It was a great day and a good morning in some neighbourhoods. When doing scrolling and searching for websites about historical civilizations games on the computer. I'm not sure why; I'm obstinate in history. Perhaps as a result of peer pressure or from playing a computer game.

I was into games that built civilizations and wars. I have been bored playing board games, like chess and Shogi, because I have won straight since I started to play it and represented my country about a month ago. It was quite challenging, but I managed to win it.

When I do something and excel in it, people always tell me that I am always lucky. They do not know why I can excel in it. It is because of my consistency in practising something that I never lose hope in doing so. Because of it, I became a world champion.

I do not know if it will last a long time. Maybe it will fall soon. I do not hope it will last longer. There are many tough and intelligent people out there. When I looked at a new game released on some pirate websites. Suddenly, there is an advertisement that just pops up on my computer screen.

I tried to close it, but it is still popping as if it wants me to click it. The advertisement said, "Are you clever enough to complete these riddles?" Because I can't do anything to close it, I just click the advertisement. I thought it was a scam, but it was just a pop quiz. What a ridiculous thing they do. I hope it does not steal my data. I tried to answer it as the quiz was kind of interesting and funny.

There were around 30 questions, and each had a multiple-choice answer. It was given that I needed to answer all of them in 50 minutes. I do not know if it is my luck or if it was a scam, but I nailed all of the questions and it was completely true. Maybe all of it was a question about the war and my opinion only. That is why I got it all true, as I am familiar with it. "Congratulations" just pops out on my screen.

Then, I was moved to another tab. On the tab, it told me that I needed to beat the NPC in chess. If I win, then I can proceed to the next stage. Just to kill the boredom, I just follow the flow. At this stage, I started with the white piece. As I mentioned earlier, I am the world champion in the chess world. It might be easy for me, but I do not want to make it too easy.

I just play with the NPC as the time flows by. As I realised, I had just 'checkmated' it. Wow, I did not think it would end up like this. It was interesting that I moved to the next stage. At this stage, the site shows me the icon I should choose. There are roles like;

"So, I need to choose one of them. Which one do I like? I think the queen." As I choose the queen, nothing happens. I just think maybe it wants me to choose a king. Then, I clicked on the king. So far, nothing has happened. Then, I clicked on all of it as I did not know what to do. Nothing happened, but I just realised that they had just prepared the confirm button below there. Ah, such a clumsy mistake I made.

As I clicked on the button prepare. One notification appeared, informing me of my icon. Maybe it becomes random as I do not choose it wisely. The role shown to me is, I get the role of ruler, which is not on the list. Hahaha... so funny. Maybe it was some kind of error. Then, below the role that appeared. It asked me whether I wanted to agree or disagree with the role. Without checking the information, I just agree with it.

After that, one notification just pops up again and this time it told me that I have passed all three stages. Also, it told me to 'please wait 10 seconds as the info is evaluated and compiled.' 10 seconds have been passed and the button start just appeared. In my heart think maybe this is for a new game to find the beta tester. Oh, what a creative way to find.

I clicked it and I thought it moved me to the next tab or downloaded something, but it was worse. My computer does not recognise my mouse and my keyboard. Not just that, my computer screen just turned blue, as if it had been hacked by someone. Maybe my computer is just being hacked. What should I do?

Maybe switching off the computer is the best way to go. As I switched off, nothing happened to my computer. The screen became blue and some code just appeared over and over. For a moment, I felt kind of scared, but luckily my computer screen became black. "Fuh, what the hell could happen if I am not quick enough to switch off the computer at the moment? It was a moment that I could feel relieved a bit.

I thought it was done, but one hand just appeared on my computer screen and gripped my right hand. The hand looked like a skeletal hand, and it was quite scary. I tried to remove it from my hand, but the grip was too strong. There is no way I can release it. All my efforts were futile. Furthermore, that hand is pulling me into the computer screen. As my left hand tried to remove the skeletal hand, suddenly, another hand appeared and pulled my left hand along.

When I looked at my computer screen back, suddenly it became white and illuminated my room with a flash. For a brief moment, my vision is dazzled. As I realised, I was in some kind of empty room with a brick pattern style. It looks like a castle from a long time ago. Actually, what has really happened to me and where am I?

"Is that a door in front of me?" I thought it so. In this room, there is only one door here. Maybe, I could find my answer beyond that door. As I opened that door, I found that there was one table in front of me. There are some biscuits, a cup of tea that is still hot and one piece of paper with a pen on it.

I tried to sit in front of it and try to read the text, but I couldn't manage to understand it. It was some kind of ancient language to me. Also, it was my first time looking at the language. I was exhausted and hungry. On that table, I attempted to eat a biscuit and drink a cup of tea. Then, I tried to reconfirm the text again.

I am a bit surprised as I can read the text. The text on the paper said,

"To the ruler,

If you want to know, our world has an enormous conflict that happened between us. I represent all of them and want you to stop this conflict. "Woah!" I am a bit stunning when reading this text. Wait, did they want me to help them stop the war. It was quite an interesting task to do. Also, maybe I can become more stand out in this world. As this text mentioned it was their world, so that means I am in another world. Impossible. Yeah, it was impossible. I think this is just a dream only. For a human to go to another world it was like you throw one needle into a straw. Totally hard to find.

Before I want to test if it was a dream or not, maybe I should look up an ancient device first. I pulled the drawer and took out the box. In the box, I found that they have a device like in the regular world. There is one smartphone, a smartwatch and one bread. "What? Bread." It said on the plastic "to let you resurrect over and over". Because of hungry, I just ate it. I tried to wear the smartwatch and put the smartphone in my pocket.

"Okay, right now I should test whether it is true or not that I am dreaming. I tried to fall my body on the floor." As my head happened to touch the floor, I just realised that I was in the desert near the ocean. Woah, it was a dream. This time I tried to fall on the sand. but, this time my head and my body smeared with the sand. "Ouch, It hurt me so much, so confirm it was not a dream anymore." I tried to wash my head with the ocean water, as it smeared with the sand.

Suddenly, the smartwatch ring notification and there is a text on my smartphone. As the text said,

"Due to the rampant war, people have no desire to rejoice in places prone to threats. The sea is very dangerous because it is controlled by the Beta country. Seawater is their main source of electricity and their source to find food."

So, the place where I get this device really existed. I think there might be some teleportation device when I try to fall on that floor. Is this some kind of device that tells you about some information only? I hope it can do more craziest thing. Right now, where should I go. Since I cannot cross the ocean, maybe I can just travel around this desert.

It was around 4 hours or more, I have walked around this desert. I am thirsty and sweat a lot. I hope I find the city or village soon. It was my first time walking in the desert. Right now around 1 p.m. It was a peak of the hotness right now. I thought I will melt soon. I hope I have a guide to go around here. As I realised, I have this smartphone. Why does not I think it sooner?
