"Did you know a girl was killed again yesterday?" "Yeah, I saw that in the news." "I'm not even surprised as this keeps happening now frequently."

"Like the other kills, she had claw marks on her neck." "Woah, could that be a werewolf?"

Your classmates are all busy gossiping and you're waiting for your friends to arrive. Another girl was killed yesterday.

"Good morning, y/n." Khai takes her seat beside you. She settles her things before looking at you. "Did you hear the news?" She asks with excitement.

"Yeah, I heard it. Everyone's talking about it." You can't help but eye her weirdly when she squeals with a happy face. "I'm so excited." She joins her hands and smiles widely towards the air.

"Excited about what? To die next?" You say making her glare at you. "What're you talking about? Anyways you're right though, I may die looking at his handsome face." She goes back to squealing. You shout at her, "Who is he? Do you know who's the killer? He's 'he'?"

Khai facepalms at your remark, "I was not talking about that incident.

Today there'll be new transfer students coming here. And when I say students, there are many. Like 10 and more I assume. I told you about my childhood friend, right?"

"more like a lover?" You laugh when she gets flustered. She clears her throat before speaking again, "He's one of the transfers. He called me yesterday. And I can't wait to see him." You smile at her happy face. Cute.

And just as Khai said some of the transfers joined our class. The regular classes continue. Khai is sulking at how her friend didn't get to join our class.

*Lunch time

You sit alone in the cafeteria as Khai runs to her friend who's standing at the door. She escorts the 7 boys towards the table you're sitting at. They're handsome.

"Guys, this is y/n, my friend." Khai takes a seat across from you and you smile at them. Your breath hitches when two guys sit next to you. They introduce themselves.

Namjoon, Jin, Yoongi, Hoseok, Jimin, Taehyung, Jungkook were their names.

Taehyung was the boy about whom Khai keeps on talking about and they're talking to each other now too. She's so happy.

"y/n? Can you tell me where I can find water?" Hoseok speaks with a worried tone. You stand from your seat and inform him that you'll be bringing it from the counter.

As you make your way to the said place, you bump into someone,"I'm so sorry." You quickly bow towards the boy. He smiles creepily before extending his hand towards me, "Hi, I'm Samuel. Call me Sam." He winks at you and you quickly excuse yourself before getting water from the counter.

"Do you know him?" Jimin speaks as soon as you reach the table. "Him? Who?" You ask confused as his voice sounded so stern. "Samuel" You shake your head, "Just bumped into him. And he introduced himself. He was too nice to be normal, tbh."

After lunch, you excuse yourself to go to the restroom. After you finish your business you head out to see a girl in front of you. "Can you like to move? You're blocking me--" She cut you off by pushing you hard on your shoulders. You yelp when your butt meets the floor.

"Stay away from my man." She smirks and you roll your eyes. "Which man? What man are you talking about?" You stand on your feet and glare at her. "Do you own him?"

She falls silent and you lean towards her right side to leave, "Thought so." But she pulls you again and slaps your left cheek. That was too powerful and you know what she exactly was.

You look at her to say something but she beats you to it. "Stay away from Samuel." She raises her hand to slap again but you smile when he catches her hand from the back. Jungkook.

"What do you think you're doing?" He literally growls and the girl yanks her hand back before running off to somewhere. Jungkook comes to you and you see that his eyes are changing colour. You immediately put your hand on his eyes as a girl passes by.

"What?" He says before removing your hand away. You giggle when he pouts, "Your eye colour was changing." Just as you say that Jungkook widens his eyes and you smile at him, "Don't worry. I know what you are and I'll keep it secret." He smiles back and asks you to return to the cafeteria.

"wait." You stop as he says so and you look at him. He takes something from his pocket and looks at you. "You're bleeding. She hit you real hard, Huh?" He applies the aid on the corner of your lip while you look anywhere but him and it doesn't go unnoticed by him, "Are you shy?" You quickly look at him and bite your lips thinking what you should say next.

"I'm not." You curse yourself internally when your voice comes out like a quack from a shocked duck. He chuckles before leading you to the cafeteria again.

*Time Skip

It has been some weeks now and you were currently walking alongside Khai and Taehyung. They're a couple now. So, literally your single ass was in your own world.

"Hey, y/n." Samuel approaches you as usual. And you internally roll your eyes but fake your smile at him. "Yes, Samuel. Do you need anything?" Khai and Taehyung stop and look at you both. Samuel looks at them and you again before saying, "Can I talk to you alone? I need to tell you something."

You glance at Khai and nod as she takes Taehyung away with her. You clear your throat, "What do you need to tell me?" He smiles, "Well... I've been trying to tell you this since the first time I saw you, y/n." He looks at you with that so-irritating smile. You hum as a response signaling him to continue his talk and he adds, "y/n, Can you be my girlfriend?"

You act surprised and look at him. 'I knew your instincts already. I'm reincarnation of Sherlock, boy.' "But Samuel. I'm sorry. I.... I-" You bite your bottom lip when you run out of excuses.

"you know? I can make you so happy. I'll never hurt you and I'll never make you regret your decision of choosing me." He walks a step towards you. You panic, "No. I'm not ready to have a relationship yet. Please understand. And I can say that you'll find a better girl than me." You back away due to your closeness.

However he gets a grasp of your arms and yanks you closer to him. "I'm really serious. I won't let you go now."

You squirm to get out of his grasp. You're annoyed at him and let's not forget scared. "Samuel! Let me go." You glare at him.

He smirks and whispers in your ear, "I told you that I won't let you go." You try to scream but stop when he gets pushed away.

"DON'T YOU DARE!!" Jungkook walks to you and grabs your wrist dragging you away. You just stare at his back profile and smile at his actions. You can feel your heart thumping.

As he reaches a distance away from Samuel, he turns to look at you and you quickly remove your creepy smile. "Are you alright? He didn't do anything, did he?" You shake your head and smile at him.

"you...you just came in time. Thank you, Jungkook." He returns you a smile, "Shall we go to our class now?" You nod with your still thumping heart.

As soon as the school ends, you and Khai walk to a cafe near the school. You tell her the incident with Samuel and she literally chokes on her latte. "WHATT!! HE DID THAT? THAT SICK BAS--" You quickly cover her mouth noticing the people looking at both of you weirdly. "Do you want people to kill us because we're loud?" You whisper and slowly take your hand back. She rolls her eyes, "I'm worried, okay? I knew that leaving you would turn out bad."

"It's okay, our wolf friends are there to save us. Well, your boyfriend specifically." You smirk and she tries to hold her smile. Failing to do so she covered her face. "Cute? Nah! She's dramatic."

"Well, don't you think it's unusual that the kills are suddenly on a halt? I mean there is no sign of the killer or anything and--" She hits your arm to stop you from talking furthermore.

You pout at her sudden hit. "Won't you be glad that there's no kill for now? Do you want someone to die again??" She scolds you and you look at her defeat. "I didn't mean that. What I meant was there's no trace of the killer, okay?? And I don't want any girl to die again!!"

"I just hope Taehyung and his friends will find the werewolf as fast as possible." She glances at me and takes a sip of her latte.

"Same. But you know? I want to see Jungkook's wolf form so bad." You blurt out that unconsciously and Khai chokes on her drink again.

"See you later at lunch." Taehyung waves at Khai and you. You both walk towards your class.

"Jungkook seems to be more close to Sua nowadays, right?" Khai says to you as you both are about to reach the class.

You feel yourself getting wierd sensation in your heart as you hear it. You've seen that too as Jungkook really hangs out with Sua a lot. So, you barely get any good time with him. And you could only see him with the hang out that Khai plans with the boys. She knows that you like him even thought you deny it everytime.

• "Yeah, I can see that too" you smile at her bitterly trying to hide the uneasy feeling inside your heart. You hate to admit it but you're jealous of Sua.

Khai just putyfully glances at you and holds your hand to comfort you.

• "I hope you see his wolf form soon." She smirks as you almost trip on the ground. That was the statement which made her known of the fact that you liked Jungkook.

• "Oh my god. Khai, I swear to god, you better--" you stop talking as you see the teacher after entering the class. Excusing yourself, you walk towards your seat followed by Khai.

"But seriously why is the killer suddenly gone?" Jin points out while slurping his soup from the bowl. The cafeteria is crowded and it's annoying that you can't even eat at peace.

"Good question, though. Maybe he went on a vacation or something." Namjoon laughs at his own statement and we laugh seeing his red ears. Probably due to embarrassment.

All the boys keep on talking about random stuffs and your eyes land on someone's back. As if he could feel your stare on him, he turns back and you immediately look at your food. Blood rushes throughout your face. As usual, Jungkook's sitting at a table just in front of your table with Sua, obviously.

• You, not feeling jealous would be universal untruth. When you raise your head, your eyes meet Jungkook's ones and he smiles at you. You smile back at him. And then, he turns back to his food. He smiles and laughs while looking at Sua. You want that particular eyes to look at you like that.

• "Y/n, how did you know that werewolves exist?" Taehyung whispers only enough for the ones sitting on the table to hear. That makes you snap your head away from Jungkook's direction.

• "Well, my grandparents and mother are werewolves and they always told me stories and all." You sigh in content recalling all the memories of your childhood. "And you know? I've seen their wolf forms and damn, I fell in love with it I still remember how I would ask them to play with me in their wolf forms and they would look like puppies I swear."

Khai laughs, "And to tell you all this one thing. She's got a thing for wolf forms. She'd do anything just to see a wolf."

The guys look at you amused of your likeness

"We can show you our wolves one day." Yoongi says bluntly and you clap in excitement. "Really? It's gonna be fun."

After eating you head towards the class with Khai, parting ways with the boys. "But have you seen Taehyung's wolf?" Khai nods her head, "Yeah, when we were young, we would play on the park where he'd transform to his wolf. His wolf is brown in colour." She chimes with her excited tone and you fake cry over her speech, "I want to see a wolf too. It's been too long since my grandparents have come here from abroad. And my mom's busy too."

"Don't worry you'll--" Khai cuts herself while staring at the front. You look to where she's staring and you really want to vanish into thin air.

"Y/n. Can I talk to you? Alone? I want to apologise to you about last time." He smiles awkwardly and looks at Khai asking for permission. You assure Khai with a nod and she walks away to class.

"I guess we're skipping a class?" Sameul deadpans and you nod for understanding. "Let's go to the rooftop." He takes your hand on his and begins to drag you away. You don't feel comfortable with the contact but you shut your mouth. You wanna end this quickly.

Once you reach the rooftop, you walk towards the fence. Smiling at the environment you inhale a solid amount of air. Fresh.....

As you look back at Samuel, you freeze when he's locking the rooftop's door. But you try to hide your nervousness with a fake smile.

He approaches you slowly, "y/n, I told you that I really like you right? I also told you how I'll keep you happy and never any chance of complaining would be there, didn't I? And I had even told you that you won't regret choosing me. You remember that?" You nod at him. "But did I tell you what I'd do if you won't accept to be my girlfriend?"

"What the....?" Your breath hitches when you see his eyes turning light brown than normal and you can see his claws growing out.

"S-Sam.....wolf?" He slowly strides towards you. His smirk never leaving his face. You back away but fail to keep distance between you and him when he pulls you by your wrist towards himself. His another hand snucks around your waist.

"What are you doing? Let me go." You spit at his face and he just tilts his head and looks at your eyes.

"Oh. And I heard that you're really curious why the specific killer didn't kill for the past few weeks. You wanna know the reason?"

He licks your earlobe causing you to let out a cry.

"I'm gonna shout if--" his hands leave your wrist to shut your mouth. "Keep quiet if you don't wanna die." He growls showing his pointed canine teeth. You subconsciously nod your head and he removes his hand.

As soon as he does that you shout on the top of your lungs, "KHAI, KH--" Samuel grabs your jaw to make you look at him. "Wrong move, baby." He lifts you up on his shoulder and walks towards the railing. "SOMEBODY!! HELP!!!!" You yell as loud as you can only to be thrown on the hard concrete floor.

You wince in pain as your skin tears off from your elbows and knees. Your tears fall uncontrollably due to the fall.

"Shout or I'll kill you here along with Khai." He once again grabs you on his shoulder and you whimper when your knees make contact with his sweater. You keep quiet as he jumps off the building, running towards the forest.

You only pray that Khai would notice your disappearance before it's too late. Hopefully.

Khai glances at the clock. "It's been 20 minutes. Where's this girl?" She instantly messages the boys telling about your disappearance because you haven't even replied her messages. The teacher's declined Khai to go out of the class so she stays inside.

[Slight trigger warning: blood content]

You struggle against Samuel's grip on your waist. "You, asshole! Let me down." You kick his chest with your knees and his back with your fists. Your stomach was hurting since he placed you at his shoulder.

"Just shut the **** up!" He yells and throws you on the land where you land above the leaves. Glaring at him, you stand up while removing the dust from your skirt.

"Why am I here?" You huff and look at him with pissed expression. He smiles and places your left hand on top of his heart. "You make my heart go crazy, y/n." His words make you confused than you already are.

"Are you crazy? One sec you're acting hateful and all and--..... nevermind. But DO YOU EXPECT ME TO LIKE YOU?? SERIOUSLY??" You pull your hand back from his hold.

You fold your arms, "Aren't you that psychopath who killed girls?" You don't even know where this confidence came from.

"Aren't you a girl too?" He smirks and his hand snake around your neck. You freeze as his hands turn to something furry and rough.

And in a blink of your eye, he becomes half wolf and half human. "I thought that I'd give you chance if you accepted me but god had planned other things for you. Poor y/n."

You try to step back but he presses you against his chest. And you scrunch your nose because he smells like a dog which needed to take a bath for several years.

He licks your earlobe and you push his body away only to receive no movements. "There's no running now, y/n." His hands dig into your skin of your neck and you hit his hands several times.

"You can't imagine how long I've waited for this moment. To taste your flesh. Your blood." His nails pierce through your skin and your body jolts at the sudden pain. Moving your legs, you kick him where you find necessary to. Surprisingly, his hands leave your neck and you fall on the ground breathing heavily.

Your hands reach your neck where you feel wet liquid on your hands. Your blood.

Standing on wobbly legs, you back away as Sameul seems too pissed off to be normal.

"You'll pay for that. Y/n." That are the last words from him as he changes to a wolf. A dark brown wolf. At this moment you regret saying that you like wolf forms.

You take a step backwards followed by another step. Turning around, you run even if you know that it's the most stupid thing to do.

And samuel proves your statement right by jumping on you. You fall on your face as his fore limbs keeps you in place from the back. You try to overpower him and stand but his claws dig into your skin which makes you spill tears on the dry leaves lying on the ground. "Samuel, it hurts. Samuel--... please." You plead when he digs deeper into your skin.

"Sam--AHHHH!!!" His teeth bites your neck harshly and you're paralysed on your position.

Your hands make their way this his head and you pull his fur as hard as you can. The pain on your neck was unbearable.

You expect him to leave your neck but he moves his teeth while digging his teeth on your neck. Several cries leave your mouth.

Your eyes get heavy as the wolf shamelessly licks your neck where the wound is.

Your body flinches when the being on top of you gets yanked away. You can barely keep your eyes open. Moving your neck is really the last thing you wanna do right now.

You hear many growls and running steps. You're conscious but your body refuses to keep you aware of the sounds of the surrounding.

Minutes later, your body is turned to lay you on your back but you can't see the person who does that. Your vision is still blur. The sounds or rather words from the speaker goes unheard from you. But at some point, you recognise this voice. Jungkook....?

You hand reach to his hand which is on your cheek. Your eyes roll back as you're met with darkness.

Jungkook picks your body in bridal style and eyes the injured body of Samuel. How much he wanna tear that body into pieces but your life is currently on the line. Jungkook runs towards the centre of the woods. The forest too familiar for him to find any location.

Arriving on a certain location in front of a house, he rushes inside without knocking. The old woman sitting on the couch jumps, slightly startled.

"Jungkook, you could knock-- oh holy shit." She runs towards Jungkook seeing your body in his arms. She measures your pulse, "Place her in the room, I'll be right back." She walks away and Jungkook wastes no time to bring you to a room with medicines around the room. He places you on the small bed.

The woman comes to the room and starts wiping your neck with a towel and water. "Who did this to her?" She says in a demanding voice. Jungkook sighs, "Samuel. And I think he is the killer who's being searched all over the city."

The woman continues to treat your wound and soon the other guys and Khai arrive at the house. Seeing your heartbreaking state, Khai sits beside you, "It's all my fault. I shouldn't have let her go with that asshole." She wipes her tears with her hands.

"Grandma. When is she gonna wake up?" At Hoseok's question the woman sighs, "she may not even wake up." The guys shoot their eyes at her.

"Look, she lost a lot of blood and there's no way that she's gonna stay alive if she's human for any longer." They boys exchange glances at each other leaving out Khai who's confused on what's going on.

A ringtone breaks the pindrop silence of the room. Khai gulps before showing the boys the caller id. Your mom-

"She's a werewolf and she has the right to know, Khai. Tell her that we all are here." Namjoon states and Khai immediately answers the call. Telling the whole incident to her, Khai sighs in relief as she hangs up the call.

"She's gonna be here soon." Just as she finishes her sentence, the doorbell rings and Khai chuckles, "Maybe a little too soon."

Your mom walks inside the room and seeing you in this stage makes her leave some tears from her eyes.

"Oh my god." She exclaims as her hand shakes to reach up to your cheek. Brushing your cheek, she knows what's gonna happen to you.

Your heart rate was too slow and you could be dead any minute from now. She cries more knowing that she can't do anything even if she wants to.

"I never thought that she'd be dying like this." your mother exclaims as she cries in Khai's arms. Seeing the woman in pain, the room goes silent.

"There's actually a way. Her heartbeat is still there so if any werewolf mark her as his mate she'd surely survive." The old woman sighs as she walks towards your mother. Pulling her into a hug she says, "Its okay. Nothing is permanent. Try to build up some courage for yourself."

Khai asks the elder out of her curiosity, "If she's marked by a wolf, she survives, right?" The old woman nods her head. Khai continues, "will she remain a human or change into a werewolf?"

"She's a daughter of a human dad and werewolf mom, so she's likely to be a wolf but she can remain as a human on some cases." Khai nods at the elder.

She asks again, "And what about the mate which is still to be discovered by the wolf?"

The old woman shrugs, "She'll find another one. Mates are easy to change but harder to leave."

The room falls silent as their mind are all evolved with your condition. Your whimpers echo throughout the room and your mom panics.

She caresses your hand, kissing it continuously.

Getting enough of your pain and about to die condition, the boy speaks making everyone stunned.

"I'll do it.

I'll mark her as mine."
