Chapter 1: The Awakening

(Outside the temple , )

My name is Hiromitsu. I was born twice. The first time I was born in Tokyo was in 2003 in a certain month. The second time was five weeks ago.

Right now I'm living a fulfilled life in a temple , and when I say fulfilled I mean it...there is free food over here and with my unique skill stealth mode I can get away with sleeping all day.

I know what you're thinking. "It's blasphemy ". But no , if you could be a little more open minded this phrase would give you endless wonders. "God provides". It's not bad to take things literally sometimes. You agree, right? . Thank you very much.

Okay back to business ,Yes born again. These days I live in tranquillity. My life as an otaku is finally over. Impossible you say …I carried only 3 photos of demon girls. Hiromitsu was up and the first words he alters are"Of course my name is Hiromitsu ,I'm already here?, are you God ?

"Good, you catch on quickly, wait!! did you actually believe you are going to heaven? "

Hiromitsu-"What? is that not where I was going "

God-"You're missing the point, most humans don't believe they are actually going to heaven in the first place in fact, most of them doubt its existence. You are are acting like it's obvious"

God sighs and the continues"okay, Yes I'm God and by my the looks of things the transfer was a success , you should use the name Tassos from now on"

No complaints there.

" Ok god. But I don't feel any power yet. Can I shoot cannon from my fingertips or I'll be able to do that later" I reply with puppy dog eyes.

God in surprise asks "What! Are you okay? , I'm sure the soul I selected was not from a mad person, or did I miss something? "

I ask God "what's with the mumbling? , Isn't this the part where you are supposed to send me to another world to be a hero, a get the girl ?"《forgetting something 》

God annoyed answers " look here human , i think you've read too much fiction.The reason you're is because I transferred your soul to this body before it crossed to the after life. The reason is rather important but you my child has received this great honour and privilege to be of service to me. .what's with that look .. or would you rather proceed to the afterlife and join the other dead souls"

The God continues-"As for your question ,nothing much except I would have to judge you from all the actions you did in your life...and from my understanding you didn't do a very good job, remember the time you took candy from a child or when you were looking lustfully to those Demon girls pictures which were a bit mature, that wasn't a very righteous action.)

(Was he looking at me when I thought I was all alone? , damm him)

"I heard that "- God.

" Wait, can he read my mind ?" - Hiromitsu

"Did you expect I couldn't?"-God

Hiromitsu ignores the question and continues-". Okay guess I have no choice then ,also I think I remember something about transfer "

' Okay , I feel like he's hiding something'- and yes your hunch I correct I said that out loud

God replies with a curious face-"What do you mean hiding? , also you're not supposed to say that out loud? "

God continues- " I'm starting to think I actually picked the wrong person.Anyways, transfer is simple but very crucial, as it stands now I've reached a limit to creation .Everything I create will just vanish after few earth years or so but if there was someone holding all the negative forces causing the vanishing I could create more matter with no restrictions as I used to do."

Hiromitsu-" So why didn't you create someone...ooh they would vanish so you took someone already created right? and this new body won't vanish ?"

Man this gives me the creeps.

Imagine if your body vanished. You would be left just standing there unable to move without legs or mouth or a brains.《He probably shouldn't worry about the brain part》

God-"No It won't, I destroyed several universes to create it so it won't, your body is made up of the negative force now so you might as well be call the Negative Force"

Hiromitsu brims with pride and says in exaggeration -"oooho , Hiromitsu , the NEGATIVE FORCE cool name?"

God-"I told you, Tassos is your name"

"Anyway god, So why is it necessary for it to have a soul?"

God- "Because it's a body."

Hiromitsu-"And?"

God-"Enough, I'm heading out"

Hiromitsu- "what should I do now, what's the mission?"

God-"Nothing, you are an expert in doing nothing right ?"

For a second there I actually thought God tried so say I'm lazy. No.. it's probably my imagination.

God-"you stay in the place the seal I placed on your arm will direct you While I go create back the universes I destroyed , this is my heaven so don't go causing a commotion.

I have not told anyone about you nor should you tell them anything, only name, maybe.

Your mind is protected by me of course so you don't have to worry an angel peeking into you brain.If any angel asks you anything show them that seal .This Gives you an exclusive permission in heaven but don't you use it to do anything ,neither evil nor good "

What is God thinking leaving me to wonder around heaven with , and I quote 'exclusive permission'. It's like giving candy to a child and telling her not to eat it.

God vanishes or teleports I'm not sure which. You figure it out.

Soon the light that was covering the surroundings vanished.

「 OH ! WHAT IN THE HEAVENS 」

..the sight before me, vast landscapes stretched beyond the horizon as far as the eye could see , some covered in jungles of green , red, and more colours than I could count,others with gardens of flowers of types

"Wait... gardens! Of flowers I'm doomed if I'm sent there"

"You there , why are just standing there take this basket a fill it with golden roses "-Gardening Guild Master Angel Ilias

"But mum , I'm…"

"Who ARE YOU calling a mum? If you must know I'm in my early 50s .Now hurry up we don't have all day"-Ilias

She's mad. Maybe I should say something to cheer up. But aaaa ,on second thought I'll go to the garden.

And in case you're wondering what the angels look like , they actually look like angels. Yes this is heaven.The have wings…. but not all of them.

Soon I returned carrying a basket of flowers. Turns out the new body is resistant to allergies. So cool.

Where is the 'old lady'. I'll just put these flowers right here in the middle of the hallway , no one will see me.《 Hiromitsu is well aware , he's just playing the part》 Everyone is minding his own business.

"You there , what is it you think you're "-random warrior angel.

"Nothing."-Hiromitsu panicking

"Why is a combat angel carrying flowers , the training is about to begin"-random warrior angel

Oh I see so that's why the angel from before mistook me for someone else. It's my clothing that they keep changing on their own and should probably figure out how they work soon. Who knows I might end up in a bikini.

《He didn't notice that? Maybe he should stop and use his brain for a second》

"Yes I'm coming"-Hiromitsu

"Okay!"- random warrior angel

Then the angel throws me on his shoulder.

"Hey put me down this instant, "-Hiromitsu

"Shut up"'

Come on, why did God have to make my body this small ? Fine, I'll just play along.

"Hey, what the hell are you looking at ?! "-Hiromitsu shouts at the angels looking at him giggling.

Soon we arrive at the combat centre, it's really crammed here the only place with a space is the arena. I watch two angels carried outside with brushes all over their angelic bodies.

I feel a chill run down my spine. It's time to sneak away

"Hold it? Where do you think you're going?"-Hiromitsu

"The bathroom?"-Hiromitsu

I get thrown in the arena. Don't underestimate me though, I'm confident. I'll get through this easy. I'm universes strong.《He's right》

I turned to face my opponent. This is bad.

"This must be a mistake… can I fight that guy over there instead " -Hiromitsu pointing at a weak looking angel.

"No you punny angel.."- Angel general Claudius

"You never know what the battlefield is gonna throw at you, you have to be...."- Claudius

Enough, I'm not listening anymore. After all it's your ' generosity' that put me with this berserker.

Maybe he will go easy on me. Yes he will, I am just a newbie, he looks like an understanding guy.

"begin !"- announcer

The 'berserker' comes running towards me and throws a spear at the same time.

" I've changed my mind, I'm out of here" I tried bolting but it was too late. I got pierced to my death… no the spear broke into pieces.

"I'm alive! So I am super durable, now let me give you a wonderful reply "- Hiromitsu says getting all cocky.

"TRUE HEAVENLY ANGEL"-berserker

He said those words as he announced his new form. He had transformed into an angel of four wings. And then

"Come forth, bow of judgement, ARROW MIRAGE "- berserker

A rain of arrows fell on me.. but not damage.

And now it's my turn. I launched from the ground leaving cracks behind.

"Take this super strong… super king… I can't come up with a name damn it ..eat this , Hiromitsu Puuuunch !" - Hiromitsu.

I sent the berserker angel flying out of the ring, on to the roof then outside , disappearing into the sky. I created shock waves that shacked the entire stadium causing an earthquake.

Everybody in the arena… was over surprised. By their reaction I could tell it was not a norm for people to be punched to the sky.

"What is he, is he really angel?"- Angel one

"I don't know either "- Angel two.

"I Have never seen him before " - another angel.

" No, now that you mention it I've never seen him before " - another Angel.

I think I overdid it , ( smiling in guilt)

"You there what is your name?"-Claudius

"I'm… look here see ? (Showing the seal on my arm), have permission to be here"-Hiromitsu

"Fine, you're not a combat warrior, next time think of what you're wearing, so (whispering) were you sent by the supreme one"-Claudius

"Y….No , I'll have to leave now"-Hiromitsu.

Talk about a close call. I was almost going to talk about something below me , you do remember I'm a man of great intelligence.

I wonder if I should try and make friends here. Maybe it might go well here.

"Hello My Name is Gemma."

"Yes, Tassos. How may I help you lovely lady "-Hiromitsu

A girl is talking to me. What should I do? Calm down Hiromitsu . Girls like these usually end up being a trap.I mean look at those 'fruits of labour '.

"Tassos are you okay? Are you thinking of something "-Gemma

"Yes! What is it?"-Hiromitsu

"So what skill was that? The one you used in the arena?"-Gemma

"What do you mean by skill Gemma?"

"What ? You mean you don't know what is a skill?"-Gemma

Honestly pays more than lying. That is something my master in the temple always said. But should I listen to him or God? Right now if I lie I might miss the only chance to know something important.

She talked a lot but here is the summary

There are several classes of skills ..lower class or mana limit 1, 2 and 3.Anyone can gain these skills or have them by chance.

Then there is Middle or Secondary Skills , limit 4, 5 and 6.These are acquired by people with high reserves of mana.And have undergone a lot of practice. Most angels are at limit 5 only second to demons. As it stands spirits are strong against demons , demons are strong against angels and finally angels are strong against spirits.

Also there are high or Special skills which are very rare only owned by 0.5 % of all species randomly . Classified into limit 7 and 8

Also there are Exclusive skills or high skills only owned by high level combat mages and fighters with incredible reserves of mana. These are in limit 9 and 10

Then There are Legendary and mythical skills. You can't just randomly obtain them. No one knows anyone who owns them and no one knows how to get them. They are unique as only one type can exist meaning there are no identical legendary or mythical skills.For one to use them one has to be at least infinity 0.

Then there are god skills and as the name suggests ,only owned by multiverse gods.

There are also no copies of these skills either. And one's mana has to be at least infinity 3.

"Let's go and have an appraisal on your skills in the cathedral mmh (gentle smile) "-Gemma

I thought the same too. But there are no floating game menus. "He means you"

I lead the way and after several times of going the wrong direction. I give up and let her lead the way. Soon we arrived at the cathedral.

Well that was easy. Also she didn't mention anything about her own skills. Naturally I knew I had to protect mine.

Back into my room. You heard right . in my room. My seal guided me there.

I wonder if it is okay to have stolen the appraisal screen. It's probably fine.The robbery was quite easy. Since I started feeling my skills I simply Concealed the screen and walked casually out of the cathedral. Also there were no guards.

There were no surveillance cameras. Not that I expected them to be."actually he did"

Also with my mischief king skill I could enhance my intelligence exponentially to 10 times the normal intelligence. But I prefer not being clever. What is the harm in being surprised.

And with mischief king , I synthesise the appraisal screen to craft a basis for my magic artificial intelligence.
