Straight Bet To Hell
Beginning Of End
How long has it been since I last relied on my legs?
How long has it been since I last wished to bathe in sunlight?
How long has it been since I last wished... to see the sea?
How long... has it been since I last...
Silvia Greyrat
I'm... alive?
I question myself, as I Stand in front of a dusty mirror.
Tons of emotions keep clashing in my heart,
Both of happiness, joy, confusion, shock, and fear.
I turn around and fro in front of the mirror looking at
Each part of my body. I was wearing a plain white nighty,
Or maybe a cloth similar to that.
Tears of joy flow down my cheeks, as I couldn't control my happiness.
My name is Silvia Greyrat, I'm the daughter of a Noble,
Or at least I used to. I was a frail girl ever since my birth.
I used to be bedridden the whole time.
My body was so weak that even standing up for some time.
Would exhaust me. I was the third daughter of the noble's second wife.
I hardly ever remember my parents or even my siblings visit me, except for the maids.
For my whole life, I've hardly ever step my leg out of the castle.
My room, and my books were my only world.
As a bedridden and sick girl, I was useless to my father.
Not useful for a political marriage, or succession. My whole life, has been a mess.
And not long ago, I was freed from this mess, thanks to death.
Silvia Greyrat
How... am I still alive?
I question myself sitting on the block of stone on which I found
Myself sleeping on, until I woke up from my "Death".
My skin seems pale, paler then how I was alive. And my body feels cold.
And maybe I know the reason of it.
Back when I was alive, I spent most of my time reading books
Thanks to which, I might have gained more knowledge of the world then my siblings
Without even stepping my foot outside.
"Undead" it's what people call the ones who are supposed to die, and yet are alive.
And the way I currently am, without a doubt I've
Become one of those undead. And the Room.
I'm currently in, makes it all clear. It's more like a morgue, where I see two more stone blocks
Attached to the ground, like the one I was sleeping on Just now.
And there are several handcuffs on the walls.
The walls are made of stone bricks, and there is now window
Nor ventilator, but still my body feels nothing, as I'm no longer a human.
Undead are cursed beings, considered to be unholy or bad omen.
As one is not supposed to come back to life after death.
But I don't care if I'm loathed.
I'll live, live this life to my satisfaction.
And make my dream come true, of seeing the sea.
But to create an undead, one person is needed.
And that's a Necromancer, someone who probably brought me back to life.
But just because this person brought me back to life, does not mean that this person is a good human.
Silvia Greyrat
(Someone... is coming!)

Silvia Greyrat
(Someone's coming!)
Sound of footsteps echo into the dim room.
I hear someone inserting keys into the iron door of my room.
And without a doubt, I knew who it was without seeing the person's face.
The one who brought me back to life,
I stood still facing to the necromancer, with an expressionless face, as any undead would.
Thanks to the books I read in my past life, I know that "undeads"
Are are just basically, cold corpses with life, who have no memory of there past lives.
By there master, an "undead" does not know how to speak, neither have the ability to do independent thinking.
And all I'm doing is mimicking that, in front of this necromancer.
While undead don't have any memory of there past life, I'm surprised as to how I do.
But one thing is just clear, whether or not, if I have the abilities and undead doesn't, I'm still one, and the person standing in front of me, is the one who brought me back to life.
Shin
The face is still, exactly as how it was before!
Shin
Does it still have the ability to speak? or to think independently?
Shin
Or at least this thing still might have had a reaction or two seeing itself still alive!
Shin
Seems like this one is a failure too!
I stood silent staring at the woman, with an expressionless face.
She had a heavy yet elegant voice, she seemed like an old woman
around her 60's or something.
She tied her hair to that back of her head.
And she was wearing a "Fur" around her arms.
They seemed loose enough to fall at anytime, but her arms
Now as to why I'm not speaking anything, the reason is that the person in front of me seems up-to no good.
She has this cold and sharp gaze in her eyes, as that of a murderer,
And through what she just said, it seems like she's trying
To create an undead, who can think independently just like me.
If I were to say any word, she would get to know that her experiment was a success, and without a doubt,
I would be put through a lot more experiments.
But another question comes to my mind,
How, did this person get her hands on my corpse?
Of course I died, and to bring one back to life, a necromancer
Needs the corpse of the person, in order to bring him or her back to life.
Then how did she get mine?
I want to ask it, but asking her about it would put me through alot of danger.
Shin
Let's see, what you can do.
I got confused, yet I didn't change my expression and stared at her blankly.
Shin
Let's go and test your combat skills.
My combat skills? Does she mean I have to fight?
The Necromancer snaps her fingers, and a black beast covered in a black mist and gleamy red eyes appear beside her out of thin air.
The beast seems to be something like a lion or a bear covered in fur
But the black mist around it make it difficult for me to recognize it,
It's without a doubt an "undead", an animal who was brought back to life just like me.
Don't tell me that I have to fight a beast like this!
Shin
Sylph! come and follow me!
Sylph, maybe it's the name of that undead beast.
Shin
And you...hm, let's see...
Shin
You should have a name too right.
Shin
(White hair and blue eyes... a coldness on her face, that would melt away if exposed to warm love... which is useless to me!)
Shin
From now on... you will be called snow!
Shin
Make yourself a useful tool for me.
Silvia Greyrat
(Usefull... tool)
Shin
Now come and follow me... I must make sure you become a good weapon and tool for me, enough to protect me from those "Heroes of justice"!
I was right, this woman is the epitome of evilness
And the tool for that evil.
But I don't mind becoming evil, as long as I get to...
What's your worth?
The Necromancer took me out of the room.
After stepping out of the room is when I got to know,
That I was in a castle, made of gray bricks.
And the room I was in was a morgue where the Necromancer
Kept the corpses of humans for her experiment.
I remember that there were there three other stone beds besides
Mine, which means that there were three other corpses
And she experimented on all three of them,
I "might" have been the only successful one out of the four.
After walking out of the castle is also when I know that the castle is
Located in a Forest. The forest looked very spooky
And it might have me eerie vibes, but yet I controlled my emotions
In front of the necromancer, As I'm pretending to be just like any
Ordinary undead, and make her believe that the experiment was
Half success, and now to test my skills she has taken me out of the
Castle into the forest. The Forest had half dead trees and the
And the ground was wet and leaves were scattered all around,
Seems like it rains here alot. The Sky was gray and cloudy, there
Was an eerie coldness and sharp wind blew through my ears and hair.
But my I still held an emotionless face In front of the necromancer.
She said and stopped after we walked a few miles away from the castle.
I kept a straight face, staring at her pretending like I'm brainless
And I don't understand her, a common thing for undead
Undeads don't do anything unless they're ordered to do it.
Shin
No reaction huh, so you really are a half failure.
Shin
But I still don't mind it.
Shin
Because you're lucky to become my creation and feel the honor of being my tool!
I don't mind being a tool, I Don't mind doing dirt work, as long as I get to live.
Shin
Now your combat skills will be tested here.
The Necromancer turns around, and snaps her finger. And a sword
Appears out through a blue portal, It was about 6 feet long, the
Blade's width was as big as surfboard (LoL),
And it was black with its handle, wrapped with a white cloth
Silvia Greyrat
(I... have to carry a sword that heavy!)
Shin
Come my tool... lift that sword and get ready for battle!
Silvia Greyrat
(This is just impossible! there's no way I could carry something like that...)
Silvia Greyrat
(But I must do it... I must keep a straight face and listen to every of her order)
Silvia Greyrat
(And do it right away... or else she will suspect me for having an independent thinking)
I waste no time and go to lift up that sword.
As surprised as I was myself, I was able to lift that sword,
If it was the old me, I might have collapsed. But ever since I
Became an undead, there has been a surge of great strength and
Activeness in me .Something that I lacked in my previous life.
Just then a Giant bear with Gleamingred eyes appear right out of a bush.
It's eyes were shining red, and there was a big hole in his chest revealing his ribs,
Which means that it was an undead and has been revived
Shin
Now! Fight it my creation! 7

(Does this mean my new life... ends here?)
