...It was a pretty glorious day in the pretty kingdom of Callidora. It was the day of assigning the prince Edgar Willkinson to be the crown prince by his father the king Valentine Willkinson. Callidora is just as its name a gift of beauty a heaven on earth and everything glorious and spectacular in one place. It was prettier and shinier because of the special day. You can see it in the city, those pearl like lights that decorated the streets, the flowers and roses covering the ground, that dimes that decorated the sky. You will wonder how but it's nothing strange in Callidora as it has wizards and fairies more than normal humans. Normally wizards are underestimated in the kingdom of Callidora but not anymore since the prince married the pretty daughter of one of the wizards tribe and she became the princess of the kingdom "Riona Willkinson". In that pretty day a few elites were able to enter the palace and celebrate with the king himself. One of those elites is Ayden, Ayden Wilcher the son of the noble Edric Wilcher. He was a very clever student that attained many trophies for his amazing achievements in all fields. He was also super handsome, polite and very modest and thoughtful so he was loved by all the people who knew him. Although he was this amazing yet he wasn't that famous so in such a big party with elites he was almost unrecognizable so he just stayed still till someone tabbed his shoulder, "Hey, Are u by anyway Ayden Wilcher?". Ayden replied surprisingly "Yes, I'm. Do u know me?". The man replied "Acutelly no I did some research before coming to the celebration to find someone my age to hang out with cause I'm actually not from here I'm from Efthalia. Oh my bad I almost forgot to introduce myself I'm Earl Rodger the son of the noble Wilbur Rodger from Efthalia. Nice to meet you Ayden! "." Well nice to get to know you Mr. Earl" replied Ayden politely. "Relax u don't have to speak formally we're the same age. You are basically my friend from now on" replied Earl while wrapping his arm around Ayden's neck. Ayden was pretty stiff at the beginning but then he got really well with Earl and instead of sitting alone in the whole celebration they went to explore the palace since it's a chance they will never be able to have again as they thought. While exploring the palace they heard some arguing noise. Earl became really curious and wanted to overhear what was this argument about at first Ayden kept resisting and telling Earl that it was a shameful act but then the voices became too high it became just impossible not to hear that person screaming "You did what father! No that's totally unacceptable! That's not what we agreed to do!That's a total betrayal! How could you!? I mean how dare you?!" and the other person replied "It's not only for you it's for us. If u became the queen, our life will totally change. Do u like how underestimated we are?! Do u like seeing us suffer?!". "No father! I was going to be the queen but in a fair way I wanted us to be safe but not on the expense of other people safety that's totally wrong!"she replied fiercely.then the man told her" It's too late now there's nothing I can do now even ur beloved husband can do nothing so pull yourself together and do as I told u! ". Then there were some noises that made them realize that the guards are coming so both Earl and Ayden ran before someone sees them while walking Earl asked curiously" What betrayal! What Queen! What the heck were they talking about! Do u have any idea? "." I'm not sure. But what I'm sure about is that we shouldn't have heard it. But now that we heard we gotta do something about it. We need to meet the king and warn him! " Ayden replied." Are u insane? Do u think u can meet him? Even if u could, Would he believe us? " Earl replying while facing Ayden and pulling his shoulders together." He has to there's no other way. we gotta hurry up! "Ayden replied with a serious look on his face. Earl followed him and said no more....

While Earl and Ayden were running to the hall to inform the king about what they've heard, one of the palace guards entered the hall while breathing vigorously announcing that the palace was invaded by unknown soldiers and telling the king that he should go somewhere safe. Earl and Ayden arrived to the hall on the middle of the announcement they realized it was too late now. Ayden intended to stay and defend the king he was about to tell Earl about that but he couldn't find him anywhere because one of Earl's fathers men grabbed him when he realized the situation was getting dangerous. Also before Ayden realized his brother Harlan was pulling his hand and running away from the palace. Ayden was overwhelmed with everything happening but he still stopped his brother and told him "The King! We need to protect the King!". Harlan replied "Ayden the king has guards to protect it's getting dangerous we need to go now. We're not strong enough to defend ourselves will we be able to defend the king wake Upppp!". Ayden dissapointedly "Still.......! We have to do something! We can't just run away?!" that's when Harlan realized he can't convince his little brother so he hit him on the back of his neck and made him lose his consciousness put him in the car and headed home. After couple of hours Ayden woke up in his bed, that's when he realized what happened. He headed outside to go back to the palace but this time he found his father standing before him "Where do u think you going Mr. Ayden?". Ayden :to the palace father. The king is in danger. The father replied "it's too late son it's just too late" Ayden replied with a worried face "Why? What happened?". The father replied "the intruders already have the palace in their hands Efthalia and the wizards tribe united to invade Callidora and have control over it. They invaded the palace and forced the king to leave his throne to the crown prince." Ayden replied while being confused" Efthalia? The wizards? How? And why? How long have I been unconscious? It's a total disaster what we should we do? ". The father replied" that's why I'm here son now it's not about "what we should do " it's about" what we can do? "for now don't do anything ridiculous let's wait and see for the meantime ". Ayden replied " sorry father but I can't wait we shouldn't be waiting while losing our beloved kingdom". The father responded dissapointedly "I'm afraid I have no choice u aren't allow to leave the house for the next 6 months or till u get back to ur senses John and Jared make sure he won't go anywhere if it happend don't ask about ur souls". "Yes, Master" replied John and Jared two gaurds of the Wilcher family. While in the palace the princess Riona or now the queen was calming the new king Edgar "Darling don't worry it's gonna be alright you were going to be the king anyways in a few months consider that your father just retired early". "I'm not scared to be the king. I'm scared of why they made me the king. They already invaded the palace they could've just put anyone on the throne but they said they will back off once I become the king. I don't understand. I'm scared of this fact. They're definitely planning to use me for their own good. I don't want to be this kind of a king that helps enemies and hurts his people! " The king Edgar replied. Riona held his face with her hands and said" Edgar you're strong. You're super strong. No one can deny this fact. You can do it. You can protect your country even in these circumstances I'm sure you can. So stop worrying. Also don't forget I will always ALWAYS be by your side no matter what remember that ".

After 6 months of Ayden trying to escape from his house, his father finally decided to let him go. He was totally clueless because he didn't even got to know what happened in the past 6 months. When he got out he was astonished by how everything changed how the beautiful shiny Callidora can be this dark how the cheerful people that filled the streets are now with eyes filled with fear. Whenever he tried to ask anyone about what happened no one replied. And whenever he asked about the king everyone eyes are filled with both anger agony and fear but no response. Even Callidora wasn't always fair but at least everyone was able to live good now you can see people get kicked out of their houses many homeless children with nothing to fill their empty stomachs. The fines are on everything from houses and stores to food and water. Ayden kept wondering how could things change that way it's just 6 months. King Edgar was supposed to be a good king what happened. He headed home desperately hoping his brother Harlan will solve those puzzles that filled his head. He finally arrived. Now he will find an answer to all those questions battling in his head maybe then he can figure out a solution of some sort. When he arrived home he found his father in front of him telling him "I hope those 6 months made u get back to ur senses. Don't do anything stupid or I'll have to lock u up again!". Ayden sighed "I won't father don't worry". His father was quite surprised that he settled that fast but he said nothing and let him go. Ayden headed directly to Harlan's room to cure his curiosity. He knocked the door saying "It's me. Ayden. Would you mind if I took some of your time I have few questions?". "I knew u will have many questions. Come in!". Ayden entered the room and took a seat in front of his brother's desk. "So from where should I start from the really beginning or just from when u got locked in ur room?" Harlan asked. Ayden replied with a serious look on his face "EVERYTHING! I want to know what led things to this horrible state".Harlan sighed and started talking "Well let's start from the celebration day. You were a guest there as long as I remember. In that day the wizards tribe helped some of Efthalia's soliders in the castle and helped many others to disguise in the city. Once the celebration started they started moving too. They got rid of most of the palace guards and replaced them with Efthalian soliders and once they got the sign they invaded the city and the palace at one go and blackmailed the king to make him leave his throne for his son and announce him as the king right away. under this one condition they will leave the castle and order all soliders to back off. the king had no choice but to accept it seemed weird but yet he had no choice ". Ayden to himself " things are starting to connect now so the lady and the man I heard arguing that day were the current queen and her father " then he asked Harlan to go on with the story. Harlan continued" No one knew what happened in the palace, but things seemed normal for a month but it was just the silence before the tornado. Out of no where Efthalian people started living in Callidora it seemed a little bit weird but no one caused a fuss about it since Callidora is a very welcoming country. We already have many people from different nationalities. But then Efthalian people start to get advantages over Callidora's people. And now they're responsible for almost all the vital jobs in the country side by side with some people of the wizards tribe. It gets worse from here, fines and fees are on every single thing. The prices are too high to be affordable even the nobles can barely make it. Unless u are close to the wizards or the Efthalians ur life is hell on earth worrying everyday should I pay the pills or fill my stomach if I don't eat I'll die from hunger if I don't pay the pills they will kill me. The king now became the most hateful creature in the kingdom. Everyone curses him whether in silence or out loud ". Ayden wasn't that surprised because he saw it in people's eyes in the streets earlier that day he saw the suffering the sadness the madness and fear.
