It's 11:00 in the morning when Maggie's mother called her downstairs. She was sleepy and still exhausted from her night shift duty. She is a call center agent from a well-known company in City A. That company is owned by the Auburn's. No wonder she didn't struggle to apply in ATelecom INC. She was backed up by Aubery, his childhood BFF. But anyway, she is suited for that position and has good qualifications to be a call center agent supervisor.

A loud knock was heard in Maggie's room. "Mags, wake up! It's your Dad's birthday! Auburn will come here. I invited them, Aubery said yes! We have to buy ingredients for today's dishes! You have to help me cook! The party will be at 6:00 in the evening" her mom yelled in excitement when she entered the room.

She saw Maggie soundly sleeping in her bed covered with her favorite pink blanket, wrapping her arms and legs in her hotdog pillow "Mom, can you please minimize your voice? It's really annoying!" She replied while rubbing her eyes. "Come on! Wake up! We have a lot of things to do today!" Her mom annoyed her so she will get up in bed. "Hey! Wake up!" Her Mother tickled her ears. "Fine, fine, but can you please give me 20 minutes" she requested. "Okay. Be sure you're ready in 20 minutes. If not, I will tease you again. HAHAHA" her mother went outside Maggie's room.

"My bad, I feel like I am still floating! I am a walking Zombie. Gr, gr, gr!" She immediately stood up and went to the bathroom. She took a bath despite the lack of sleep. She grabbed her toothbrushed and began to brush her teeth. She went to her closet to dress up. She wore a pink t-shirt and leggings. She combed her straight shiny brown hair and applied a sun screen on her face. Then she put a lip balm on her red lips and applied a blush on her cheeks so she won't look pale. She took her sneakers and wore them quickly. She is really pretty with just a simple OOTD.

Then, she went downstairs.

"Mags! You're really pretty today. Your dad is at his company. We are going to surprise him later, okay? Will you take a leave?" Her mother asked her. "Hmmm, fine. It's Dad's birthday anyway. I am going to ask Aubery to leave today" she replied. "Hey, before going to buy some ingredients, please eat your breakfast!" her mother uttered. "I already brushed my teeth, Mom" she replied. "Then brush your teeth again!" Her mother smirked.

Maggie ate a loaf of bread and drunk a cup of fresh milk. "Let's go. I am full" she said and stood up from the chair and carried the plate and cup. She placed them in the kitchen washing area. "Oh? Won't brush your teeth?" Her mother said. "No. I am too lazy to go upstairs to get my toothbrush. Let's go" she grabbed her sling bag and waited for her mother outside the door. She saw her mother walking towards her with two servants on her side.

The car stopped at the front door of their villa. "Mr. Helcurt, please take us to the CityA Supermarket" her mother ordered the butler. "Yes, madame. Take a seat" the butler opened the backseat door of the ferrari. The servants rode in the other car at the back of their madame's car.

Yes! They are rich.

"Please" Mr. Helcurt opened the backseat door. "Thank you. I will call you when we are done" Mrs. lavigne said. "Thank you, Mr. Helcurt!" Maggie added. The butler nodded and drove away the supermarket. "Remember what I've told you" her mother smirked. "Let's go and buy the ingredients! I am so excited" Maggie replied and grasp her Mom's arm.

They've entered the biggest supermarket and started to buy the things needed for her father's birthday party. It's saturday anyway. Plastics are banded every weekends so they brought their eco bags along with them.

"Please hand me over the potatoes, lettuce, cabbage, carots, and this and that...." Her mother asked her servants to get the vegestables for her. "Yes, madame. Here are the vegestables you requested" servant I replied. "Mags, are you going to make a cake? You are good at baking" her mom asked her. "Yes, here. I am getting them all" she then put all the ingredients for baking in the cart. "You must make it delicious" her Mom gave her a strange look. "What is that look you are wearing? It's scary!" She asked. "A look where you Father fell. HAHAHA. SERIOUSLY! Your father fell for me more when I cook him a delicious food. They said, the best way for a man to fall for you is to make him a delicous food and fill his empty stomach with a lots of foods"

Maggie giggled and determined. She seemed really convinced by her Mother. "I will make him fall in love with me with my baking and cooking abilities" she said to herself. They were done buying groceries for his father's birthday. So Mrs. Lavigne called Mr. Helcurt to pick them up.

Finally, Mr. Helcurt arrived to pick them up. He then sent them to the Villa. The servants welcomed them at the entrance of their villa. "Good afternoon, madame and young madame" the servants nodded their head. When they entered the villa, they immediately handed the grocery stuffs to the servants. They brought it to the kitchen station.

They began to cook the dishes for the VIP guests. All were prepared. Nothing has been missed. Maggie started to bake a strawberry, black forest, and chocolate cake. She attended baking and cooking lessons that is why her cooking abilities are beyond average. She also helped the servants to peel the potatoes and other vegetables. She even added some spices to make the dishes more tastier. Her mother was secretly observing her daughter. She will be a perfect wife for Aubery.

"Time flies so fast. My baby girl is a woman now. My heart.. My heart is crying in happiness. I raised her well" her tears lightly fell in her cheeks and she immediately wiped it. "Mom? Are you fine? You can go upstairs and rest for awhile. I will handle it for you" she said to her mother. "Okay, you too" then her mother went upstairs and rest a little bit. "Are you guys fine? What's next?" She continued to help the servants peeling the vegestables.

Soupe á l'oignon, Cassoulet, boeuf bourguignon, flamiche, confit de canard, salade niçoise, beef steak au poivre, téte de veau and coq au vin, these were a french dishes prepared by the Lavigne Family. The strawbery, dark forest, and chocolate cake were placed in the enormous dining table. All were successfuly done.

Her phone rang....

Maggie: Hello?

Aubery: Mags, what's uncle's favorite wine?

Maggie: Hmmm just buy the best one!

Aubery: I will buy them all!

Maggie: Are you kidding me? Don't be drunk and vomit in our villa.

Aubery: HAHAHA

Maggie: You just laugh?!

Aubery: I'm hanging up. Bye. (Who is that?) (A woman's voice has been heard)

Maggie: Who is with you?

Aubery: Ayesha, you know her don't you? I have business meeting with her. See you later!

Maggie felt an unexplainable feeling. Is she jealous? What if her mother is right? That she needs to confess her feelings to Aubery? She was confused.

"I tried not to fall in love with him. But I can't. I like him. I love him. I like him for so many years. And I think, I am ready to confess to him" she thought to her mind.

Maggie dressed up and wore her elegant A-line Scoop Neck Tea Length Lace Dress designed by a famous designed in France. Its fabric was an imported satin. Embellished through beading and embroidery. Her make up was monochromatic, done by the professional makeup artist in City A. She really is a goddess!

It's 6:00 in the evening.

The VIP guests were starting to arrive. The Johnston, Sterling, Auburn, and Tebris family were present. Other guests weren't there yet, they were on their way to the Villa.

"Maggie, your dad said he will be here at 7:30 p.m. We will going to surprise him" her mother delightfully said. "Yes, Mom. His friends are coming! Wait. Look, they were all here!" She joyfully said. "But Aubery isn't here yet" her mother asked. "Hmm.. call me if he's here I will just wait here in my room" she replied. "Alright!" Her mother go downstairs and entertained their guests.

"Mrs. Lavigne!" Natasha, one of the guests called her. "Hi, Mrs. Tebris! I am glad you came with your kids" Mrs. Lavigne smiled. "Yes! Kids? Say Hi to Mrs. Lavigne" Natasha said. "Hello, Mrs. Lavigne! We are glad to see you" the kids pleasantly greeted her. "Mrs. Tebris, you do have such an adorable kids. The boy looks like you while the girl looks like Jack. They are really gifted" she complimented. "Thank you, Mrs. Lavigne" she replied. "Please feel at home. Enjoy" she said.

"Look! Aubery's here" a woman whispered to her friend.

"Yeah! He is really a hottie!" A woman beside her replied.

"Hello, Mr. Auburn!" A woman greeted her.

"Hmmm" Aubery didn't say anything but went directly to Mrs. Lavigne. "Aunt!" Aubery yelled. "You're here. Wait. I will call Maggie. She's inside her room" she said. "Please" Aubery nodded.

Maggie's mother went quickly upstairs to call her out. She have been waiting for Aubery's arrival. "Mags, he is here. Remember what I've told you" her mother excitedly said. "Really? I'm going then" she immediately went downstairs. All the guests were looking at her. Amazed by her young looking beauty. Her dress fitted her well. Aubery stared at her and trying to calm his self. "Maggie's really beautiful. I must court and get her" a man beside Aubery said. He gave him a sharp look that signals the man to back off. The man became scary and kept his distant from Aubery. "Aubery!" Maggie called. "I am glad you are here" she added. "Ofcourse, it's uncle's birthday"

"Madame, young madame, master is here" a servant informed them.

"Everyone, William is here. Let us all welcome him with a birthday song" Mrs. Lavigne said to her guests.

The door opened....
