Nakano was sitting in the middle of her two best male friends. “I’m bored!” You stated as you and your friends favourite show just ended. “Tell me about it” They both said in unison. You all look at each other and immediately start bursting into laughter.

“Oh yeah! We still on for a sleep over tonight?” You asked the two boys in which they both nodded. “Great!” You exclaimed before you heard noise coming from the front door.

“Oh! Michis home!” Your two friends watched as you climbed over the couch and ran towards your brother like a child. They both sighed and got up to walk with you.

Takemichi let out a small yelp as a small force rammed into his back with a pair of arms hugging his waist. “Your back! I was just gonn come look for…. Oh! Who’re they?” Takemichi finally managed to escape his sisters grip.

Cecil and Haruto both swung their arms over each side of your shoulders while staring at the tall blondie with a dragon tattoo that practically loomed over them since he was tall and they were still in elementary.

“These your siblings Takemitchy?” The tall blonde questioned as he looked at the three kids. “Ah.. Yeah.. This is Nakano, my little sister and her two best friends, Cecil and Haruto!” Takemichi nervously introduced them.

You chuckle at the nickname the tall blondie gave your brother. “Takemitchy? That’s a new one” Nakano mumbled towards her two friends while they snickered and nodded.

“I don’t think I can push you up anymore!” Cecil informed as he held the girl on his shoulders. “Sure you can, believe in yourself!” She encourages as she reaches her arms out to the tree branch, trying to grab whatever was on it.

“Uhm, what are you guys doing?” Takemichi said as he Draken and Mikey watched the two of you. “She’s trying to grab that stuffed toy that’s on that branch” Haruto explained. Takemichi looked up at the branch and indeed saw a stuffed toy.

“Come on” Nakano tried reaching for the toy but it was to no avail. She let out a small yelp as someone held her up to the point where she was able to grab the toy. “Awesome! Thanks” She politely thanked the tattooed boy when he put her on the ground.

“Wow Kenchin, I didn’t know you were nice! Especially to kids” Mikey exclaimed only for Draken to roll his eyes at him. While that was going on Nakano was hugging the stuffed toy in her arms.

Cecil smiled upon seeing his best friends happy face before he realised something. “Shit! I left the stove on” Ceil quickly ran off to his house. “I’ll see you guys later tonight!” Cecil said before going inside his house.

“Haha, how forgetful!” Haruto exclaimed making you laugh.

“So you both plan on going to the festival?” Haruto asked me and Cecil as we were walking down the hallway of our school. “Oh! Yeah, that sounds fun, count me in!” I beamed as I looked at Haruto with excitement. “Yeah, sure” Cecil replied. While walking a familiar cherry voice spoke at the back of us.

“Oh! Found em kenchin!” Just as me and the two boys were going to turn, we let out small yelps as a pair of arms wrapped around our midsections, lifting us up.

“Ah, Mikey? What are you doing here?” Mikey was spinning with us in his arms as if we were as light as feathers. “Oh! We came to hang out with Takemitchy but found you guys instead!” He beamed like a child.

“Alright, I’ll take you to him but could you please let us down, Harutos getting dizzy” Mikey pouted before finally putting the three of you down.

“Ah… thank g-god” Haruto said before falling onto Cecils shoulder. “Jeez” Cecil said while swinging one of Harus arms over his shoulder.

“Alright! Let’s go get Michi!” You said as you started to lead the way towards your big brothers class with the boys trailing behind you.

Takemichi pov

“Argh! *I have no damn clue on how I’m supposed to keep those two from meeting, it’s easier said than done* Takemichi thought as the door to his classroom slid open.

“Oh! You were right Kano chin, he is here!” Mikey said as he ran over to Takemichi, completely ignoring the teacher who was trying to tell him they were still in class. *What a weird one, and why’s Nakano with them* he thought as he got up from his seat since he had no choice but to go with the blonde boy.

“I-our third years?” I looked out into the hallway to see some of our third years laying on the ground with their pants pulled down. “What happened?” I asked. “Oh! These guys pissed me off so I hosed em, it was the kids idea to pants them though” I looked over to see Nakano, Cecil and Haruto drawing on one of the guys face with a sharpie.

The three kids followed Mikey and Draken as they walked on the backs of the third years, sorta massaging them after Draken and Mikey walked on them.

“By the way, you two sure your only 10, your both quite tall for 10 year olds” Draken said referring to Haru and Cecil. “Yup! Know it’s hard to believe but it’s the truth” Ceil said while jumping on the back of the last person. “Yeah! Guess we are pretty tall… compared to short stuff over here” Haruto said while ruffling my hair.

“S-shut up!” I said as I swatted his hand away and started fixing my hair while the boys started laughing at me in which I glared at them.

After almost making it to the entrance of the school Nakano turned her head after hearing a familiar voice. Nakano immediately ran up to the girl and hugged her. “Eh? Nakano?” Hina said while hugging her back. “What are you doing here?” Hina asked as she turned towards Cecil and Haru. “Mikey came to hang with Michi, his new friends” I said as I pointed towards Mikey and Draken.

Hina was relieved and told Takemichi they could reschedule their date before walking off back to school.

After she walked away Takemichi, Mikey and Draken went one way while me and the two boys went the other. We were going to buy some ice cream.

After they got their ice cream, they all sat in a park on a bench. While eating two strangers walk past and one drops what looks to be a baton. Nakano picks it up and rushes towards the two men.

“Excuse me” Nakano tugged on the back of the shirt of the taller male. He turned around and smiled then leaned down to her height. Cecil and Haru came shortly after. Nakano couldn’t take her eyes off the guys hair, but snapped out of it quickly.

“Your hair is pretty mister, don’t ever cut it!” Ran was shocked at the little girls statement, then he pat her head while grabbing his baton then turning towards his brother and asking.

“Can we take them home Rindou, they’re so adora-

“No!” The guy with glasses said right away. “Hmph, your no fun” Ran said as he grabbed a piece of paper from his pocket, wrote something on it and handed it to the girl. “You three are interesting, hope we see each other soon” The guy said before walking away with his brother.

Ran pov

What was it you gave her? Rindou asked me. I smiled before replying with. “Our names and numbers”

Nakanos pov

“What was up with the dude in the glasses?” Haruto said, sorta annoyed at the guys tone. “No idea man?” Cecil said.

“Ran and Rindou Haitian” I said after reading the names on the paper. “Hm?” Both boys said while looking at the paper. “Haitani? Isn’t it that gang that rules over Roppongi?” Cecil asked in which me and Haru agreed.

“Haitani brothers, huh?”

“Today marks the day of our 3 year fiendship!” Cecil and I exclaimed as we ran into Harus room that was next to mine.

Flashback \~ 3 years ago

Me and Cecil were wandering aimlessly around Tokyo. We weren’t lost, just being idiots and deciding not to go home til late. While walking past an alleyway, we heard the sound of someone coughing, it sounded weak.

Cecil was the first to go into the alleyway since he wanted to make sure it was safe. After I followed in behind him I saw “A kid?” There was a frail little boy who looked about the same age as me and Cecil, he was hugging his knees and he was crying.

“Are you okay?” I asked going to his level and placing a hand on his shoulder. He slowly looked up at me and I saw all the bruises and scratches all over his face. I was horrified, this boy looked like a bunch of kids had beaten him up. “Do you know where your parents are?” I asked the boy as he shook his head.

“What’s your name?” The boy looked up at me as he slowly said “Haruto” “do you have a last name?” I asked him in which he just looked down. I reached my hand out to him and said “Come with us”

Harutos eyes widened as he at first was hesitant to take my hand, but slowly reached his hand out to mine. After that I took him home with me.

“Michi! I’m home, and I bought a new friend” I said as me Cecil and the new boy walked into my house. “Oh, welcome home.. oh, is he your new friend?!” Michi asked as the boy started to hide behind me and Cecil.

“Yeah! We found him in an alleyway, can he live here?!” The pink haired boy was shocked but just gripped on the back of my tshirt as if telling me, he was shy.

“Are you okay kid? Know where your parents are?” Takemichi asked him as he went to examine his face. “N-no! Mom left me at a park and I don’t know who my dad is” Me and Cecil were shocked to hear about that, nonetheless my brother agreed to let Haruto live with us.

“Go upstairs and have a bath, get yourself cleaned up and I’ll grab you some clean clothes, okay!” My brother said while ruffling hair. The boy just nodded as I ran him a warm bath while my brother went to get him some clothes.

After he was finished his bath and was changed into the fresh pair of clothes, we ate the curry and rice my big brother had made us. Haruto ate almost 7 bowls, not that we minded.

After we ate I showed Haruto to his new room. It was next to mine, it had all the necessary stuff in there like a bed, cupboard, coffee table, desk and even a small tv.

We could tell Haruto was still a bit shy but after spending a few hours with him, he opened up to us and we were all laughing and having a good time together.

“So what’s your last name?” Cecil asked Haruto. “I don’t know? My mom never gave me one” He looked down and started to look sad until I said. “Then we’ll give you one. After that we found the perfect last name for him ‘Suzuki’

Ever since that day, me, Cecil and Haruto have been inseparable, Haruto has been living with us since then, it was quite easy having him around since the allowance we got was more than enough to support the three of us. And it was even better since Cecil was our neighbour.

“Come here kitty!” I said as I caught site of a beautiful white cat in an alleyway. “Come on Kano, it doesn’t look like the cat wants to come, we should all head home it’s getting late” Haruto said, his voice a bit loud that the cat ran away.

“Ohhh, look now the kittys gone” I beamed as I poured like a child. Cecil just chuckles at me as he swung an arm over my shoulder. “Come on! I’ll make us some curry and rice, how’s that sound” Me and Haruto nodded frantically at Cecil’s words.

While walking Nakano heard soft footsteps behind them, they all turned and saw “Hina chan” I said as I went up to hug her. “Eh? What are you guys doing out here this late?” Hina said as she gently pulled away from the hug and looked at me and the two boys.

“Oh! We were walking around and lost track of time” I said in my most innocent tone I could muster. “Alright then, you all head home then- “Oh! It’s Takemichi!” Hina said making me and the two boys spin our heads towards the direction Hina was pointing in.

I walked behind my brother while holding both boys hands while Hina walked beside us. “Hina can never know about this” Takemichi said. “About what!?” Everyone said and Takemichi swore his soul left his body the minute he saw Hina standing there.

“U-uh… it’s nothing.. I was just- Takemichi stopped talking when Hina went right up in his face. “Think they’re gonna kiss?” I whispered to the two boys. “Definitely” They whispered back to me. “Ew! Cooties!” We all whispered while making gagging noises.

Then Takemichis phone started to ring. “Oh! It’s Draken kun?” My brother said as he held the phone up to his ear. “Hello Draken kun… eh but I- Draken hung up before my brother could reply.

“What’s that all about Takemichi” Hina asked. “ Draken wants me to meet up with him and Mikey kun, and he wants me to bring the kids” He said nervously. “Eh!” Me and the boys said as we stared confused wondering why Mikey wanted to see us of all people.

“Alright then, I’m coming!” Hina exclaimed while me and the two boys walked in front of them.

“Come on kitty, kitty” I said as I tried to get the white cat to come to me. “Nakano, Cecil, Haru?” We all turned to see Hinata. “Oh! Hina chan!” I exclaimed as I ran up and hugged her.

“What are you kids doing out late?” She said in a soft tone. “Oh! We were just walking around and lost track of time” I said as she smiled at us.

“Hey I think that’s Michi” I said pointing at the back of Hina. The four of us walked behind my brother as he was muttering to himself.

“Hina must never know about this” he said before we all spoke up. “About what!” We all said in unison. “ARGHH! H-Hina chan?!” “Hmmm?” Hina said while going right up to my brothers face.

“Ew! Cooties” Haru exclaimed as we all made gagging noises. “Y’know you’ve been acting strange Takemichi!” “Hm?” My brother said. “Well, today your the adult you, the other day after the fireworks you ran home without saying anything and you’ve Ben completely ignoring me!” My brother was lost in thought when his phone started ringing.

“Um, your phone Takemichi” Hina said waking him up from his thoughts. “Uh! Thanks” He looked at his phone. “Oh it’s Draken” He picked it up and me and the two boys eavesdropped.

“Takemichi, what are you doing right now… ah it doesn’t matter, come to the Musashi Shrine now… what!…. Okay then and bring the three kids with you. “Wait Draken- and he hung up on him.

“What does Draken want with us?” Haru spoke up. “I-I really don’t know?” “Great well I’m coming” Hina said. “What!” My brother said.

“Right then! Let’s get going!” I said as I wrapped my arms around each of my best friends shoulders and we started walking in the direction of the Musashi Shrine since we knew every spot in Shibuya.

We made it earlier than my bro and Hina, so we were just waiting, climbing trees. “Woah! You guys went super high!” Haru said to me and Cecil as we were all the way at the top of the tree.

After we climbed down the Shrine was erupted with roaring noises. “What’s that?” Haruto asked. “I don’t know?” I said. “Stick close!” Cecil said as we walked around the crowd to look for Hina and my brother.

I let out a small yelp as someone grabbed me by the back of my hoodie. “The hells a kid doing here?” The guy said as he pulled me right by his face. I immediately kicked him because ‘stranger danger’.

He dropped me and Cecil caught me and pushed me behind him and Haru. “Tch! You little brat!” The guy went to hit us but a voice spoke up.

“Any of yous go by the name Takemichi?” A boy with turquoise hair and a scowl on his face said. “He’s my big brother!” I simply stated.

“The hell do you think picking on the commanders precious guest!” A boy with peach hair and a huge grin said as he kicked the boy away. “S-sorry sir!”

“I’m Nahoya Kawata, or Smiley. That’s Souya Kawata, my twin who’s also known as Angry” Smiley stated.

“I’m Nakano Hanagaki and these are my friends Cecil and Haruto” he smiled wider and reached his hand out to me which I kindly accepted.

Haruto was holding my hand, following me and Smiley as Angry walked next to Cecil and they were talking. Soon we saw Mikey, Draken and my bro and Hina.

“There you guys are!” My brother said as he hugged the three of us. “Yo! Kano, Cecil, Haru!” Mikey said while sitting on his motorbike. “Hey Mikey!” I waved at him.

“Why’d you bring your wifey here Takemichi?” Draken said. “COOTIES” the three of us said, making the twins laugh. “Oi Emma!” “What!” We heard the voice of a girl and all turned to her. “This is Mikeys wifey, be sure to protect her” a pretty girl was standing in front of us and she looked bored.

“Rojer!” She said before looking at my brother. “Oh hey it’s wussy boy!” She said while waving at him. “Wussy boy?” Me and the two boys said while looking at my brother. “Why is she calling you a wussy boy?” Hina said irked.

“Wait you know Emma?” Draken asked as my brother was stuttering with his words til Emma said. “He ran away when he saw me in my unde- before we could hear what she was going to say mine and the two boys ears were covered. The people covering our ears walked away with us while still covering our ears.

“Sorry bout that kids, but you shouldn’t have to hear what their talking about” a boy with short lilac hair said. We stared at him in confusion. “Oh uh sorry, I’m Mitsuya Takashi, captain of the second division” “I’m Nakano and this is Cecil and Haruto” I simply addressed ourselves.

“Nice to meet you guys” Mitsuya said while extending his hand to us in which I happily took. “ALRIGHT MEETINGS STARTING!!” We jumped at Drakens voice. “Ahaha, it’s okay! Come on!” Mitsuya said as he held his hand out for me.

We were walking down the middle of everyone who was bowing to Mikey and the other people walking with us. I felt a little intimidated since I was the only girl but Cecil and Haruto put their hands over my shoulders protectively and I instantly felt better.

I was standing between my brother and Cecil as we looked up at Mikey. “We’re here to talk about the incident involving Moebius” Mikey said which we were a bit confused about. “If we clash it’ll be a big dispute”

I saw my brother fall over before he said. “What the hell man!” I instantly went to help him up but a tall guy with brown hair grabbed my wrist. “The hell do you think your doing kid?” The guy said as he started to squeeze my wrist. I just glared back at him since it didn’t hurt anyways.

Cecil immediately grabbed the boys wrist and made him let go of me. I helped my brother up and another boy came over saying. “Your Hanagaki right? You took care of Kiyomasa from our squad, and I’m thinking your gonna have to pay for that” I stood in front of my brother and the guy glared down at me.

“Move!” He said but I shook my head making him even angrier than before. Haruto and Cecil were standing next to me and we were ready to fight if he were to attack us. He went to punch me but Mitsuya stopped him.

“Knock it off Pah, don’t lay a finger on the kids and we already talked about Kiyomasa and how he only used Tomans name to start his own fight club”

“Yeah well I’m stupid so I don’t understand any of that shit!” He said as we gave him a ‘you really said that out loud’ look. “If you don’t know what’s going on then don’t say anything you dumbass!” “Pah chins brain is like jello!” The brown haired guy said. “Shut the hell up Peh!” Pah said.

“Oi Pah! Shut up!” By those four words said by Draken Peh and pah walked away. “Sorry about those two, pahs just really on edge” Draken said while gesturing for Mitsuya to explain everything to us.

“Moebius is a gang 2 generations above us, they currently rule over Shinjiku!” “Eh? You guys don’t rule over Shinjiku!” “No! Toman rules over Shibuya while Shinjiku is another story”

“But one of pahs buds got into it with moebius’s leader Osanai over something stupid. He sent some men and they beat up pahs bud, they then attempted to rape his girlfriend but failed when some people showed up and knocked all the guys down” me and the two boys flinched upon hearing that.

“That’s awful!” Was what Takemichi said. “And as a last resort, he came to Pah for advice” Mitsuya finished off. “So the girl alright then?” Haruto asked in which Mitsuya nodded. “It’s thanks to those people who helped them. Pahs bud could’ve bled to death if they hadn’t carried them to the hospital” me and the two boys were happy to hear that the girl was fine.

We looked back up at Mikey and saw pahchin crying while screaming “I WANNA DO IT, I WANNA MURDER THOSE SONS OF BITCHES” “pah” I said as I looked over to Mikey.

“Thought you’d say that” Mikey said before standing and facing everyone. “Anyone here think that helping out pah and his friend is to much…see there’s no one” all the boys started to smirk and so did me and the two boys.

“This is getting exciting” I heard Cecil say. Then everyone chanted Tomans name with their hands in the air

“On August 3rd during the Musashi festival is when the fight will happen” I smiled upon knowing that the couple would get justice but then I turned to my brother to see him trembling.

*August 3rd, that’s when Draken dies* Takemichi thought as the meeting came to an end and everyone went home.

“You know you gotta apologise to Hina” I said as we were walking home. “yeah I know, I really messed up this time” he said in which I nodded.

After we got home we were all tired and just went straight to bed. Cecil ended up staying over in Harus room.
