Ali munched on each can't bar knowing it was torturing me. I have been skipping breakfast lately. Breakfast is just not my thing...

She handed me a candy bar and I quickly tore it open. But just as I took a bite teacher walked in..

I turned to my right to see that Ali put her candy away..

Im in trouble.. I quickly ate it before anyone saw and i went in my back pack to get my pencil. "Yuri look at this" I turned to see Ali holding a knife.

When the school bell rang I ran out of class. I headed straight to my house. Exept it takes over 15 minutes. As I ran I took my phone out of my pocket and checked my text mesaages to see if my freinds texted me.

Exept I tripped over a rock as I was texting "Hi" to Cecilia.

Learn a lesson from this kids.. No texting while running..

My phone slipped out of my hand and landed on the ground next to tbe sidewalk. At least my phone still works.. Exept it has a huge crack. I quickly picked up my phone and kept on running.

And when I got home I looked at my phone to see that Cecilia texted me something.

"Great news me and Cameron are dating!"

My jaw dropped.

The three of us have been freinds for over three years. But ive known Cecilia longer than Cameron, Cecilia had liked Cameron for a while now but he never acted interested.

Will Cameron be good enough for her??

Haven't I given her enough time? Or is it too late?

I turned off my phone and put it down. Maybe it was just meant to be..

I stayed up all night texting Cecilia.

We go to diffrent schools, so we dont see eachother everyday. I rubbed my eyes and yawned.

She pointed at a odd looking frog thing that looked liked it had flames shooting out of its head. She smiled at me like a maniac.

Cecilia texted me for the millionth time about how awesome Cameron is. I decided to put my phone down and get a snack from the kitchen. When I went to the kitchen I saw my little brother Jason running around like a maniac. I blankly stared and decided to go back to my room.

Maybe I should find something else to do. I texted my freind Ali "Hi" but as always she never responds. Sometimes I wonder if she gave me the wrong number...

Cecilia texted again

"Wanna hang out at the park later today?"

This time I responded with a "Sure, what time?"

I waited a bit for a response until she finally responded

"3:30"

I was so enthusiastic I almost peed myself.

Good thing I didn't..

I decided to get ready since it was almost 3:30 and I went out the door. Anyways the park is a long ways from my house so it'll take a while to get there..

I waited at a park bench for a while. My phone said it was 3:47

Usually she isn't late...

"R u coming" I texted

I sighed and decided to wait a while. Probably she's just running a little late?

I closed my eyes and drifted to sleep.

I woke up to the sound of a dog barking.

The sun was setting so I must be been asleep a while..

I turned on my phone

3:56: "Sorry I'll be late Cameron needed me over asap"

4:02: "Ill be there soon, I'm with Cameron right now"

4:24: "We can switch it to tomorrow?"

5:47: "sorry"

I turned on the flashlight on my phone and walked home. It is 7:45

I haven't been getting much sleep lately. Perhaps this is my karma.

When I made it back home my parents weren't there. My brother was watching Miraculous Ladybug.

I went to my room and cried myself to sleep for the first time in 3 years.

I've always taught myself to hold it in and not express myself so I don't get hurt but in this world it is impossible to not get hurt..

When I woke up I had a massive headache and my nose was runny. I decided to not got to school.

I went to my computer and played games most the day.

I heard a tapping at my door and decided to open it. By this time I was just playing my favorite game: stare at the wall

"hello" Cecilia said as she walked in.

I stepped by. My mom probably let her in..

I dont know what made her fall in love with him. He is short, has black curly hair and blue eyes. She has blonde hair and light blue eyes like the sea. She is beautiful and she has the cutest laugh. They are completely diffrent when side by side.

Whereas I have brown hair and light brown eyes.

They where holding hands at that moment. "Yuri why don't you get a boyfreind?" Cecilia asked breaking the silence.

When I heard the front door close I hit the wall.

I couldnt go to sleep my stomach hurt so bad. I think I got the stomach flu. I went downstairs to get medicine from the medine cabinet.

stuff I shouldn't mention to little kids let's just say...

My parent seriously need to go to the store.

I looked for some cookies as a late night snack... ok lets just go back to my room..

My stomach hurt so bad but I decided to ignore the pain and go to sleep

I stayed home the next two days. When I finally went to school Ali was her usual self.

I rubbed my temples and sat down in my chair and started to get to work on my computer. I put in the newly bought game in and waited for it to load.

I opened my eyes and realized I fell asleep while playing the game. I got ready for school and put on my uniform.

On my way to school I felt the light breeze. Winter is coming. I guess that means that it might snow?

I blinked slowly. Deep in thought. Do miracles ever happen..?

I left that childish thought behind and kept on walking. There are more important things than love. I just have to get over it. Once I do I can finally go to a good college and become a doctor or book author.

I have a good life going for me..

I shouldn't let childish feeling destroy me. I need to hide my true feelings. I took a deep gulp.

I stopped again. I dont know why but today is especially hard to keep going..

I looked at a rose bush in the nearby garden. I remember when me and Cecilia where kids we would go there..

I remember we adorned eachother with flowers and put them in eachothers hair..

We eventually got in trouble by the owner for picking the flowers.. we where just kids... we didnt know about love at that time.. yet..

I blinked hard and forced in tears and kept on walking to school. I need to give up on those foolish dreams. Its in the past now.
