In the distance a voice could be heard singing
“All around the Mulberry bush the monkey chased the weasel~”

*trips and falls, getting scared of the voice coming near*
“The monkey stopped to pull up his sock~”

*frantically looks around*

*whispers in his ear* pop goes the weasel~

*slowly turns around and screams as he looks at the boy holding an axe with a smirk on his face*
Loud screams filled the forest but no one was there to hear the man as he was chopped up

*comes home and hums softly* Mommy!!!!
A women came running toward the door, looking at her son with a smile

What is it dear? Are you alright?

*ignores her question* where are my snacks?! You know I like to have snacks when I come home! 😡

I’m sorry dear I’ll go get them
She walked away and Kingsley huffed before going to his room

A knock on the door came and Kingsley came and opened the door

Thank you mommy *takes the snacks and closes the door before going to his bed*

*giggles and eats his snacks, eventually falling asleep*

The two figures got further and further, Kingsley not being able to do anything

*wakes up with tears in his eyes, shooting out of bed and running to his parents bedroom, looking around frantically, eyes landing on the bed*

*looks at him worried*

*puts his book down and looks at Kingsley* come here son

*runs and climbs onto the bed and into his father’s arms, crying still*

What happened son? *carefully rubs his back as he holds him close*

*sniffling* k-kie had a n-nightmare

*looks at him with a sad expression* what happened baby?
Kingsley sniffled and held his father tighter, his mother softly playing with his hair

M-mama and p-papa left K-Kie alone

Called me filthy and dirty 😞

*looks up at his parents* am I filthy? Are you going to leave me? Please stay *eyes fill with tears*

*pats the boys back* of course you are not filthy Kie, mama and papa will stay with you forever. We made a promise, remember?

*smiles softly and joins the hug* we will never leave you baby, we love you so much

*sniffles* love mama and papa too
They stayed there for a while, letting out tears while they hugged eachother all night until they all fell asleep

Morning mama and papa *whispers with a smile before going downstairs to the kitchen*

*bows* good morning young master. I have prepared your favorite breakfast, I hope it is to your liking

*sits down and eats* yummy 🤤

*giggles* I’m glad you like it young master
Kingsley kept eating, soon hearing footsteps and looking over to the staircase

Mama! Papa! *smiles* Viola made some yummy food! Are you gonna try it too?

*smiled and ruffles his hair* not today Kie, we are going to a meeting for the company

Mama says that butterflies represent peacefulness and purity and we should never kill them or we will be cursed

Mistress is very right *pats his head* these butterflies will protect you when you feel alone or sad. They will always be there to help you if you need them

They go back inside and Viola goes to the kitchen to start cooking lunch for Kingsley

After lunch is done Viola set the dishes in front of Kingsley
