It was mid Autumn outside but A Man who was sitting in the Hospital Corridor can feel His Whole body getting cold.
A man in his early 30's was sitting on one of the chairs while his hands and legs were shaking badly. He was looking at the Operation Theater time by time.
After about half an hour the OT door opened and Doctor came out. The man stands and marched towards doctor....

As doctor said this Loran's heart broke in millions of pieces. Because in one day He got his First child but also Lost his Mate. Whom he loved more than anyone and anything else.
But he somehow in his heart knew that this will happen but was not able to admit it. Because when he get to know about the Accident he was having this feeling that something like this will happen.
Mrs. Grayson was heading back to home after her shopping by her Car. Which his Husband gifted her on her birthday. She was sitting on the Back Seat while one of the Driver was driving the carefully Because Mrs. Grayson was 9 months Pregnant. There were lots of Shopping bags with her in the back.
She has buy Many things for her Child and husband. Some other things for their Home.
Their was a soft music playing in the car for Mrs. Grayson and The baby. She was enjoying the Ride and Music with eyes closed.
Suddenly the driver turns the car with a Halt. Which made Mrs. Grayson startle. She holds her stomach with fearful expressions.

W-what happened? Everything's ok right?
She asked with shaking voice.

Madam The Car was coming in our direction with Full speed. I blew the Horn. But they didn't stopped so i needed to get away from their way. Or el-

The driver was talking to his Madam that he noticed a Big Truck coming in their way. And within a second Car crashed into the Truck.
The driver died on the spot. While Mary was half Conscious. She was just mumbling

When that Accident happened some people were there. Some tried to catch the Truck driver. But he ran away. And some make both the people come out of the car. By the Car window. They saw that The driver died on the spot. And the Lady was Pregnant. But she was bleeding badly and Many big Glass pieces were digged in her stomach and body.
They took both of them to the Hospital near by. And also informed the Police about this incident.
When they reached Hospital. Mary was taken for Operation right away. Everyone knew that she was Mr. Loran Grayson's wife so they Informed him.
The receptionist called Mr. Grayson who was in his meeting. But pick up the Call because he was feeling some kind of pain in his heart.
Receptionist:- Hello Good afternoon Mr. Grayson. I'm talking from XX Hospital. I want to inform you that Your wife is currently in Operation Theater. So i would like you to please come here and sign the contracts while the operation is going on.

Ch2.
When Receptionist said that. The phone which was in Loran(Mr. Grayson)'s fall down. And he frozed on his spot. But came in senses when his Assistant shakes him a little.
He pick up his and left from the Meeting Room to his Office Room. His heart was getting heavy and Tears were fighting to fall down but he held them back. Because he know his wife and Unborn child needs him. So he Grabbed his Coat and Car keys. Then he shoots towards his car and left for Hospital as fast as possible.
After like 20 minutes he read there. The receptionist gave him the Form to fill. And also tell him the Ward Number. He reached there and saw that the Light of Operation Theater was still on. Which means Operation was still going on.
The Man can't take it and sat on the next to the Room. His tears started to fall down continuously. He was scared of Losing his Love his Wife. And also of Losing his Child.
So he just sat there and waited for doctor to come.
Loran was sniffing a little but collected himself. He looked at doctor who was reading some reports. He took a deep breath and cleared his throat so that his voice won't choke.
Loran Grayson
*Weak Voice* Doctor...Can....Can i meet my Son?
Doctor
*Looked up at Loran* Ofcourse Mr. Loran. Come I'll show you his Tube. Right now you can't take him home because He also has got some injuries. Also i need to check something too.
He said while walking towards Loran's Child. When they reached their. The nurse who was treating his Injuries and some Check ups gave a file to Doctor who nodded and Nurse left from there.
The doctor guided Loran towards tube. Where he saw a Cute Little Infant sleeping peacefully in his tube. He was looking so cute that anyone can fall for him. The Infant was having little Some Orange hairs on his head which he got From his Mother Mary.
But something broke Father's heart brutally.
It was the Bandaids. There were While Bandaids on the little newborn's mouth, Neck and some were also on his hands.
Loran's tears started to fall down again. He placed his hands on the Tube while sitting on the Chair placed next to it.
Loran Grayson
*Crying and speaking with weak voice* M...my my Ba..baby. My son. Wel...welcome in...th..thiss world my....my Baby. 😭😭😭
After sometime Doctor again came in the ward and was looking at Loran with Hesitation. Like he wants to say something but don't know how.
This Hesitation was noticed by Loran who wiped his tears and turned towards doctor.

*Shaky Voice* J...just tell me Doctor. W..what you want to say.
Doctor
*Cleared his throat* Uhhh...Mr. Grayson as you see when we operated your son From your Wife's womb. He was having so many injuries because when she was taken here there were many big glasses digging in her Stomach. So by accident...umm...

Some glasses digged in Your.....your son's Mouth and neck. That why there's Bandaids on that. We removed the Glass pieces and treated his mouth and all....But....

*Again in tears while listening to Doctor* But?

I'm sorry to say this but *Deep sigh* The glass pieces cutted his tongue a little and some of the vocal cords. So he will not be able to 'SPEAK IN HIS WHOLE LIFE' I'm sorry.
Loran didn't answered he was just looking at his baby boy while crying. His heart was now shattered into millions of pieces. Because Today he Lost his Mate. His Omega. His Wife. And his life.
Today he got a New life in his Son. But Today he lost his Son's voice.
Doctor left from there giving Loran his time get recover from his wife's death and Losing his son's voice. It's not easy for someone who is not that old. Also for someone who still have to learn many things.
After sometimes Loran calmed a little he looked at his Son. The one of the Tube was opened for Doctors to check up.
He raised his hand and touched his Son's little face with his long fingers. He chuckled when soft Baby skin touched his fingers. He was looking at his son when he listened.

Loran again started crying badly after listening to his wife's voice in his mind.

He was continuously crying. While his hand was on his Son's stomach and eyes were closed. When he suddenly felt a little Palm holds his Finger. He opened his eyes and saw his little baby boy was looking at him with Doe eyes blinking cutely.
The little Infant was holding his Father's finger very tightly as if he was saying "Don't Cry Father".

*Chuckled while crying* Yes...my baby See Father's not crying. Hmm...
He said wiped his tears and also of his Son's. Because Son's eyes were getting teary due to seeing his father cry. So Loran stopped crying and lightly pecked his Son's head. Not to touch his injuries.

*Smiled* Mary....darling don't worry. I will take care of our Son. So what if he can't speak. I will teach him how to write and use Sign language. I will learn sign language for him. I will become his mouth. I promise Mary. I love you too.....☺🥺
Loran said while looking at his Son fondly. Who smiled in return as if the little some hours Boy can understand his Father's words...
Father and Son were having their time when suddenly ward's Door opened and Doctor came inside. Doctor smiled looking at the Duo. He cleared his throat to get Loran's attention.
Loran looked at the Doctor. And Smiled.

Sorry to disturb your lovely moment Mr. Grayson but we need to Fill your Son's Birth Certificate and other Documents. So we will be needing his Name. Have you decided any name For your Son?
Loran looked at his Son and smiled. He took a deep breath
