Ambar's POV

**It was Saturday night and I was going home after I was done hanging out with my best friend Swifty. She had beautiful blonde hair and green eyes.

"Are you sure your ok going home alone?" she said.

"Yea I'll be fine, after all I am the Alpha's daughter so I know how to defend myself".

"Yea your right. Well take care, love you!!" she said and then left.

It was around 10:00 to 11:00 in the night so I was a little afraid but didn't worry too much. I was walking home until my wolf suddenly felt like someone was there. I stopped and looked around but could see no one so I just kept walking. After a minute someone pulled me into a corner!! I instinctively tried defending myself but the man had a knife to my throat and could kill me any second.

He said "Give me everything you have or you'll die any second little princess".

I said "Why should I do that?!". I knew he could kill me any second and it was a little stupid to say that but I wasn't afraid of him.

"It would be sad if the Alpha's daughter died" he said with a smirk on his face.

"Ok but don't do anything to me".

"Smart girl" he said. Then he loosened his grip on me and I tried to make a run for it but he yanked my hair back.

"I TOLD YOU NOT TO BE STUPID!! NOW YOUR GONNA DIE!!" He got his knife and was about to slice my throat so I closed my eyes tightly but I didn't feel any pain.

When I opened them again there was a tall handsome guy about 20 years old like me. He had beautiful light brown eyes shining in the moonlight with brown hair.

He grabbed the man's arm and said "Aren't you ashamed of hurting girls in the night?"

The man said "Who are you? Fuck off!! Unless you wanna die!!"

Suddenly the handsome guy grabbed the man and threw him down to the ground and left him lying there unconscious. I could tell he was very strong.

Then he turned to me and said "Are you ok?".

I said "Yea thanks for helping me out."

"No problem" he said.

"What are you doing here alone though?"

"Oh! I was going home until this man showed up. What's your name though?".

"Oh. My name's Aadolf, meaning Distinguished or strong wolf what about you?".

"My name's Ambar" I said.

"Nice name"

"Thanks, yours too. My mother and father named me that because it means 'The Sky.' "

"So nice too meet you Aadolf" I said and extended my hand to him with a big smile.

"Nice to meet you too Ambar" he said shaking my hand returning my smile.

While we were shaking our hands I felt his warm hand wrapped around mine. It felt protective somehow and I actually liked that feeling. I didn't want to let go of his warmth but I knew I had to.

"Well anyway thanks again and goodbye. Hope I get to see you again sometime, Bye!"

"Yea me too bye!" he said and I left.

I really do hope we meet again. I think we could be very good friends. What a nice encounter I said to myself smiling happily as I left.**

Aadolf POV

 I was about to go home after I was done meeting up with Mr. Clement's from business stuff. I knew I had to be careful not too reveal my identity as Alpha because of the problem I had. I was minding my own business until I heard a girls voice with a man's. I knew I shouldn't have gone but for some reason I had to go see what was going on.

After following the voices I saw a beautiful girl with brown hair and emerald eyes, but she was being held by a man with a knife to her throat screaming at her. I was suddenly filled with anger because I hated for women to be treated like that. When I saw her I could see the fear in those beautiful eyes but she didn't let it show and I saw how brave she was trying to be.

When I saw the men about to slice her throat and her closing her eyes I instantly ran up to him and held his arm before he could hurt her. I said loudly and firm "Aren't you ashamed of hurting girls in the night." The man said "Who are you? Fuck off!! Unless you wanna die!!" My inner wolf instantly got filled with rage and I got him by the collar of his shirt and threw him to the ground hard enough to leave him lying their unconscious. Looks like all my training paid off I said proudly to myself.

Then I turned to her and said with a soft voice "Are you ok?"

She said "Yea, thanks for helping me out"

"No problem" I said.

"What are you doing here alone though?"

"Oh! I was going home until this man showed up. What's your name though?" she said with a curious voice.

"Oh. My name's Aadolf, meaning Distinguished or strong wolf what about you?" I said now curious myself.

"My name's Ambar" she said happily.

What a beautiful name I said to myself. "Nice name"

"Thanks, yours too. My mother and father named me that because it means 'The Sky.' " she said smiling probably thinking of her family.

"So nice to meet you Aadolf" she said extending one of her delicate hands with the most beautiful smile. For some reason I felt happy seeing her smile.

"Nice too meet you too Ambar" I said while shaking her hand. When she put her hand in mine I felt like her hand made me warmer somehow and I didn't want it to stop. But I knew she had too.

"Well anyway thanks again. Hope I get to see you again sometime, Bye!"

"Yea me too bye!" I said and saw her walking away.

Ambar's POV

After I got home it was already 12:00 so my mom and dad were really worried about me being late. My mom had beautiful brown hair with blue ocean eyes. My dad on the other hand had blonde hair with emerald eyes. I had an older brother who had blonde hair and blue ocean like eyes. My younger sister had brown hair and emerald eyes like I did.

"Where have you been?? It's already 12:00!! What happened!?" said my mom walking towards me with her worried face on.

"Uhhhhh..... I had a bit of an encounter today."

"What do you mean you had an encounter today?" she said with a confused face.

I didn't want to make her worried so I had to lie to her "uhh....I mean...with a puppy!!!"

It was a really bad lie and I felt bad for not telling her the truth but it was the only thing I could think of. After all I did care a lot for my mom because she was also like a best friend to me. We always hanged out, trusted each other with our secrets, had fun, and all those stuff. Since my mom had me when she was 15 she was a young mother. But since she was close to my grandma and grandpa they approved of my mom and dad's relationship.

"What do you mean a puppy?" my mom said.

"Uhh like I was walking and then I saw a puppy who was hungry so I just gave him something to eat."

"Oh ok. Well next time don't be so late because I was worried badly and you know it's dangerous."

"Way to go Ambar" I said to myself.

"Ok mom. I'll come earlier next time, don't worry" I said with a smile.

"Ok well goodnight Ambar, love you!!"

"Love you too mom!! Goodnight!!"

After that I went to my bedroom and closed the door softly. I was soooooo tired of everything that had happened so I decided it would be nice to take a long hot shower. After I was done I changed to my black short nightgown and as soon as my head hit the pillow I was asleep before I knew it.

I woke up to the sunlight shining through my bedroom window and I gave a long slow stretch. I went downstairs and I could smell the delicious breakfast.

"Good morning princess" said my dad while making breakfast.

"Good morning dad. That smells delicious, what's for breakfast?"

"It's pancakes, eggs, bacon, and some hash browns" he said.

"Oh my gosh!! I can't wait to eat!! Thanks Dad" I said while my stomach growled and both of us laughed.

I couldn't wait to eat some breakfast and soon my mom, brother, and sister came down eat.

"So how'd it go yesterday with Swifty sis?" said my brother.

"It was great!! I loved when we went to do some karaoke and you know how much I love singing."

"Yeah and plus you have a beautiful voice."

"Thanks" I said.

After eating breakfast I decided to go for a run because my wolf needed it. After I got to the woods I transformed into my she wolf. My she wolf had brown fur like my hair and was very fast. I started my run in the woods and I felt very good with the wind blowing across my face. I stopped for a while to see the animals so I transformed back into my human form. I sat down on a little pile of grass and just started staring at the clouds in the sky. I got so lost in thought about what happened to me 3 years ago. I remembered how I stopped dating and believing in love because of how I got hurt by falling in love.

AMBAR'S PAST~

"So are you happy Ambar?" said Swifty with a smirk on her face.

"Yea I'm happy!! I love him so much!!"

"Why do you love him? He's not even that cute or anything" she said.

"Because he just makes me feel special, he treats me well, he loves me, and I love him!!"

"Well ok, I guess I know how you feel."

"Yea I hope we stay together for a looooooooooong time" I said smiling happily.

After we were done talking I went back home and as soon as I did, I quickly went to get my phone and got on Snapchat. I saw my bf (boyfriend) story first and it said to ask him any question and he would answer truthfully so I asked "do you truly love me". I just wanted him to say something sweet but what I didn't know was he would break my heart~
