•Surrounds the Enemy with ice to freeze them inside, even if the enemy succeed to live after, there will be an Large Icicle falling down above the enemy dealing more Cryo DMG.
Plunging Attack:
You will turn into a blueish white ball with three shards surrounding you to damage opponents along the path and dealing DMG upon impact.
The user can also hit an enemy from a far distance

Normal Skill:
•The user will summon 10 thin but super sharp Icicle above and around the enemy making it impossible for them to avoid/dodge.
•There will also be a cryo effect freezing the enemy bit by bit
• The user can also change the icicles' form depends on their mind
Charged Skill:
• Just like Lisa's charged Skill the area will be covered with blueish white cloud like a mist and once the charged attack finished multiple icicle will fall above the enemy then multiple sharp ice will fastly rise for the ground and pierce the enemy
Burst:
Just like Zhongli's meteorite burst but it's a massive ice sword down to earth, dealing massive Cryo DMG to the opponents caught in it's AoE and applying the Frozen effect on them

Same with Kokomi's but it's water dragons
The user can heal others and also kill
•for the normal attack, the user doesn't do the exact normal attack of Kokomi you'll just wont move just like ningguang's

The user does a 10 super fast slashes and consumes 20 stamina

•Just like Keqing burst but it's range is shorter
• Performs 7 Cryo rapid slashes
Burst:
•Just like the new Raiden Shogun Boss
•Instead of an massive hand coming out of the eye it's a cryo flower blooming with a hand and Cryo sword inside it slowly coming out and one-slash the enemy dealing massive Cryo effect and DMG
• The enemy will be frozen for about 10 seconds once got hit by it
• The user will be infront the flower btw

A massive wave will appear infront of the user and will take form of a dragon then release a beam of Water from it's mouth towards the enemy dealing AoE Hydro DMG.
• If the target gets hit three more dragon will appear below the target and traps the opponent inside a poison water cage dealing extra Hydro DMG also
