BOARD MEMBERS, REVIEW BOARD MEMBERS, COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND SPEAKERS OF RESEARCH
JOURNAL AND INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES WORLD CLASS COMING FROM INDONESIA".
Is containing Dian Damayanti career struggle to achieve this job position at a
very young age, at the age of 27 years.
Kick success and inspiration to achieve dreams in youth this
book tells the story of Dian Damayanti's life journey while studying in
Indonesia with all the existing economic limitations. These conditions forced
him to study while working, helping others without any reward, devoting himself
to saving the lives of many people and becoming a member of the editorial
board/ member of the review committee/ and international scientific and
conference speaker. However, all of these conditions did not dampen the spirit
of Dian Damayanti. This girl even dared to make a dream to achieve her dream of
being a member of the editorial board/ member of the review committee/ and
international scientific and conference speaker world class before she was 30
years old. The interesting things you will get include: how to have a positive
mindset; why discipline and passion are needed at work; from where the journey
to lofty ideals must begin; what is the right attitude in the face of failure;
and what should be taken in order to get the dream in youth.
Motivate all young people around the world to reach their
dreams and aspirations at a young age and continue to pray, try and dare to
take action and give the best sacrifice for God, family, especially mothers and
fathers, friends, nation and country. As a member of the editorial board,
review committee and speaker of research journals and international conferences
in the current era of the covid19 pandemic, this is an action that I take to
help others and distribute my knowledge for free to help the whole world during
a crisis like this. My dream is to educate all the children of the nation
around the world. I help voluntarily with the knowledge I have to educate all
children in the world. With my knowledge to get mercy and blessings from God
for me and my family. Contains school
trips, life problems, efforts to solve, awards, and future hope.

CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
Dian Damayanti or who is often called Dian is a member of
the editorial board/ member of the review board committee/ and international
scientific and conference speaker world. Started on 12 May 2019 at the WORLD
MUSLIM CONFERENCE PROGRAM APPROVED BY STUDEC INTERNATIONAL AND HALAL AWARENESS
OF INHART INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA. Dian was born in Jakarta
on September 21, 1992. The name of her parents is R. Sri widowati or she is
often called TIwi.
Housewife work. My mother gave up her career as a teacher
after giving birth to me. She wanted to focus on caring for and paying
attention to the child's growth and development and also didn't really trust
the services of a baby sister because near my house there was an incident of a
pig sister molesting her employer's child. Therefore, my mother did not want
her child to be treated badly, so my mother decided to leave her job as a
teacher to take care of me. My father's name is Juandi, my father's occupation
is the Indonesian National Army my father's last rank is Sergeant Major.
Besides that, both
of my parents are currently working socially helping the environment, namely my
father wants to be paid to work securing a place of worship for a mosque in my
neighborhood and has also been a member for 34 years and has built a place for
managing the Rukun Warga (RW 02) to build places such as building public
facilities. To help the community in my neighborhood in RW 02. With a population
of 2600 people. For 34 years, he and his friends, members of the RT and RW
management, worked together to build public facilities at that time, even
without the help of the government budget.
Personal funds ranging from 1 billion rupiah to build a
joint venture of twenty people including my parents. In the Rawasari community,
both of my parents are quite famous for their generous nature, every night they
go around guarding the security of 2600 residents without being paid until this
second and now they are infected with me. While my mother and I go out every
day to distribute free coffee drinks to mosques and churches in the Rawasari
and Cempaka Putih areas. On a regular basis especially during the COVID-19
pandemic, even once a week providing free food for the underprivileged.
At the age of my children, I attended State Elementary
School 01 am in Central Jakarta and in the
afternoon I also go to school to study religion and learn languages, write and
read Arabic at Al Balaq At the age of 11, he was a finalist on healthy teeth in
the DKI Jakarta province, which was held by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health
Office in 2003. When I was a child, I looked tomboyish and I didn't look like a
girl but like a boy. When I was in
elementary school, I excelled not in the academy but in the field of skills. I
began to participate in competitions, the selection was very strict and not
only seen from appearance but also from academic ability as well.
I am a junior high school student at SMPN 47 Central
Jakarta. Graduated in 2007. After that I
went to Madrasah aliyah Negeri 3 Jakarta. Because my parents saw that at that
time there were public schools in Jakarta, there were frequent fights between
students, even though the school was the favorite, so I was sent to high
school, not in public schools but special religious schools so that I would not
be exposed to juvenile delinquency problems.
When I studied at Madrasah aliyah Negeri 3 Jakarta, the
selection to enter the school was very strict, I was tested 1. Arabic and
English, 2. Medical test 3. Science and Social Studies test the school at
Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Jakarta is the only public religious school in the
Central Jakarta area and when I was in school, it only accepted 200 of the best
students. There it is not the grade of the diploma that is assessed but the
value of the test results. At that time there were 100,000 people who took the
test to enter the school there but only a few were accepted and there the
division of classes based on the highest value. I'm in the top 30, so I'm in
class. The school system where I used to be, the rules were. Very disciplined,
different from other favorite public schools in Jakarta.
Students at the high school level are included in the
middle age group towards adulthood. At this time, students are reaching the
stage of development of formal operational thinking where they have a tendency
to imitate and follow habits of the people and the environment around them.
This development can have a positive or negative impact on him depending on who
and the environment which is how it is formed. In the course of students at
this time, of course, they face various problems kinds of problems, on the one
hand they are required to perform as expected by the educational needs in which
he was educated to follow learning well so as to achieve the minimum
competencies required expected, on the other hand they also want to keep up
with the times sometimes not in accordance with the demands of education.
However, for
achieving that achievement is not an easy thing. There are various obstacles
that arise from within students and from outside, such as differences in
background family, unfavorable school environment, peers who bring negative
influences, teachers who do not set an example, and so on. Moment currently,
our education occupies the 108th position when viewed from the ranking system
world education. This means that the quality of education in our country is
still low, which caused by student achievement that has not been good. This
happens because of various factors, one of which is loose student discipline,
so students do not feel burdened when you don't have achievements, don't try to
apply discipline because there is no reward that motivates, as well as less
than the maximum the application of punishment that creates a deterrent effect
so that students underestimate school rules and regulations. Phenomena like
this happen a lot in various educational institutions the other is at MAN 03
Jakarta. Madrasah aliyah with the status of this country was established in the
Central Jakarta area since 1991, which was previously a change status of State
Religion Teacher Education 6 Pondok Pinang in 1978. In the current semester,
the 2007 school year, MAN 03 Jakarta has 541 students and 41 educators.
Unbalanced number of teachers The large number of students makes it difficult
to participate in help manage student discipline because each teacher already
has the main task load as a subject teacher, so that not a few teachers seem
indifferent to the discipline of students at school.

CHAPTER II
Economic Difficulties Are Not a Barrier To Achieving
Goals
The story in this book began in 2010 at that time Dian
had just graduated from MAN 3 Jakarta and had a dream to study at the
University of Indonesia majoring in Medicine. But Dian's wish was crushed due
to poverty. So, her family had little choice but to send Dian to a midwifery
school. Dian also continued to the advanced Indonesian health science college
which is a prestigious private university in the first D4 midwifery in
Indonesia. However, Dian faced financial difficulties because at that time her
parents' business was not going well and her father wanted to retire in the
Indonesian National Army. Even his family had to borrow a scholarship fund of
200 million.
This fund must be
repaid after Dian graduated from college and worked. Dian Damayanti had to go
through her early life at the midwifery campus with full of struggles. Not only
once did he have to desperately survive on very simple food. His mediocre
financial condition made him have to survive in various ways. Every morning he has
instant noodles for breakfast, then at noon he eats plain bread without jam.
The most delicious food at that time was rice warteg in the form of tofu rice,
vegetables and broth. While at night he usually does not eat. That was Dian's
diet during her early days at the Midwifery School. However, the economic
difficulties made Dian grow up as a strong woman. Dian believes that in fact
every human being has extraordinary endurance, which will emerge when life's
difficulties confront him.
At that time, papa was only in class 2c. At that time, my
father's rank was sergeant major. I started school in midwifery. With my parents income at that time was very small to pay
for my semester of college and take part in competitions that made money to
increase my parents' income to pay for semesters and pay for transportation and
internship fees. At that time I went to school where I was required to
live on campus if all midwifery students had to live on campus. I study in the South Jakarta area close to Depok. Every time I go to and home from college, I take the bus or the economy
train to save money because my parents provided me with only twenty thousand a
day in 2010 for my pocket money. Even to ride a vehicle, I tried to share my
hobby of singing with my best friend at that time who had the same fate. With me far away college with pocket money a little busking in a crowded
bus.
Every morning and every evening after school. We are not
ashamed to do that, it's okay if we get on the bus to take us to college, we can
also channel our hobbies of singing and playing music. The bus was always full
of people working and even we were close to the driver and conductor. We used
to take the AC bus 84 Rawamangun Depok Department and also 134 AC Monday Depok.
The problem is that my parents and some of my friends have entrusted us with
even the initials of my friend P, he is a student at a state university in the
Depok area and A is also the same as us going to college with Dian, a woman
among the three. We went to college one way but we went to college at the
expense of our parents to meet our needs, which we often sing on the bus we
ride, we are not ashamed because the tuition fees for our majors are quite
expensive, can be hundreds of millions, the results of busking on the bus
entertained passengers with an impromptu concert on the ac bus, I was able to
pay for food and the need to buy midwifery equipment and could buy obstetrics
books which at that time were very expensive. Without burdening parents. The
money collected can be used to pay for my internship in midwifery and a joint
venture to buy medicines for free medical activities.
I started to study seriously and also started to take
part in the competition for selecting student ambassadors from the mayoral
level first and finally I won representing the South Jakarta area to become
Finalists of the DKI Jakarta provincial youth ambassador (student) competition
organized by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Agency for Community Empowerment and Women and Family Planning (BPMPKB). In 2011 from this I began to get convenience and make more friends. At that time I was a student ambassador for 1 year. Dian had the usual opportunity to meet great people in the government from
Mr. Ir. H. Joko Widodo and mother, met with the Ministry of education
and culture coordination of private universities region III Prof. Dr. Ilza mayuni. MA, Mr. Sutiyoso, Mr. Fauzi Bowo, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama. Also officials in DKI and the central
government. Accompany in every inauguration and iftar or other major
religious events. I am often invited
with my parents.
I study hard to get a scholarship. And in my spare time I
look for extra money that is lawful and fast. and also during semester 1 when
all my friends felt my semester break instead of having to work at my
lecturer's house taking care of a very sick mother and helping the midwifery
clinic at that time I was paid seventy thousand a day and I had to be there 24
hours. Not go home. There is no holiday if you want to meet Dian's parents, you
are only given half an hour. At the age of 18, you should be able to live
independently and rarely spend time with family and friends who work and study.
As long as I learned to care for people and met many people, I began to feel
sorry for the midwifery clinic to check pregnancy and childbirth. At that time,
the cost was very expensive. I was touched.
At that time, many
underprivileged people had not received delivery assistance from the government
in West Java and many gave birth at traditional birth attendants because the
hospital fees at that time were very expensive. They could not afford many mothers
and children who often came to the clinic in critical condition. My lecturer
helped the mother to be referred to a big hospital in the middle of the night
but unfortunately the patient died on the road. At that time I wanted to help
save the lives of many people by setting up a clinic to help the
underprivileged and also setting up free medical activities. Help the community
at that time.
When I was in college in my second semester, I started
undergoing training which required entering a dormitory and attending military
training and coaching for six months before being sworn in and wearing the
midwife's school uniform. We were nurtured physically as well as mentally at
school and in the military during that time we had to get up early, and follow
very strict rules and there if our semester grades dropped, we were immediately
expelled. We study hard, there is no time to play, there is study and our
parents can only meet us for 1 hour once a week.
We all worked hard but unfortunately one of our friends
from West Kalimantan with the initials name N was kicked out because his grades
were low and we were all sad and devastated that he had to leave with such
disrespect. After that, I understood that a girls-only school like this was
really strict and too strict in its upbringing. After being sworn in and
wearing a midwifery school uniform. We have started to return to our respective
homes and have started at 8.00 WIB in the morning to 15.00 WIB in the afternoon
Dian is at school and from 16.00 WIB to 23.00 WIB has started working at the
clinic Monday to Friday part time at the clinic. Every Saturday and Sunday I am
full and even stay at the clinic.
In the third semester I started to practice not in a
small clinic but started at Cijantung Hospital, a military hospital. I was
chosen at the campus to practice there. I practiced there, I was not paid. All
my labor was free. My internship there
was sent to campus for 6 months. I prefer that the
employees are better and more human. I am given a Saturday and Sunday off. Every
time I come home from college, I go straight to the hospital. I can go home in
the morning and I sleep in the hospital. because I came home too late to get home at 1 pm, so it's better for me to
go home than stay there because Jakarta at that time was very prone to burglary
and robbery as well as rape. When I was 19 years old, I mostly slept in the
hospital, so when I was at home I met my parents, I was only like that for 2
days until semester 4.
When Dian Damayanti at the end of the fourth semester she
took part in the student exchange selection to be able to study at Guangxi
Medical University, China, Dian studied hard, not only studying Latin and
English and Dutch but also learning Chinese. Quickly during the selection test
1. Desinfectiemiddel chloorhexidine in alcohol 70% fles
2. Ontsmettingsbak met korven en dexel
3. Huntleigh batterijdeksel tbv dopplers
4. Sharpsafe naaldencontainer Sharpsafe naaldencontainer
5. Medipharchem irisschaar linkshandig spits spits recht a kwaliteit
6. Badmeester beademingsballon badmeester soort Spiraalslang tbv zuurstof set
7. Dokterstas moduletas tbv zuurstofdraagtas Medidis reduceerventiel los 0-25l

10. Medipharchem baarmoederdilatator hegar rvs 4.5mm
11. Medipharchem baarmoederdilatator

Besides that, I also started to study Chinese in
preparation after I received an opportunity from campus for an exchange
student.

At the time of the fourth semester and the beginning of
the fifth semester I started studying in China. there I got a dormitory and
started studying there at the beginning of the lecture I was confused with
Chinese but it was only 2 weeks because many friends and lecturers at the
university as well as seniors helped me in speaking and fortunately in
international class there is more English than Chinese. And also at the
hospital where I practice all the staff and patients are very good for
international class students we are very helpful. In China, I just felt a
different and free friendship. During our holidays, we were invited to go for a
walk and see the scenery that was still a village. There I was acquainted not
strong with winter I often have allergies and nosebleeds.
There used to drink alcohol on holiday and it surprised
me a little at the beginning but after a long time I got used to it and
sometimes when I was on holiday I went out with friends and had fun like a
child at my age being able to watch concerts and play at the mall and
nightclubs on holidays. At that time my parents did not monitor me like in
Indonesia. For six months I just found out the outside world was more pleasant
at that time. After returning from there, there was a strangeness in my life,
the behavior of my friends and lecturers at the midwifery campus in Indonesia
at that time was different. I felt the beginning of my suffering when I was 20
years old.
I feel there is something strange with the behavior of
all my classmates, which are like:
1. On the first day I came to campus I was bullied like in
front of the door of the class above, a bucket filled with flour was provided
when I opened the door my body was full of flour and my clothes were dirty. By
several rich children and his father an official. for there are six of my
friends in class who help me lend clothes and I take a bath in their boarding
house near campus.
2. On the second day, the lecturer saw that I was always
cynical and also scolded me impolitely and hated me in class for no reason,
even though I was not treated well.
3. I was always humiliated in class and looked down upon by
lecturers and students because the son of a retired TNI officer with the rank
of sergeant major. The average students there are children of the rich and
officials.
4. I was ostracized and even in class I was often treated badly when I wanted
to eat, I was bullied until the food box I was carrying fell and my food was
not fit to eat. I'm still lucky 6 of my friends as well as nuns from NTT want
to accommodate me every day to eat at a rented house they know I'm not a rich
kid's pension my dad's salary is only 2 million rupiah but I excel so my school
fees are light and it's a habit every time I come home from school do it with
my friends so I got home I came home late at night. I earn money to pay for my
college needs by singing and sometimes helping the nuns in the church to sing
hymns and make up the Christmas tree even though I have a different religion,
but I like to sing and help the nun. As a religious tolerance, when it's time
for me to pray, I give permission to pray.
