The sun shone over the village as it revealed bustling streets.

The laughter of the children running around, businessmen negotiating with each other and some ninjas patrolling could be seen.

Konohagakure, The Village Hidden in the Leaves, or as it's usually called Konoha is one of the biggest villages in the ninja world, a true hegemon with countless talented ninjas to top it off.

Twelve years ago the village went through one of the biggest calamities in their history: The Kyuubi Attack.

Despite losing their Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato, and countless other strong ninjas, Konoha was still able to maintain its position as one of the top ninja villages in the ninja world.

At a small apartment in Konoha, a man about 22 years old was holding his face while looking confused in front of a mirror.

When he heard this voice for the third time, Sanada wanted nothing more than to smash the dog head of the system.

Transmigrated to the world of Naruto has always been Sanada's dream or the dream of every Naruto fan.

But compared to the transmigrators who were bestowed powerful ability by the goddess or gaining a super-strong cheat system, his transmigration was really ordinary. He was just sleeping soundly at home when he opened his eyes only to find that he had been transmigrated into this world without his approval.

The only thing that Sanada regretted was that his current body didn't have that heaven-defying appearance, and even from his standard, this body could only score about six or seven-point out of ten.

While Sanada was busy admiring his new well-toned body a few masked figures suddenly appeared in his apartment.

Before Sanada was able to say something, he saw one of the masked figures take out a piece of paper from his arms and read it loudly.

"Kaedehara Sanada, you have been called by the Hokage."

The masked figure looked at the dumbfounded Sanada indifferently. In fact, the masked figure didn't know why the third Hokage insisted on getting Sanada to take this job.

Nonetheless, he had done his job and had no other reason to stay here.

Before Sanada could react, the masked figure has disappeared once again, leaving Sanada alone in the apartment with a terrified look.

'I.. the previous me shouldn't be a very good talent that has attracted the attention of Sarutobi or Danzo, right?'

The thought of himself being brainwashed by Sarutobi or being Danzo's puppet filled his mind, and Sanada couldn't help but shuddered.

'Should I try to escape?'

That thought crossed Sanada's mind, but he refrained from doing so in the end. Escaping would only make himself be a target of Sarutobi and Danzo, and his fate would definitely become worse then.

Sanada gulped, prepared himself, and eventually went to the Hokage's office after having fully dressed up.

Yep, you guessed it, the people in front of Sanada were none other than the famous figures in Naruto story.

From the 50-50 Kakashi, The simp Asuma Sarutobi, and the beautiful Kurenai.

But just when Sanda stepped into the Hokage office, the simp Asuma Sarutobi blocked him off :

"What are you doing, Sanada? Late half an hour for the Hokage call? Who do you think you are?"

"Ahh.." Sanada wanted to respond, but he didn't know what to say. He was late because he didn't know the road to the Hokage's office, but he obviously couldn't say it in front of them, right?

In the end, Sanada could only lower his head for the four of them and apologize.

Asuma seemed like he still wanted to pursue this matter, but fortunately, the Hokage was there to stop this useless confrontation.

"*Cough-Cough* Stop Asuma\, Sanada must have his own reason to be late."

Hearing the word of the Hokage, Sanada's eyes instantly glimmer. Worthy of the wise and kind third Hokage that could even make a crying baby silent, he definitely wouldn't tolerate his subordinate being bullied by his own son.

Asuma heard the third Hokage's words and twitched, but he still didn't dare to disobey the Third Hokage's words and just let Sanada pass by.

Sanada walked past Asuma and arrived in front of the third Hokage. Sanada was just about to assume a lower posture once more and apologize, but the Third Hokage stopped him.

"No need Sanada, I didn't call you here to apologize. It is your first time being late and I don't really mind it"

"Kakashi there is always late to every meeting and he is still one of the best ninjas in Konoha."

The Third Hokage's eyes swiftly shifted towards Kakashi who could only scratch his head in embarrassment.

He then returned his gaze to Sanada before taking out a piece of paper from his desk.

"Ehem in fact, the reason I called you here is that I want you to be one of the genin instructors for the academies fresh graduates."

Hearing the Third Hokage's offer Sanada immediately agreed.

Not long ago, he was worried about how to get a disciple so how could he reject the request when the Third Hokage was about to offer him an olive branch.

The third Hokage was satisfied with Sanada's answer. He thought that Sanada was actually very excited to guide a new generation of Konoha shinobi. It probably never crossed his mind that Sanada was excited because of his own system.

"Hahahaha, I knew that you would agree! Here, look at the list of your disciple." Sarutobi said while handling the list of disciples to Sanada.

But when Sanada took the piece of paper and read the name of the disciples in his team he frowned.

"Hokage-sama, this.."

"Yes, this is the name of your disciple. The name of the disciple has been arranged, but it hasn't been fixed yet. Do you have any suggestions?"

When the third Hokage returned the question back to Sanada, he immediately felt the eyes of the three people behind him watching him closely.

Even though the Third Hokage said they weren't fixed yet, the list of disciples was the result of their previous meeting. They would definitely disagree if Sanada tried to poach any disciples they had chosen personally.

Sanada gritted his teeth and he knew he was walking on a tight rope but this was closely related to his future, and he must fight for it.

The list of names that the Third Hokage handled him before showed that his team was full of civilian students and from their name, Sanada could see that they were just cannon-fodder that didn't even reach B-grade potential.

Sanada was hoping to get the main cast in Naruto like Hinata, Kiba, Shino, or the Inoshikacho. But poaching them from Asuma or Kurenai was just hopeless as Sanada was sure that the two wouldn't be so stupid to let go of a major clan's children from their grip.

Sanada was just about to accept his fate when he suddenly remembered something.

'Right, that girl should be a civilian student too!'

One of the main characters of Naruto, the girl that was the main love interest in Naruto and the wife of Sasuke Uchiha. Haruno Sakura!

Many traversers treated Sakura as useless and a burden, but for the current Sanada, Sakura was his only ray of hope.

A civilian student with at least S-grade potential, Sanada was hoping to get this student from Kakashi.

Sanada turned his head toward Kakashi and gave his best smile before slowly approaching Kakashi.

Kakashi: ( Why do I suddenly feel chill here? Am I going to get molested?)

Sanada had returned to his apartment and this time he had a smile blossoming all over his face.

Yup, after relentless begging and pestering, Sanada eventually got to take Sakura from Kakashi.

At first, Kakashi wanted to reject Sanada's proposal, but when Sanada began to cling to his leg and cried like an idiot, Kakashi had no other way but to give in to Sanada's request.

Don't look at Kakashi being cold-hearted; Kakashi was actually a very caring person, and looking at Sanada like that, he could not bear to reject Sanada's request.

Sanada was now standing at his apartment with a wide smile on his face, and his fingers made a v-shape gesture as if signing for victory.

"System, can I open the Newbie Gift Pack now?"

While the system was processing the Opening of the newbie gift pack, Sanada was praying to the god of this world. He prayed so that he could at least get something useful out of this. If not, he didn't know how he should continue living in this dangerous ninja world.

'Show me the information panel!' thought Sanada silently. A blue panel then appeared in his mind.

From his observations, his current stats were pretty okay as it reached the borderline Jonin level. The small number of ninjutsu available troubled him though.

"*Sigh* Now I regret that I didn't memorize the handsign of Chidori.." Sanada shook his head helplessly.

From many discussions in the Naruto forum he had read before, Sanada get to know that ninjutsu was a luxury in this world. The anime only show prodigies and rich ninjas, and of course, ninjutsu was no problem for them. But for a civilian like Sanada, getting two or three ninjutsu was already pretty good.

The village was not a charity organization, and they needed to make a sufficient contribution to exchange for ninjutsu.

Nonetheless, this was only minor trouble, and Sanada's good mood would definitely not be changed because of it.

" The last two should contain a pretty good item," Sanada said with expectation in his heart.

His hand grew closer to one of the cards, and suddenly, the strange pattern on the back of the card turned golden.

The card turned over in a burst of light, and a large blue-skinned sea fighter appeared in Sanada's vision.

The sea fighter has a stocky build similar to that of a sumo wrestler and a face that is commonly associated with various Japanese demons such as the Oni. His yellow eyebrows and sideburns are distinctly shaped like those found on such demons, in addition to a bulb-like nose and an angular lower lip pointing upwards.

Sanada was so familiar with the man in front of him! 'Isn't this one of the straw hat's crew members, the knight of the sea, Jinbei? How can I get this character!'

'Is it because I have a water attribute chakra nature?'

However, Sanada was very satisfied with this draw. For the current him, the Jinbei skill card was one of the best possible results he could get. Combined with the water attribute chakra, Sanada believed that he could get the Murloc Karate to be one of the most famous means of battle in the Ninja world.

Sanada right now just wanted to quickly assimilate the skill card to his body but he quickly remembered that he still had his last card to draw.

' Well, whatever. I have got the gold rarity card, and this one should just be a normal iron rarity card like the banana.'

Without giving that much thought, Sanada turned over the last card. He just wanted to quickly finish this draw and didn't really care that much about the result of the last draw.

But sometimes, a miracle happens when you least expect it.

The moment Sanada's hand touched the last card, a major change happened in Sanada's mind. He could hear a BGM, and suddenly the strange pattern in the back of the card glowed with rainbow light.

' No way... this cannot be...'

Yup, this occurrence was not something entirely unfamiliar for Sanada.

BGM and rainbow light was the sign of him drawing the highest rarity rainbow card.

When the rainbow light disappeared, an elegant man had appeared before Sanada. But contrary to before, in which his face was full of excitement, Sanada's face this time twitched as if saying, ' Are you fucking kidding me?'.

Shinomiya Kojiro, one of the character in Shokugeki no Soma. Possessing a godly look and a godly cooking skill that often hailed as the legumes magician. He was the teacher of Yukihira Soma and one of the characters that helped Soma improve in the story.

However, what does that have to do with Sanada? He was in a Ninja world with a very high rate of casualties, and being good at cooking mean shit here. Even if the system wanted to give him Shinomiya Kojiro, it shouldn't have raised Sanada's hope by giving him a rainbow rarity, right?

When the draw was over, the screen immediately turned into grid mode, displaying every item Sanada had drawn before.

' *Sigh* Let's just try the Jinbei skill card first.'

Sanada's hand touched the screen, and he tapped at Jinbei's card.

Another prompt appeared asking if Sanada wanted to use the skill card, and he immediately chose yes. Without long, a huge influx of information rushed into Sanada's brain.

The process took about fifteen minutes which all of Jinbei's knowledge about Fishman Karate transferred into Sanada.

' Done..'

After being assimilated with the Murloc Karate skill card, Sanada suddenly found that his perception of the world had somehow changed.

He found that he became a lot more perceptive about the water, water droplets, and water vapor in the air!

Out of his curiosity, Sanada assumed the basic stance of the Fishman Karate and punched his hand slowly toward the air in front of him.

"Karakusagawara Seiken!"

BOOM!!!!

Sanada's punch transmitted the force of the blow through the water vapor in the air to release a shock wave that sends everything around Sanada flying.

Fortunately, Sanada had controlled his power well, and other than messing up his apartment a bit, the punch didn't generate much destruction.
