The birds chirped outside as the sunlight slowly enters my room through my window, I slowly opens my eyes to the bright sunlight. "wake up!!" my brother screamed as he slammed open my doors, he is a really annoying one, he is the most annoying one ,infact , in the whole house. "jeez, you ain't needing to scream out loud in the morning, it is still early." I said to him, I got out of bed and rubbed my eyes. "But it did wake you up though didn't it?" he laughed as he spoke out the words.

I changed into my clothes and went down into the dining room where the breakfast is already there on the table waiting for me and my brother. I stared at the food for a very long time before asking my brother, " did you burn the eggs again Ethan?" "obviously John, I mean you have eyes right?" "yes I do, and I see you also broke 2 plates." he shrugged at me and I just sighed out loud for him to know I am very tired of this.

After finishing the breakfast that Ethan made for me, I stepped outside to have a little walk. I looked at the brown maple leaves and I remembered the first time I saw them, it was 10 years ago when I was 13.

Suddenly, everything started to turn dark and for a brief moment, I saw a clock spinning counterclockwise outside of a very bright circle that I am in, and they connected with each other. When i opened my eyes again, everything was different. i was standing in the middle of a grass field and the air seem to be cleaner too. "what was that...?" I thought to myself, I tried to search for my phone but I realized that it isn't there. I looked at my clothes and my eyes seem to be closer to the ground, then I realized what happened, I was turned back to 13.

"I was turned back to 13?!" I thought with wide shock traveling through my body, making my hair stand up on all parts of my body.

I didn't even notice that I was spacing out until someone tapped on my shoulders, I had been so scared that I jumped higher than any normal person can.

"Woah there, relax. it is just me bro."

I turned around slowly and relaxed as I saw Alex's face, Alex is my bestfriend and he is a very important friend too in my life, without him I wouldn't have survived.

I looked closer and I realized that he seem to be younger too.

"I know this might be weird but, what is the date of today?" I asked with caution.

" it is 2008, January 2nd. And yes, it is very weird to ask so suddenly since you always keep track to dates. Did you hit your head or something dude?" He looked at me with a very suspicious face.

Now that I know I time traveled, I must act as if I am still 13.

"uh- something like that, not much of a big deal though bro, so what was I doing again?"

"we were doing hide and seek, and you were the last one, now it is your turn to be it now." he said to me with a wide smile on his face.

" alrighty then, 30 seconds for you to run and hide." And he ran away very quickly for someone like him.

I looked back at the spot where I stood when I came back and felt wind blowing on my short blond hair, then turned away and started my counting.

I know I haven't post anything in a really long time, but the reason here is that I have a lot of work to do in real life. I have schoolwork, cadet lesson plans to upload, I have to study extra curricular stuff,etc....

so please understand my situation right now.
