Time... (Unknown Narration)

Time is a sacred thing that no one know how that happen nor how it discover, but most of us do know many monster lurking around in the middle of our population. This story tells you about an adventure of a little monster that no one can see.

...*YEAR 1400 AC (After century)*...

In the year of 1400 AC there is a little monster whom was born because of a big tragedy that involves a small kingdom in the north of Luminus island called Creaster and a big horde of monsters in the south of Indirth forest. The horde of monster try to infiltrate that little kingdom. At first glance the horde of monster don't have any idea how to infiltrate but by the time past, they figure it out how to infiltrate the kingdom.

......Until one day everything turned to chaos......

The day of the tragedy happen. Many monster trying to destruct the big front gate. The monster start to do some ruckus. Some people notice a loud noise come from the front gate and some of them run away because of the loud noise but its already too late. Many people in the kingdom starts screaming while the troops of militia in Creaster preparing the defence for massive attack by the horde of monster. The grand militia of Creaster, Joardin The Swordmaster told the king to stay safe but the king refuse to join the refugee as king. And so the king told Joardin to prepare for war.

Every militia and troops in Creaster kingdom already prepared their gear including the king but the gate already destroyed because of the big giant monster. Every people got some chill in their spine because of the chaos but Joardin told the troops to not scare and giving some motivational speech for his troops. Everyone feels a big fire in their spirit and their soul because of the speech. Joardin tells about the strategy how to win the war and after a brief explanation, they going to war marching at full speed goes to Narridge, the front gate of Creaster Kingdom.

On the first strategy attempt, the troops kill the big giant monster that trying to gatecrash the front gate but many monster came in after the front gate got trashed. The troops still have a hunch they can win because they are in a good positioning but when the monster cast spell to the troops, they feel hopeless and feel loss because of the harsh reality. Until the king himself come in the battlefield and stab many goblin type of monster. Everyone cheer and praised for the king but still, the war not end yet.

*1 Hour Later*

Everything goes smooth according to the plan by Joardin and they feel its already a victory for their side but they didn't expect everything goes smoothly, until more horde of the monster come for some ruckus. More monster of different type coming into the battlefield from the biggest to the smallest, from goblin type to giant type. The horde goes nonstop like there is no tomorrow.

At this point there is few people died and many monsters has already die because of slash and stab drawn by troops sword.

*3 Hours Later*

Many troops already tired because of the war and they want to rest a bit, but the monster always coming for more and more with more member on their side. Until many people collapse because of tired and got stabbed in the back because of the monster strategy. Joardin got stab in three direction at the same time. Joardin died because of not cautious enough in the back. Now Creaster kingdom is on the edge of the cliff. They can't go anywhere because many monster has blocked every exit in Creaster kingdom. The king feeling helpless and fell to despair because of this loss but still with his last effort the king tried to run away but he got captured by the monsters.

In the end of the war, Creaster kingdom got fallen by the horde of monster. Most of the troops is dead but the king got capture by monster and got locked up in prison. Some troops got eaten by monsters, some got burn alive because got caught on fire, and the worst part the capitol of Creaster kingdom, Albiex has been occupied by the horde of monster while some refugee try to run away from Creaster kingdom to hide and build another civilization in the other land because of the tragedy which is happening at that time.

But there is someone playing behind the scene of those tragedy... and no one even notice. Because he is the one who can't be seen by people.

Since then, people of Creaster had a big grudge for revenging the monster that attack their hometown and now they call that tragedy as Warridge War.

...*8 Years Later After Warridge War*...

Refugee from Creaster kingdom already made a new civilization in a big ruins of Maddilappa valley called Profundus village and already active as a little village in Luminus island.

In that little village there is a little boy called Udi. He is one of the refugee because of the tragedy. No one know how he survived the tragedy but all people in the village call him a wonder boy because of it. Udi is 14 years old and he want to be a great militia for his village. He is 162 Cm in height and 52 Kg in weight. He have some green eyes and a dark white skin tone with some tattoo around his neck. Have some Bloody Mary hair colour and love to interact with townsfolk. He is a genius boy amongs the townsfolk because he can do every adult can do. (Except for 18+ stuff he can't do it yet)

When Udi does not have anything to do, he loved to wondering around across the village as a security in his village and checking the nearby fores. Since he's a genius about almost everysingle particular thing, people always acknowledge him with many praises. But Udi don't like to be praised by people, instead he talk more to people about the praises (even though he seems annoyed everytime). After checking every area are safe and sound, he goes to train his sword skill and magic spell skill so he can get into the militia someday as a magic caster or swordsman. Everyday he always do the same thing over and over and over again.

One day, Udi wander around his village as usual and talk to people when he's bored and always in check if someone is in trouble as usual. Instead his usual activity he helps people in trouble, he found some interestingly wooden box looking kinda thing that is abandon in the outskirt of the village. Inside of the box, there are some old artifact which gave a feel of glamorous, brightly shiny and valuable but he doesn't know it. So Udi goes back to his village, bring the wooden box with him and ask the townsfolk about it but no one know about it until a merchant tell him about the Historian. Udi recalls that "Historian" who know everything about any artifact because he know who the person is. So he goes to Library and ask Miss Maye, the Librarian Keeper. Maybe she knows whereabout historian location right now.

"Do you know where is the historian, Miss Maye?" Udi ask with a wonder and curious eyes.

"Why do you ask for the historian?" Maye said with soft and gently voice while thinking why did he need the historian.

"I think... I found something rather interesting for the historian." Udi said with extremely excited voice while bringing the wooden box to the one of the table in the Library

"Hmm.. alright, I can tell you where is the historian right now. Just go to the left of the last isle of the history book collection. Remember don't make much notion nor noise in the Library." Maye said while her finger pointing at the direction about the historian and gave a small warning in the process.

*After finding the Historian*

"Is that you big sis?" Udi ask gently while walking near her and try to pinch her in the cheek.

"Of course it's me Udi, so what do you want this time my little sweet devil?" Said by the historian while praise him.

"Stop it Sis Bellarus, don't praise me too much. I kinda feel awkward when getting too much praises by townsfolk you know?" Udi says with his atone voice, warn her about the praises.

"Ok then my little devil." Bellarus says with a joking tone.

"So today I brought to you some weirdly broken wooden box, I check the content, its a brightly shiny and also maybe a valuable item. I do not think this thing gonna cost much in my mind, so I kinda want to know what item was that." Udi said with curious looking face and a wooden box in his arm.

"Alright let me try to evaluate it first and think what kind of item you brought to me this time." Said by bellarus while holding and looking at the item.

*After Some Minute Researching About The Item*

"So there's some ordinary jewelry inside but there is no really good value over it, but your big sis here... find one object that really interesting. So this item is an old artifact. I don't really know how much old it is but it seems like this item has abandoned for 8 years by its owner." Bellarus explain it a little bit while putting down the item.

"8 years... weird doesn't it?" Udi kinda confused.

"So what is in your mind my boy?" Bellarus putting her right hand in her cheek, trying to get some information from the confusion.

"Isn't Warridge War happen 8 years ago?" Udi feels kinda confuse and think if there is some correlation with Warridge War.

"Yes, that is true... 8 years ago Warridge War happen but I don't think there is a correlation between this item with that tragedy." Bellarus thinking about it more deeply, walking slowly while reaching the shelf nearby.

"Maybe if I search more about Warridge War, maybe... just maybe, I can find some good correlation about this item and why the tragedy could happen in the first place." Bellarus continues while taking some books nearby the shelf.

"Alright sis, you can have it for a while. After all we are share the laugh and the sadness. I hope you can find any good correlation about that item so maybe we could sell it to another village nor even better a town." Udi says with confidently while making a joke about money.

"Ughhh... hope I could find something good about this item" Bellarus sink in the thought deeply while grunting about Udi behavior.

After Udi visit her sister Bellarus The Historian, he continue to do his daily activity while talking with some townsfolk about too much praises.

*1 Hour Later*

Udi feels a little bit bored, so he goes to training field to do some training with his master for a while, but he found some stranger doing some pickpocket in the middle of market. Suddenly Udi approach the pickpocket guy while running.

"HEY DON'T YOU DARE TO STEAL PEOPLES WALLET." Udi stops in front of the pickpocket and yells at him loudly.

*Many People Looks Around Udi*

"You are a little kid. Try to be a hero ehhh...? Well if thats so..."

The pickpocket talk like it was an easy going for him while he just taking a little folding knife in his pocket. But Udi already notice it, so he make a drama and make it feel more dramatized with the pickpocket. Finally the pickpocket try to stab Udi in front of many people.

"Eat my knife and die like a hero right now little boy." The pickpocket try to stab Udi while said in his pride voice.

"Hehe... Sorry mister but what did you wanna do to me?" Udi giggles a bit because he dodge the stabbing.

"JUST DIE ALREADY KID, U WON'T HAVE ANY CHANCE TO LIVE." The pickpocket still try to stab and slash him with a folding knife while angrily says with a big pride of his soul.

"Hey mister, why did you want me to got an injury?" Udi says while jumping around and make a big laugh at pickpocket unskill knife mastery.

"Damn this kid is good at dodging, I need to run away now or else he gonna capture me." The pickpocket said in his head while thinking how he should run away from this crowd.

And so the pickpocket try to leave but Udi follows him across the village, from the market to town hall. Then the chase moment begin, they running and jumping on rooftop, they running in people's house, floor by floor, room by room they had passed and almost getting out from the village. Finally the pickpocket running to the road and see the small bridge in the outskirt of the village.

"HEY MISTER WAIT FOR ME, I WANT TO TAKE THE WALLET BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE VILLAGE" Udi still chase him while yells at him loudly.

"Stop Chasing.. AAAAAAaaaaaaa...." The pickpocket fell through a river below the bridge while screaming a bit with the wallet already fall into the ground before the pickpocket fall into the river.

"Well he fell into the river... but the wallet is still on the ground so its not my problem anymore to chase the pickpocket, after all I just want to give the wallet back to the original owner." Udi took the wallet, saying with a big confusion what is happening while thinking about what will happen to the pickpocket.

"Well I should go back to the market right now and search the owner of this wallet." Udi walking and think in his thought.

After that little ruckus and pursuit in the village, Udi finally found the owner who owns the wallet in a fruit stand. He standing next to him while observing what he want to buy and checking every inch of the wallet owners body. (NOT INCLUDING THE BOTTOM PARTS) The owner who owns the wallet looks like a 21 years old, have some burned mark in the back, Yellow Leaf for his hair colour, blue eyes and kinda white skin (*NOT ALBINO OK*).

"So what did I want to buy? Just a decision and decision." The buyer still picking the decision for the fruit.

"How much for the pumpkin?" He ask with a smile nicely to the fruit seller.

"2 gold coin for 3 small pumpkin." The fruit seller said while grabbing the pumpkin.

"Let me take my wallet for a moment." The buyer checking his pocket and notice his wallet is missing.

Udi asking about the wallet after a moment the buyer check his wallet.

"Hey mister, this is your wallet?" Udi shows the wallet.

"How did you found my wallet, young man?" The owner took the wallet and ask for the storyline.

After that, Udi tell him the chronology about pickpocket. The owner easily understand how he lost the wallet.

"So that what happen eh... You are a brave young man. Oh yeah I need to buy this and go right now. Thanks for helping me about the wallet. This is for you, a couple of gold coin." The owner says while trying to take the gold coin on his pocket and pay for the pumpkin.

"No need to give me any coin mister." Udi being a humble person.

"Oh you are a nice young man. If you need someone to talk about collection or a valuable stuff you can find me in Liberatain village, you will found that village after crossing over the Bentover Forest. Its not far from here actually." The owner explain about the location where he lives while praising Udi at the same time.

"Oh thank you mister, before you go I want to know your name." Udi ask, putting his arm inti his back pocket and thinking where is the Bentover Forest.

"Oh where is my mannerism. I really forgot about that part. My name is Alduvius Reigneer, just call me Reigneer. Special for you, young men" Reigneer Introduce himself with a manner, like a true gentlemen. He bows down and his right hand make a gesture into his body.

"Well my name is Udi Latterviat, you can call me Udi." Udi introduce himself with his casual attitude.

After that introduction they say farewell and waving to each other, hope they can meet again sometimes.

Back in Library, Bellarus still figuring out any information about the artifact while crying because she can't find any clue or correlation between it. :(

*2 Days Later*

Everything goes smoothly, no criminal happen and also Udi's sister, Bellarus find some clue about the artifact which being brought by Udi. So Udi run in hurry to the Library to meet her sister Bellarus to talk about the artifact. But in the middle of his run, Udi meets again with Reigneer in the park and he slowly walking and stop nearby to say hello to Reigneer.

"Hello Mr. Reigneer, what are you doing today in the middle of the park?" Udi wave his hand, open the conversation, asking about him like a confused man.

"Oh hello there... What is your name again... I really forgot about your name...." Reigneer have a little amnesia about name.

"Its Udi, sir.... Are you having an amnesia about people's name mister?" Udi questioning about reigneer amnesia.

"Oh the young man who saved me from the lost of my wallet. How are you today young man?" Reigneer ask back, denying the question about amnesia.

"As usual mister, still figuring out about the artifact." Udi told reigneer without any suspicious.

"Oh what kind of artifact that we're talking about?" Reigneer curious about the artifact that Udi says, which got him good.

"Its kinda like a jewelry stuff, have some shiny metal on it." Udi tell reigneer about a small part of the artifact.

"Hmm, maybe I could help you about it, if I can see the artifact..." Reigneer crossing both of his arm while still curious about the artifact...

"Sure mister, I want to go to library right now to check about the artifact." Udi tell while thinking is there any good clue that she found about the artifact.

"Wait a second.... Are you know the Historian by any chance?" Reigneer thinking about the meeting with the Historian yesterday.

"Yeah... I do know her, she is my sister but without any blood relation." Udi putting his left arm into his waist, feeling kinda unease when talking about her to Reigneer.

"Hmm is that so? Can you by any chance introduce me with your sister?" Reigneer think more about what happen yesterday.

"Sure thing mister." Udi put his hand down, feeling a bit calmer.

"Ok then Udi, show me the path. Also don't call me mister, call me Reigneer from now on." Reigneer reminds Udi about his name.

"Ok... Reigneer." Udi feeling a bit unease when saying the last name of the older ones. Udi respect to elder citizen are being shown.

When Udi and Reigneer walks together in the park, Reigneer get some flashback about yesterday meeting about the artifact.

...*Reigneer Flashback (Yesterday)*...

"Hmm... so this is the village's library." Reigneer feel amazed with how voluptuous the library is.

"I wonder if the historian is in here..." Reigneer still disbelieve about the historian that stays in the library.

After he come inside the library, miss Maye was looking for the book called historia praeterita which she not found it yet because she doesn't know where did the book keeped after Udi give the artifact and leave the library yesterday. While searching the book, she heards the ringing bell coming from her desk.

*Trrrng... Trrrng... Trrrng...*

The bell ringing but she don't care about it yet because of her task to find that book because Bellarus ask her, but the ringing still continue.

*Trrrng... Trrrng... Trrrng...*

This time Maye just rushing from the shelf to the counter desk to see who is the responsible person who rang the bell.

"Excuse me miss, is this the place where I could met the historian?" Reigneer ask gently with low pitch voice.

"Yes it does, this is the place you could meet the historian." Maye feel proud of herself because people getting more attention about the historian but she is also sad because she always need to say about the historian all the times.

"Oh great news then. May I meet the historian? This is an important message from the Liberatain village head chief." Reigneer tell her in hurry and in urgent tones.

"I don't really know who is the chief on your village and what kind of important message you must tell to the historian. But if you need the historian she is in the last isle of the history book collection." Maye still searching the book while telling this.

"Oh great, thanks for the info." Reigneer gratitude and bow to her.

"Its my job after all." Maye deny his gratitude.

After that conversation Reigneer tried to find the last isle of history book collection. He took almost 10 minutes to find the historian but he finally found her. Reigneer see her in the last desk of the last isle reading the last row from his left shelf. With his charm reigneer come walking by slowly.

"Umm, excuse me young lady are you the historian?" Reigneer ask gently but with some hesitation in his tone.

"Yes I am the historian, so what brings you here today?" Bellarus ask for his intention.

"My apology madam, I come in here because of the task that are given by the head chief of Liberatain village." Reigneer slighty bow his head.

"So he sent you here huh? Before that, do you mind that I test you a bit?" Bellarus caution make her curious about Reigneer personality.

"No problem madam." Reigneer said while grabbing the chair and sit, hiding his concern.

"So what kind of expertise you have?" Bellarus just straight to the point, not even any chit chat on the first sentence of her conversation.

"Collecting artifact, selling artifact, informant, and also the owner of exquisite and most rare artifact." With proud and full of charm, Reigneer said it in front of Bellarus.

"Ok, you pass my test. Now then lets talk about the artifact." Bellarus doesn't think much while saying it, but she already know his personality looking by his attitude.

"Yes madam." Reigneer answer it straight as he were in a formal interview immediately.

"Don't be such a formal boy, calm down and tell me what's your name." Bellarus try to calm Reigneer down, touching his left shoulder.

"Mmm... My Nnn... Name is Reigneer madam." Reigneer feel some intense aura that lead him to stutter.

"Calm down Reigneer, don't be too formal with me. Just lets talk about this artifact." Bellarus trying to calm him again but with a little intensive talk.

"Ok what do you know about this artifact?" Bellarus ask to him to test his knowledge.

"Well... I know this is an old necklace which is a gift from the king of Creaster himself to her queen. Also this necklace have some history value before that event happen." Reigneer answer it with a straight and calmer face.

"Ok, so my suspicion are true that this necklace is stuck in time, 8 years ago this thing might have a big clue of Warrigde War." She clearing half of her own suspicion.

"If you see the carving on the side of the necklace its say solum propter imperium victoria. It seems like an old language of Latinus which we don't have someone to translate it. Well if I should guess it might be a cast spell." Bellarus pointing at the left back side of the necklace while trying to figure out more of this item and the impact on the Warrigde War history.

"I agree with you madam historian. Can I call you like that madam?" Reigneer ask because it is bothering him a bit.

"Well... you should call me with my name then, so no one in Liberatain village call me madam historian ever again. Call me Bellarus from now on." Bellarus try to provoke him to call her by the name so no one will misunderstood her calling ever again.

"O....K...." Reigneer put his hand onto the table and hesitate a little bit.

"So we can agree about this, the necklace is abandoned 8 years ago while the tragedy happening." Bellarus start getting on the dot of clues now.

"If I should say in my own opinion miss Bellarus, I guess this thing is more older than 8 years maybe somewhere between 10-15 years ago. Because if you see the little rust over the shape, it should have been less rust in 8 years. In addition, this necklace are full of curse magic spell. One of the curse that I can read is Servos combussit qui animam humanam possidebant. If I should translated, it means 'Burned the slaves who possessed the human soul'. Its a totally dangerous curse." Reigneer pointing on the rust, reading the right part of the necklace, explain more about the history and curse behind it.

"So we can speculate that this necklace maybe the thing that bring Creaster kingdom into chaos and being occupied by monster right now?" Bellarus give her opinion, deep think onto the clues.

"No if I should say, there is something about this necklace that doesn't fit with the era." Reigneer make some serious face and undeniable argument.

"Well I guess that sentence brings the end of this artifact topics." Bellarus calmly think about the item more.

"Yeah I suppose this thing should never be known by anyone in the existance." Reigneer give a suggestion, so no one can took it nor use it.

"Agreed." Bellarus approved.

"Now next topic, why did you come in here? Is there any kind of valuable information from your chief?" Bellarus start the next topic with some serious face.

"This might be an important news for you... So the chieftain want you to come in Liberatain village as our advisor and our new chief." Reigneer goes staight forward with the discussion.

"That is not an important news..." Bellarus already trying to be serious and her hope kinda ruined. With a disappoint face, she sat her face down to her thighs.

"This is important for the head chief and you as the most important person." Reigneer still convince that this news is important.

"Please tell him, as soon as possible. I REJECT THE OFFER." Bellarus anger is outrageous, because of the unimportant message.

"Why?" Reigneer doesn't understand the situation.

"Don't ask that. Ask your chief. IF YOU DON'T TELL HIM THAT, I'LL BREAK YOUR BONES. ALSO YOUR CHIEF BONES." Bellarus start lifting the chair and start to raging near the bookshelf.

"Alright madam. If that is what you wish for." Reigneer kinda feel the awkwardness of this situation and feeling scared at the same time towards Bellarus.

"OK our topic ends here. NO MORE DISCUSSION ABOUT THAT." Try to maintain her emotion. She walk off from the library and Reigneer follow her a bit.

After the discussion, they goes into the lounge room and drink a cup of tea while sitting infront of the lounge room. The time ticks and they became more interest of the artifact topics. Atleast they have a good common in artifact. After all of that Reigneer goes back to his village and say goodbye to Bellarus.

...*End Of Reigneer Flashback*...

"Reigneer, we are arrived at the library." Udi try to amazed Reigneer.

"Wow... this library is big." Reigneer try to fake his amazed looking.

"Is this your first time visiting the library?" Udi want to know are the feelings is true or not.

"Yeah, this is my first time coming in here." Reigneer still trying to lied in front of Udi. Even though it seems suspicious, Reigneer hold his act.

"Oh so this is truly your first time eh? Well then, lets go inside of the library, shall we?" Udi dismiss the idea that Reigneer lied and recall Reigneer to come in.

"Lets go then and please show me everything in here if you can." Reigneer accept the recalls while faking his unknown about the library.

After they going inside of the library, they meet Maye the Librarian and talk for a few minute before meeting with Bellarus. While in the last isle of history book collection, Udi found the book that Maye was looking for. Its in the bottom of the last shelf from the right... Reigneer feel bad for Maye because of yesterday... In Reigneer hearts, he is hoping that Maye never forget about where she put the book again.
