Three years have passed since Ari went into a persistent vegetative state.
After Ari went into a vegetative state, Rifat brought him back to Brazil. Everyone came to know about Ari's condition.
Everyone who cared about him was worried. In these three years, he was the one who was taking care of everything about Ari.
Rifat and Lidia were the ones who were taking care of Ari's business and his mafia gang also. Because of Ari's condition, some of them in their family were happy.
After all, if Ari dies, his inheritance will shift to Maverick.
Because of his condition, their gang became unstable, everyone wanted to leave his gang.
Some of the loyal persons decided to stay in his gang. Who tried to leave the gang was killed by Rifat?
They are unloyal and they could betray them anytime.
So he didn't want to take risks yet some of the moles are hiding in the dark and playing their games.

Ellie was sitting near Ari, who was laying on the bed without any movement.
Her face darkened in worry. In these three years, there is no improvement other than two times, when she told about her pregnancy and when their children cried.
After that, they couldn't detect his improvement further. Maybe they failed to notice
