kill people so easily.

"It was horrible." She muttered.

"And I take it you still can't remember Mr. Not so Charming's face right?" Cherry asked.

Celina shook her head. No matter what she did, she never remembered the face of the man in her dream whenever she woke up. There was one thing she remembered though. He has silver-grey eyes.

"Andrea!" Howard yelled with a happy smile. He immediately ran to the lithe beautiful girl with a group of others. The girl looked just as happy to see him, opening her arms to him.

Celina cringed at the sight. She couldn't put her finger on why she didn't like Andrea. Perhaps she was jealous of her? Andrea had everything she didn't. Though Celina didn't feel jealous and she knew.

Subconsciously pondering where her bad blood with Andrea had emerged from, she had kept her eyes glued on a particular artifact for quite some time.

"It is a pretty Crown is it not?" She heard a deep hoarse voice twisted with a British accent.

She jolted before darting her eyes to the man standing just opposite her. A silver haired man.

...•••...

"I'm not a child, Yomi," a silver haired man spoke into a phone. "Need I remind you I am millenniums older than you, thank you very much, Yomi."

A voice came from the phone as the silver haired man walked into a museum. "I know you're not a child, but that's not what I am saying. This should be one of the few times you've woken from your coffin and gone out into the 21st century world."

This silver haired man was of course Ju Bal who seemed somewhat offended by the words that Yomi spoke. "Good bye, Yomi." He responded, before swiftly cutting the call.

He sucked in a breath. Staring at the big building. Ju Bal took a step before pausing and frowning lightly. The smell of acid and dirt invaded his nose, and naturally his eyes followed the trail of the familiar smell. He caught sight of a group of young adults. They looked very much human but human but Ju Bal could tell from a glance that the group were….

"Werewolves." He muttered, and the ears of one of the members of the group twitched. The man with the lithe muscle build of a swimmer amongst the group frowned, his eyes looking around to find the supernatural being that had an aura powerful enough to raise the hair on his skin.

"Monster," the swimmer-looking boy whispered, still looking for whom he had smelt.

Ju Bal took his eyes away from the group intending to mind his business and find what it is he had come for. He began walking, ignoring all the other attractive artifacts and continued looking for the Phoenix totem….. Then he saw something.

It was a battered washed out crown. The crown had dents shaped like a diamond around it. It looked worn out but one could still tell it was gold. In a glass casket the crown laid a beautiful mess.

Ju Bal's legs carried him to the crown without his permission. He shuddered internally while looking intently at the crown. A certain memory overwhelmed him.

"Do I really need to wear the crown?" A lithe beautiful girl asked while staring at a crown with beautiful blue eyes.

The crown was golden with diamonds trapped around it. It was so beautiful she feared putting it on. "Of course, my love, I had the finest forger and beautician make it personally for you. It is imbued with white magic to keep the wearing vibrant forever." The man behind her answered.

She stared at the crown with innocent eyes. "But it is so beautiful. What if I ruin it?" She snapped her neck at the silver haired man behind her.

He gave her a teasing laugh before he grabbed her shoulders and spoke into her ear. "Do not worry, love, the magic in it will make sure it will never be ruined."

"Swear?" She asked, her cheeks puffing cutely.

His lips twitched at the adorable sight before he nodded then answered. "Yes, love."

Ju Bal's heart thudded at the memory as he stared at the heavily battered crown. His hands balled, and his jaw ticked.

"Andrea!" He jolted from his trance at the sudden yell.

He blinked and looked in the direction of a lean boy running to a brown eyed girl. He easily ignored the scene and turned to someone else.

A plump girl who had been standing next to him all this while. He had stared at her from her snickers, her baggy jeans, her huge hoodie surpassing her build, then her face. Her face was plump. Her eyes were bluer than the sky, her blonde hair, short and let down, and her fringe covering her black eyebrows. She pressed her lemon colored pouty lips into a thin line, her cute round cheeks were beat red, and there were lines on her forehead like she was in deep thought.

Ju Bal's heart slammed against his chest. T-this…. Is this an imagination? The thought couldn't he helped. Even though their build and shape were different, her face resembled the dead lover he couldn't forget…. Emilia.

Although they seemed different if one knew Emilia enough you would realize this girl resembled her a lot. He blinked and tried to compose himself even though he felt like grabbing her jaw tightly so he could examine her face better.

With a breath out he spoke with a double smile. "It is a pretty Crown is it not?" He asked, grabbing her attention.

She jolted before realizing herself and turning to him. She looked up at him as he was way taller than her short self.

Ju Bal felt his heart squeeze as the scene in front resembled a particular memory in his mind.

The white haired girl gasped, and her bell blue eyes widened comically that the scary man had seen her. Despite her shivering form and her fearful expression she boldly yet so timidly stepped away from the tree and revealed herself to the bunny killer.

He gulped, trying to calm himself. Occurrences with doppelgangers/look-alikes were rare but not impossible.

"What's pretty?" She asked.

He inhaled. Her voice sounded just like Emilia's. "The crown?" He replied.

Her eyes flickered to the crown. She cocked her head to the side, she squinted her eyes, and the lines on her forehead deepened. She seemed to be examining the battered crown with eyes. "Hmph, my burger king crown is prettier." Was her response.

Ju Bal felt somewhat thrown off by the answer. "Seriously? That is real gold right there."

"So, it's still old and ugly." She said, her button nose scrunching up in dissatisfaction.

"I suppose someone tilting away from the pretty side wouldn't understand what is beautiful and what isn't." Ju Bal couldn't help the words that left his mouth. The girl had blatantly disrespected an object that held so many close memories to him. If it weren't for the people around, perhaps he would have snapped her little neck already.

A fire lit on her bell blue eyes. She tilted her head one side before taking a step close to him. She looked calm even though her eyes were already angry. Her blue eyes looked directly at his silver-grey ones, seemingly searching for something.

There were very few people who could look Ju Bal in the eyes. Even those who didn't know who he was avoided his eyes as they felt the evil aura coming from him.

She left his eyes, roaming around his face. "I thought you looked handsome for a second there. But everything is a little too average." She gestured with her hand as she spoke before walking away without another word.

Ju Bal felt a headache at the moment. What just happened? After a long time of not being confused, he was confused.
