This is an omega verse story

Alphas- Are able to impregnate Omegas. Alphas are often (but not always) dominant. Male alphas usually have a knot when aroused. Alphas are usually born in rich families and have high chances in society
Betas- Betas make out most of the society and are also known as "normal people"
Omegas- Can get pregnant and go into heat. They are generally the lowest in society. Male omegas are self-lubricating and have the ability to become pregnant despite their gender. Omegas are the most fragile of the hierarchy, with frailer bodies and painful presentations. They usually don't have many chances of being successful because they get looked down on, they are also a very rare species
Alpha and Omega lovers may form pair-bond (often involving mating bites) with a special connection. In some pairs the Alpha may be jealous or possessive of their mate, while the omega may become highly tied or needy. Omegas may go into heat and need sex, this may be the only time omegas are fertile. The alpha equivalent is known as rut
