' Why ,why ,why am I so weak , Ever since I was a child I've always been the weakest one and because of that i could not do what i wanted to do , I'm so weak I can't even hunt the weakest animal ,Even in comparison to boys younger than me I'm still weak ,Am even called "weak bones" by the villages sometimes I feel like my life is just a big misfortune '.Miles Darwin stared at the ceiling and taught about his live.

Miles was still caught up in his thoughts when his sister called out to him , "Hey you have been in the same spot for over an hour what are you thinking about ?don't even tell me lets just go outside for a little while", Miles stubbornly followed his sister out .

Miles is an 18 years old boy, he is tall with black long hair blue eyes and a handsome face many will gladly fall for but unfortunately he had a very fragile and weak body, in a society where the strong are praised as the backbone of the community he was just a below average person.

Miles younger sister Sister Eliasa a very stubborn but kind girl who always looked after Miles ,she is a tall girl with black hair and blue eyes and very great body with all her curves in the right place she is extremely gorgeous but even though she was 16 and two years younger than miles she still behaved like a big senior sister".

Immediately Miles came out he was greeted by the warm evening sun the air felt fresh and the "weather was a clear sunny day", The village was as peaceful as ever children playing,women talking about one thing or the other Miles mother was among them and the men where just drinking and telling tales while some where hunting in the forest some kilometers away ,Miles father was among the men hunting in the forest, The village was filled with houses which closely resembled each other except the village chief house which was three times bigger than all the other houses in the village .

Miles was taking in the peaceful sight when all of a sudden three of the village boys came beside Miles ,They were Brenn, Pode and Dagis

"well ,well ,well ,If it isn't Weak bones, I was wandering were you have been since all this while have you been hiding your miserable life from us", Brenn said

"Just leave me alone Brenn am not here to look for trouble", Miles replied

" But we are not here to make trouble we just want to see if you have some coins with you we can lend for a while hmmmmmmm" , Dagis said

There are three coins bronze coins , Silver coin and Gold coins , 100 bronze coin made 1 silver coin , 100 silver coin made 1 Gold coin , in a village earning 20 bronze coin a day was relatively rich , a family of six could survive on 5 bronze coin for a whole day .

"yeah why don't you help us out and give us some Bronze" ,Pode joined in

" Hey leave us alone if not I will report all of you to the village chief" , Eliasa told them angrily .

"hey , hey alright okay we were just joking you don't have to do that ,later weak bones" ; Brenn said while moving back to where he was training with other boys his age

Miles looked at them with a hateful look in his eyes if only I were stronger than I will not be bullied ", Miles thought

"Don't let them disturb you if they still try to bully you let me know okay ", Eliasa said .

" You know you are doing it again" , Miles said

" Doing what again " Eliasa asked confused.

"Behaving like the senior one "

" Well I just can bear to see them bully you do you hate it "Eliasa asked

" No , Actually I should be thanking you "

As they were taking a walk around the village Miles suddenly saw Sheila Hemswill "well who was she, she was the girl of Miles's dream she was the most beautiful girl in the village well according to Miles , she had long black hairs and dark brown eyes with an incredible shape and she was 18 just the same age as Miles , He as been in love with her for as long as he can remember ; Why haven't Miles told her already well he already did but she turned him down , why ? Well he was just not her are type and he was labeled as the weakest in the village ,Although it broke is heart but he still didn't give up and made up his mind to marry her",

"Do you still love her" ; Eliasa asked , "well yeah I do but she doesn't love me" ;Miles replied .

"Well she is going to realise what she is missing out on and come around" ;Eliasa said trying to cheer him up .

"Its okay Eliasa you don't need to cheer me up I know its just a wishful thinking ; Eliasa can you let me be alone for a while I need some time alone" ; Miles said somewhat down .

"okay Miles but take it easy you don't need to be so down every time ,well I will be heading back home" ,Eliasa replied as she went back home.

Miles then went into the forest but he made sure not to go to deep into the forest because of the wild animals deep in the forest , "I wander how it will feel to be strong" ,Miles taught as he kept moving through the forest ; All my life I have always dreamed of becoming an adventurer and exploring the world but am just so wick I can't even kill wick animals maybe am just cursed sometimes I just feel like killing myself and ending my misery, All of a sudden Miles heard the grunt of an animal.

Grrrrrrrr

What was that sound its coming from behind when Miles turned he immediately felt an intense killing intent a fierce looking boar stood behind him , and although the boar was like a great entity to Mile it was injured with a deep wound coming from its side , with the amount of blood gushing out of the wound it will die in a matter of minutes but by then Miles would be long dead " its a boar but what is it doing all the way out here" ? Its so close to the village .

Grrrrrrrrrr

The boar suddenly charged at Miles ; Its so fast I can't outrun it but I have to survive it some how , Miles jumped to his left but it was to late the boar stabbed him in his leg and he fell to the ground .

Arrgghh

My leg dammit I can't move Is this how am going to die killed by a boar am I not going to get to married to Sheila am I not going to explore the world .

The boar charged at him again

Well I guess I was cursed after all, I wonder how my mom and dad will feel when they hear I died well I guess I can only imagine the look on their face; No what am I saying I want to survive I want to leave out my dream.

All of a sudden everything seemed to slow down , even the leaves of the tree dancing in the wind came to a complete stop .

I guess it's true what they say everything slows down when you are about to die .

"Its heading to the village we have to kill it before it injures or kill anybody".

Six men then came out of the forest one of them was miles father.

"Miles is that you" ? .

" Dad its me ",Miles replied his father

"Gregin I found something , What is that" , Miles father replied ,

"Its the boar but it's dead" ,

"That's not possible there is nobody here capable of beating a boar" ,Gregin replied .

"Miles did you see who killed this boar", Gregin asked his son

"Well I killed it dad kind of" .

"WwwHhhAaat" , All six men couldn't help but shout.

"That's a lie it took all six of us to kill one boar

and you are telling me you killed a boar all by your self do you think we are stupid" ,one of the hunters replied .

(Dammit they are right how will I explain my self I can't tell them a voice in my head killed it they will think I am crazy)

"It was already wounded and in near death condition so I just did the last damage", Miles desperately tried to find an excuse.

"Well my son has never lied to my face before so I believe him" ,Gregin said .

"Well if you believe him we also believe him" ,one of the hunters said .

( Thank God they believe me I don't know how they will handle the truth if I told them), Miles taught.

"well come on guys let's take these boar home and make a nice soup from it", Gregin told his hunters.

"I always taught I was the most miserable person alive but now I know my life is just starting I am going to make my dreams come true with this new found power of mine". Miles couldn't help but smile as he taught .

On the road back to the village the hunters kept talking about the upcoming village festival; the flame parade festival , it was one of the few festivals of the village of Liegae ,it was a festival to thank the gods for the prosperity and peace in the village, and also to reward the achievements of the villagers who showed outstanding performance through the year.

But for Miles ; it was always a sad experience for him because he have never achieved anything in the village he only watched as other boys his age were praised for their outstanding achievement , this only made him feel more inferior .

But while they were discussing , Miles couldn't help but think about all that transpired in the forest , the weird voice , the boar almost killing him and something about a system .

For some reason Miles was the only one that could see the weird screen , Miles was still wandering about it when he was called by his father.

"Miles ,Miles "; Gregin shouted trying to get Miles attention

"Yes father "?

"What were you thinking about ?"

"I was just thinking about the festival "

"Yes the flame festival ; Hmmm by any chance are you thinking of the dance of the maidens; I know that is what seems to attract you youngsters to the festival" . Saraga One of the hunters asked

" No I was just thinking about , ....well never mind. "

When the hunters got back home the boar was shared into six pieces and each hunter took one piece , of course Gregin who was their leader took the largest piece.

At home after dinner Miles went to his room but he could not sleep , he decided on talking to the voice in his head .

' Hey system are you there or are you asleep ' .

Three individuals suddenly came out ;they were Brenn , pode and dagis

" leave me alone I don't have time for this , Miles said trying to walk away from them ;but he was pushed by Brenn to the wal"l .

"I think its high time you learnt your place idiot ," Brenn said pinning Miles to the wall.

"Dammit I am ten times stronger now I should be able to fight back if only I could tell how strong they are" Miles thought

Miles pushed Brenn and he landed on his back .

Dagis tried to kick Miles but before he could even raise his leg .

' he too landed on the ground unconscious ' .

Miles punched him in the face .

Brenn stood up and tried to punch Miles .

But before he could even process what happened Miles kicked him in is stomach making him cough up blood .

"How are you this strong ", Brenn asked confused

"Just you wait I will be back this isn't over I will make you regret it " , Brenn said.

They all ran away from him carrying the already unconscious Dagis away

Miles couldn't help but smile ,their was a hint of satisfaction on his face .

The village chief of Liegae Darkash was a man in is sixties he was tall and well built with a lot of scars on his body with a long scar along his face which made him look fierce.

" What are you looking for little one " .

" I came to pay you a visit " .

"Hmm this is quiet unusual , this is the first time you've came to meet me , well what do you need this old man for ", Darkish asked .

" I was just curious if you knew anything about Heroes" ,Miles asked .

" Hmm why don't you take a sit " .

Miles sat down on one of the chairs available .

" Heroes , hmm how do you even come across the name " , Darkish asked surprised that Miles even knew the word .

" Well it doesn't actually matter , you're the first person to ask me this question and even what I know was told to me by the former Chief of the village " .

" More than a thousand years ago during the Dark era , the demon race reigned supreme , they could use dark magic a dangerous type of magic , they were obsessed with war , they conquered all the kingdoms and their king The Demon king reigned over most of the world , they slaughtered many and enslaved more , When the world could no longer bear the cruelty of the demons anymore the Heroes where called upon to fight the Demon king , they were given great strength by the world to stop the Demon king ; they fought against the Demon race and the Demon king , it was a tough battle but they finally managed to seal the Demon king ;after sealing the Demon king the Heroes brought peace to all the kingdoms ,The Heroes where a symbol of peace and a sword against evil . It is the year 1068 after the great Demon war although the war was won a thousand years ago the kingdom ... , no infact the whole world can't forget that period " .

"The Heroes are they still alive ". Miles asked.

"their are no more Heroes they are all gone , Well that's all I know about the Heroes although it might not be totally accurate ".

"Thank you Great chief that is more than enough for me, I will be on my way now " , Miles bowed and left the village chief house .

' Well at least I know about the Heroes now ,But I wonder how I got the power, anyways I need to grow stronger those that means I should keep beating people up? ,no their should be another way , Hey guardian how can I level up? ' .

Miles didn't realise but he was no longer the cowardly boy he used to be , even though the system had only been with him for a day he's character and behavior had changed .

After leaving the chiefs house, Miles slowly went back home; he kept thinking about what the chief told him.

' "Dark magic" , it must be very powerful to conquer all the kingdom , I am not sure if what the chief told me is accurate but if I was given this power because something disastrous to the world is about to happen or is already happening , I have to be ready , I have to be prepared by growing Stronger I have to level up , and to do that I have to go deep into the forest but I need a weapon first ' .

When Miles got home it was still 12 noon ;only his dad was around , his mom and sister had both gone out , he went to where his dad always kept his weapon and took a shortsword from the pile .

' Well I better head to the forest before it gets late , before long Miles made it to the same spot where he got attacked by the boar ' .

' To Think that I almost got killed by a boar at this same spot yesterday I have to get stronger so I won't be wounded so easily ' .

Miles worked for another 30 minutes before coming across an animal it was an hare ,the hare was chewing away at vegetables unaware of Miles presence.

' Miles looked at the hare with a predators gaze they are very fast creatures I need to get close to it without it noticing me ' , Miles slowly moved closer to the creature.

' Dammit did I travel to deep into the forest , well he hasn't noticed me I better leave here before he turns around ' .

Miles turned around to leave but stepped on a twig while walking.

The boar turned back and found Miles , it charged at Miles with his horn aimed at him ,but Miles easily dodged it he jumped to the left

instead of impaling Miles liked it planned to the boar slammed into a tree , it got disoriented from the impact but quickly regained its balance .

It turned to face Miles who in turn faced him back .

' I am fast enough to dodge its attack now can do this I just need to stab him with this sword, Assess ' . Miles said to no one in particular.

The boar charged at Miles again but this time Miles was prepared he jumped a little bit to the left and stabbed the boar in its large belly .

The boar cried out in pain but instead of retreating the boar became more vicious and sped at Miles .

Miles dodged it but as if learning from it's mistake it followed up with another attack .

It hit Miles in his stomach throwing Miles some meter away into a tree .

The impact caused miles to vomit blood, Miles struggled to his feet .

' Guardian what is my HP ' .

' Dammit it managed to shave 36 point of my HP with just one hit I cannot let it hit me again ' ; Miles charged at the boar stabbing it by the neck causing it to shout in pain.

' That's pay back for slamming me to the floor ' .

The boar was covered in blood making it look horrific, it tried to stab Miles with its tusk but miles was just to fast for it he shifted to the side and stabbed the boar in the head .

The boar gave a loud cry before it finally died.

Miles closed his eyes and concentrated on his environment and he could hear the birds in their nest he could even hear the leaves whistling as the wind passed by he could hear boars grunting in the distant ;

' wait a minute their are two boars up head ,well I guess its time I see what I can do at level 5 ' , Miles said as he put on a smile .

Miles sped to the direction the boar where , he was moving faster than when he fought the first boar.

Miles stood confidently in front of the two boar .

Before the second boar could even move Miles stabbed the sword deep in its head the lifeless body of the boar fell to the ground .

Two hours later miles had managed to kill 16 more boars and had leveled up to level 9 .

Miles slowed down when he neared the village and walked all the way back home , he was greeted by the scent of a nice meal been made by his mom in the kitchen.

" Miles where have you been I have been looking every ".

" I was just around the village" ,Miles replied his mom.

well he couldn't tell his mom he had been hunting wild animals she would have had a heart attack , He quickly went upstairs washed his father's now bloody sword and put it back where he found it before going to eat.
