Every being wants to be loved and feel the happiness of loving others. We all seek for our only one with whom we want to spend our all life with, being with them in their every moment, smiling at success and supporting each other at rough times.
In this world too, everyone is constantly searching for something and that is their fated mate, the ones who were born only for each other. Some are lucky but not everyone can get the taste of real euphoria by being with their fated mate and thus leave the world without getting a chance to even meet them.
Just like everyone, I too want to meet my fated mate, maybe the other party was healthy or sick, rich or poor- I want to be able to be with them.
I have spent most of my time imagining different scenarios and situations where I would meet my fated mate. Reciting every word that would leave my mouth, once I come across them. What kind of person are they? How would they react? Were they searching for me too?
Sometimes, I would find myself lost in those fairy tale like fantasies but once the reality would settle my unrest would take over me. Future was uncertain and a sense of anxiety would sprout within me.
But just knowing the face, it was possible even though by a mere chance to meet with my person who was decided for me by the stars, who had been born just for me and my name was destined with them was exhilarating enough for me to keep hoping.
Maybe it was true when someone said; you don't need an extravantage meeting to write an exceptional love story.
After all, despite those fantasies of mine, we met unexpectedly in a simple way possible but to me our love story will always be the best of all rivaling even those of romeo and juliet, the reason being I wrote it with you- my one and only soulmate, born just for me.
Our meeting was fated by the stars.

Aish, the next 50 something words will be nothing but my stupid ranting about how, Mangatoon doesn't let post anything less than 500 words. Like damn, this is prologue huhu, just an insight for readers about the story. Why you have to do me dirty like that. If I cry will Mangatoon cut me some slacks? It won't, What should I write? Oh I know.
This below is the male lead Arnold Creed. He is very tryant like.
He is second male lead, his name is Sasaki Kyoko.
He may look cute and meek but he is one fierce baby.
I hope you enjoyed it.
I purple you💜
Dark clouds had reign the sky and it seemed like there would be some rain, even though the forecast had said it would be a clear day with no clouds and only blue sky.
And in the corner of the bustling city of Sethia, a boy groggily let out a yawn as he closes the door of the bar. Today too Kyoko had slept on the bar where he worked part time at- his reason being; too lazy to go home.
He looks up at the sky. If I make a run for it, I can make it before the rain.
Despite having that thought, unlike other days when the only thing he would want to do was reach home and hit the bed, today he wanted to take the longest time possible to get there.
Am I finally getting awakned? Will I get superheroes power?
He sarcastically remarked at his unknown urge of excitement, which he rarely felt. Determined to waste as much time as possible to reach the apartment, he cheked his bag for pills just in case his heat comes. Since his heat was unconsistent and would come as an unwelcomed guest.
After he confirmed he even had the neutralizer incase he had to come across an alpha, which was a rare case, after all no any elite alphas would come to an unamusing city like Sethia. Every citizen of Sethia were either omegas or betas; and if there was one in the million chance that an alpha was born the whole family would move out in hopes of properly nurturing them and close their gap to get rich.
Truly a depressing city.
Kyoko sighed, glancing at moving people who wouldn't even spare a glance if an accident were to happen.
But he didn't despise the city, after all it was citizens who would make it that way. If alphas were to reside here, Sethia would too be an exceptional city with abundant facilities.
As he were occupied with these thoughts, a trickle to raindrop sliding down his cheeks hitting him with realisation that it was not the time to think about unnecessary stuff and make a run for his apartment.
"Shit, it just had to rain."
He cursed under his breath and fasten his steps, gradually running towards his destination.
Just a bit more.
He trudge forward occassionally pushing or being pushed by the running people.
As he was about to cross the road the red sign displayes on the traffic light, making him stop.
The best day ever.
He rolls his eyes, getting further soaked in the rain. After patiently waiting for the colour to change to green, he dashes foward and makes it to the other side.
Just a bit more.
He thought, but came to a sudden halt and turned back, only to see a boy barely in his mid 20s looking back at him with an unreadable expression on his face.
Domineering the smell of rain,a sweet aroma filled the atmosphere and when Kyoko met his eyes, it felt as if the world had stopped and time slowed down just for them. The heavy downpour, the noise that surrounded them and the people who were rushing to shelter from the rain; it blurred but none of that mattered either.
Contrast to Kyoko who was standing still and staring at the boy in front of him, he didn't dare to blink- fearing that it was a dream and the boy would disappear into a thin air, the boy walked closer just enough to feel their breath against each other.
"Mate." The boy muttered in a low voice barely enough for Kyoko to hear.
The rain had already soaked Kyoko completely- the water dripped from his hair down to his face and it was only after he could feel the salty taste on his lips, he knew it wasn't rain but his own tears.
I hope this wasn't a dream. Don't disappear even if I wake up.
The boy raised his hands and gently grazed Kyoko's cheeks and that's when he was pulled out of his train of thoughts, a muffled sniffle left his mouth, startling his mate in front.
"I-
The boy fumbled with his words and waved his hands in the air, nervously.
"Did I do something wrong?" He finally gathered his courage and asked Kyoko, who was staring at him with his glistening almond coloured eyes.
Seeing how flustered his mate was, he couldn't help himself and let out a chuckle.
"Nothing." He said.
The boy heaved a sigh and looked around, when he spotted a cafe nearby, he grabbed Kyoko's hand and made a run for it. A trail of electric shock waved through Kyoko's body and his heart fluttered even at the simple touch. He had once again realised that it was not a dream, his mate was right in front of him, holding his hand.
The feeling of restlessness and irritation that he felt a moment ago was like a dream because right now the feeling of elation had numbed him.
I am glad, I took a long way home.
His heart fluttered once again with the thought of his mate in front of him and his face broke into a childish smile.
The sound of the summer wind chime vibrated through the air when the door of the cafe flung open. Kyoko followed the boy's lead who was a total stranger to him and knew nothing about it, except the fact; he was his fated mate.
Looking at the two wet, possible customers, the owner brought them disposable paper towels.
"You will catch a cold. What would you like to have?" He asked tenderly.
"I.... hot chocolate mocha. Oh and lots of whipped cream." Kyoko looked away shyly.
He was about to turn away and place the order when Kyoko suddenly caught the hem of his cardigan sleeves, bringing him to a sudden halt.
Kyoko disregarded the butterflies he was getting on his stomach and opened his mouth. "May I know your name?"
The boy chuckled and bent forward, dangerously close to Kyoko's ear.
"You should state your name before asking others."
Kyoko sucked in his breath, unable to process anything the reason being the proximity of their face but managed to utter Sasaki Kyoko.
"Kyoko, that's a nice name."
Ignoring his vigorously thumping Kyoko managed to ask the question again.
"What about yours?"
The boy paused for a while. "Arnold Creed."
Then he proceeded to place an order, giving Kyoko his peace of mind for a while.
Be calm. Remember you have imagined meeting them so many times.
"Here's your order, sir."
Kyoko was pulled back to the reality, when Arnold teasingly placed his hot chocolate mocha infront of him.
Barely managing to keep his calm, Kyoko looked over his mate; he was rather taller than what he had believed before, accoutred in a black coloured long sleeve coat that fit his sturdy body prefectly, making one imagine what he had if the clothes weren't blocking the view.
While Kyoko was taking his time, checking out his mate he didn't realise, his hazel eyes were looking back at him, tugging upwards the corner of his sultry lips, he raised an eyebrow.
"I am happy you find me attractive, but.... he pushed the cup towards Kyoko, drink it before it gets cold."
"An alpha?"
Kyoko unconsciously let out. After realising what he said, he covered his mouth with his palm and looked at Arnold panicking.
"Is that bad?"
"What? Ahh... no, I just thought that my mate would be a beta."
Kyoko let out a light chuckle.
Arnold, who was sitting across the table got up and leaned towards Kyoko, "You don't want me?" He growled.
Despite the aggressive preposition, his eyes reflected nothing but anxiousness. The possible prospect of his mate rejecting him, formed a knot on the pit of his stomach.
Seeing how his mate reacted, Kyoko was freed from one of his worry, at least he won't get rejected like he thought. But he had to make sure, hear it from Arnold's own mouth.
"Shouldn't that be my question? I am an omega while you are an alpha, far superior to us, would you still accept me?"
Arnold sighed.
"If it weren't for this situation, I might've already made you mine."
His words sounded somewhat sounded threatening but his voice was as tender.
"Don't worry, I wouldn't dare without your permission."
Arnold stated, his thumb caressing the back of Kyoko's hand.
Once again sending chills down his spine.
