Trenon, the heart of the city, where "Aamon" stand, well rule actually - quick fyi this is a democratic country - so "Aamon is actually a HERO ASSOCIATION, they are the also the largest association in C-17 (country-17).

I am an elite residence here, my parents are both a researcher at " Aamon research institution", I don't really know what they are researching about, I never asked.

Like many elite I also attend the high and mighty "Aamon Hero Academy" where they teach us about our attribution, abilities, what ever you want to call, monsters, villains and also our history.

Which is very interesting because apparently in some thousand years back humans were once "ordinary" (laughing) don't you get it "ordinary", more like "defective" (chuckle) ummm (cough) ordinary peoples are those civilians with low attributes or basic ability, unlike the gifted, like me, and defective are people with zero attribute or skill, there are non known defective alive in the presence, sucks to be them by the way.

So back to the topic, so thousands of years ago humans were defi..(cough) ordinary, living ordinary life, that's what everyone says, until the apocalypse ( well I like to called it the grand selection or cleaning) occurred, I have my own point of view.

So the Earth was in a threat against an asteroid called B-XV, actually they were prepared ok, they were just dumb, so as the asteroid headed towards the earth, the rulers, the governments all decided to blow the asteroid in the space using nuclear weapons. After they did that things became ugly.

The particles from the nuclear which are radio-active rain down to earth, causing mutations to the living organisms, those who were out in open space, even plants, but lucky for them plants were not really a threat to human but many became poisonous, that's when the other species became to be the dominant one, they gained the upper hand in the food chain and the human, being weak and helpless began to hide from them, they went underground bunkers and stuff.

So due to exposure to radiation one woman give birth to baby, "the first gifted baby was thus born" (narrative voice) it was the Great Aamon the savior of human, so then some baby followed, they became extraordinary.

Blessed with gift, and became hero like Aamon and followed him in restoring humans as top of the food chain again as time went on everyone becomes gifted.

Oh, also when monster are killed they have this crystal nucleus in them that later on scientists discovered that they are filled with energy and now those crystals nucleus are used for boosting suite and as energy core for transportation and other house hold usage, the stronger the monster the greater the energy is, so now high energy core (another name for crystal nucleus)are very expensive as they are on high demand and also rare cause they are retrieved from high level monster. Also human has domesticated some low level monster and they are now our pets. My pet name is Cerberus by the way.

So here we are, yes it's still earth, and like hero there are also villains, they opposed democracy. They believe that power comes respect and the strong should rule over the weak. I also support this idea because it makes total sense, why do we have power if not for that, right.

But everyone opposes me, even my parents, they say I don't understand. I say it's them who didn't see the big picture. Only someone from my family share the same thought with me.

My Grandfather, the greatest living Villian "Vault". I admire him since young, I grew up with grandpa till I was 10, my mother took me away from grandpa and never allowed me to visit him or grandpa visiting me. It sucks.

The knock on the door woke him up from his Utopia. He quickly jump out of the chair, grab his bag and pretend to be packing his bag, he curse himself for his lack of time awareness.

"Victor" he flinch as he hear his mother voice,

"Yes mom" he fake a smile

"Are you done?"

"Ahhh haha" he gave her an awkward laugh

as he says "fifteen moreee mi.nute, please" Mrs Moir gave him 'as expected' looks from her eyes, she know her son too well.

Victor stood still, but his eyes was wandering around his room avoiding his mother eyes.

"Victor" she calls in a soft voice.

"Huh"

"Your dad and I will be leaving first, so do me a favor and wait for Helios to pick you up. OKAY?"

Victor remain silent for a good second or two and then he reply her with a nod. Mrs Moir sigh and left.

Victor P.O.V.

No way, Helios, Nooooo, that nerd. Argh, dame it. You guys must be wandering who this guy is right, don't be, he is nobody no freaking body.

After 10 minutes, I got a call from him saying he was waiting outside. As I step out of the gate I was welcomed with the one and only amazing white S Supremacy 08 (SS-08) the only one in this world. This brat (crying silently).

"Stop staring and get in"

"Ah.. Oh!"

Why do you have to be so rude man, geez, o wish I could say that to his face.

"How is your preparation for the AcT going"

"Ahhh good"

No it is not, I haven't even open my books in decades, and don't get busy buddy over someone else problem.

"As if I'd believed you"

"Then why'd you asked"

"Because I want to"

"..."

"Wait for me after school"

"And why would I do that?"

"Aunty asked to tutor"

Wait did he just say? No way hahaha right? He wouldn't tell my mom about AcT right? Hah my ears is burning, why is it burning?

Seeing Victor big trembling eyes, Helios chuckled. Hearing the person next to him enjoying his pain, Victor quickly glared at him, locking their eyes.

"Did you told her?"

"You didn't told her. huh?" Helios whisper loud enough for Victory to hear.

"Why would you do that? Do you enjoy messing with me?"

"..."

"argh you are so annoying"

"Come on now, I'll treat you "Chocolate coffee and anything you want"

After a minute of silence Victor whisper "When"

"At our tutor"

"Ha! but I don't want you to tutor me!"

"Sure say that to Aunty"

"ahhh! dame it"

Helios chuckled again at the latter besides him, while the latter sulk all the way to the school, Not even complaining about a thing, which make Helios sigh and also repent as he felt that he has gone a bit to far teasing the boy. And he also did not actually told Mrs Moir about the AcT.

The classroom was filled with many types of

sound; chattering, music, laughter, about different topics, which among them was a group of girls chattering and giggling about "Helios" they compliment about his, everything!.

"Kyaaa! Helios looked at me today" the girl with a ribbon scream.

"Helios this Helios this" Victor complain with a bit of agony in his voice.

"Haaaaaa..." Rahu could help but sigh as he hears Victor complain.

"What? It's true"

"Well everyone has their own opinion"

"Well that makes me the one and only person who still has sense"

"Why are you so against him, if I were a random guy I would have thought you have a thing for Helios"

"Oi shut your mouth, don't even think about that again it's creepy"

"..."

"By the way who's friend are you? huh?"

"Okay, Also stop making him ruin your day he's not worth it anyway"

Time passes by like a flash, Victor and Rahu have ther lunch at the cafeteria and after then they head back to the school lounge to relax.

"So how your preparation?" Asked Rahu

"Take a guess?"

"You haven't even started, obvious"

"I wish it stays that way"

"Why?"

"My mum asked that stupid Helios to tutor me"

"That's bad"

They both remain silent as they were out of words to keep the conversation going.

Victor stood up and look at Rahu who also look back at him, then they exchanged words with their eyes and nod in agreement (as an author I also don't know what. My baby is so secretive muah~ muah~). After that Victor left, Rahu just sit and look at his friend with sympathy and thaught 'keep your cool brother'

Victor exit the academic block and saw Helios leaning against his automobile and also he could feel angry gaze coming from all directions, Victor felt his hair stand as he and Helios enter the automobile.

"Show off" Victor whisper as he buckle up the seat belt not realising that Helios has let out a smirk at annoyance as he power up and drove off from the campus and unite with the other mobile in the highway.

The white SS-08 catches many eyes as it drives above the Grand plaza and park at the gate 3 on 11th floor.

When Helios and Victor exit the car, A young valet attendant with red hair greet them and took the car key from Helios, Victor stare at him beyond belief, 'Dude your car is one in a million, aren't you too repulsive' he scolded in his mind.

Victor followed Helios inside the mall obediently, there they were approached by an employee who lead them to a private room, upon inspection the room has a small dinning table, a big screen playing International news, a small bathroom and a large baybed.

Helios was occupied with the employee ordering foods for them. And Victor quickly went to connect the Screen with an Vr games, he was busy fight monster he didn't notice Helios glaring at him.
