Chapter 1
BEING YOU is to follow your heart even when you have doubts.
It's to listen to your gut even when others do not believe you can.
It's to be silly and weird even when others don't understand.
Being yourself is meeting yourself in your own skin and saying –
"You know what? This is who I am."
It's about staying true to who you are and following your heart over anything else.
It's about finding peace within your skin and love within your soul.
It's about being kind to yourself and honest about both of your strength and weakness.
Because at the end of the day, if you aren't being yourself then who are you being?'

viLelouch's POV
The night was young, warm and a friend of Andy has visited her place to devour some dishes her grandpa prepared and some delicious cookies.
The girl has been shooing her friend away to go home or she'll have no more cookies for herself anymore.
"Hello Mrs. Lewis," Donna greeted Kate Lewis on the monitor.
It was passed dinner and they're having a video chat in the living room.
"I'm transferring school next semester and just imagine how bitter your daughter took the news," the girl mockingly glanced at Andy who's washing the dishes by the kitchen sink.
"She took it like a girl having a break up," she added.
Andy could hear her mother's laughter through the speaker, so she glared at her friend sharply, "You shut up Donna!"
"You sounded gross!" she shouted.
Donna along with John, Andy's grandfather who's also in the living room , laughed together.
That made Andy to groaned in annoyance, "I'm your blood Grandpa."
She reminded the old man for siding with Donna.
She felt betrayed hearing them. She felt like breaking the plate she's holding.
Kaileen Andy Lewis and Donna Rowan are childhood friends.
Donna is the very first friend Andy made in her first visit to her Grandpa in Green City. That was when she's 12 years old.
Green City is an eight hour drive from Capital City where her parents live.
She was living with her parents in Capital back then. Donna and her can only meet every vacations and holidays but somehow their bond solidified when she had decided to live with her grandpa as she entered University.
The girls attended the same school but took different Major. Now on their third year, still, they're like sticks glued together.
"I'll be in Capital City a week before the semester starts," Donna informed her friend's mother, Kate.
"Do you have a place to stay sweety?" the woman on the monitor asked. Her voice sounded so lovely and caring.
"My brother already got me a decent apartment near Mohr's University," Donna replied assuringly.
By then, Andy slowly and calmly joined in the living room and sat down on the couch beside Donna.
She put her arm over her friend's shoulder and hovered down on the monitor allowing her mother see her beautiful face.
"Then I should also look for one Mom…near Mohr's University."
Grandpa John threw a confused glance at his granddaughter and Donna threw her a questioning look.
It was like— she just dropped a bomb of no warning.
"I'm also transferring," she stated wearing a half baked smile.
Donna threw her another questioning look, piercing look to be precise.
'What do you mean by that?'
"Hey don't you ever think that I'm following you," Andy pecked Donna's forehead.
"Ouch!" Donna quivered while holding her forehead in pain.
"It's more like you're stalking me, you dummy!" Donna exclaimed.
Realizing something, Donna teased her friend, "Don't tell me you can't live without me babygirl?"
Andy chuckled, "Huh, what are you?"
"The AIR I breath?" she said sarcastically.
Donna smack her with a pillow multiple times, "That tongue!"
Andy just laughed while taking her arms up for cover.
"And we are going to live separately. It's not like I'm going to live with you," she said between blows.
Mrs. Lewis sighed, " Enough both of you," she ordered in her motherly tone.
Addressing to her daughter, "Kaileen Andy Lewis, aren't you forgetting your grandpa here?"
Both girls turned their heads to John, only to see a very dry smile.
Andy exhaled deeply, "Since when did I make a rush decision mother?"
Rising from her feet, wearing her sweetest smile, then gave Grandpa John a big fat hug— looking like a puppy snuggling for love.
"I'm going to visit you Grandpa every other weekend," she said childishly and matching pouting lips.
She's pampered by John so she knew where to get her grandpa's side.
John at the meantime, melted from his only granddaughter's embrace, he could only nod and accept.
He's not that old anyway to be worried upon being left by himself.
"I love you sweety," he said while squeezing his granddaughter.
"I love you too grandpa," Andy replied with matching peck on the cheek.
"I love you both," Donna butt in.
That made everyone to laugh as well as Kate.
Chapter 2
viLelouch's POV
Day of Departure
Andy woke up but felt not getting up in bed as the day was her scheduled trip going back to Capital City.
Her body felt heavy along with her emotions. She felt bad leaving her grandpa alone. She thought, maybe she made a rush decision.
She surveyed her room for three years one last time before finally getting out, pulling her luggage on her side.
"Be safe Sweetheart," John hugged his granddaughter longingly, " visit me oftentimes."
"I sure will Granpa," Andy returned the hug.
The sun was up when Mr. Rowan, Donna's father, arrived to fetch her for their departure to Capital City along with his daughter.
Every step Andy had taken from the main door to the car waiting outside felt heavier than the first.
She has been living with John for three years. The love, the warmth he gave her could not be measured by any means.
As she took a few more steps away, her chest was tightening and tightening every second.
Stopping at a distance and turning her back to face her grandpa standing, smiling, waving by the front door broke her bottled emotions.
Tears fell and ran on her cheek, she cried without making a sound and without John seeing it; she's that far enough.
She then made her steps to the car waiting and got in after taking one last glance in the entire neighborhood.
She felt nostalgic.
"You sure are reckless Andy," glancing on the mirror to the backseat , Mr. Rowan stated after some time.
They're on their ride to Capital City. Both girls sat in the back.
Andy smiled dryly "I sure am, Mr. Rowan."
Donna's father could sense how lifeless the girl answered him.
"Even so, do take care of my daughter. Give us a call if anything unusual happens."
"Will do," she answered timidly as though words are scarce commodity.
Donna's eyes rolled, "It's more like the opposite Dad. So troublesome."
Andy felt the need to argue but refrain herself. She doesn't have the energy to bicker with her friend for now.
Leaning her head on the window, glancing at people, trees and buildings they'd passed by but not really looking at any of them, her thoughts wander.
'Yeah, I'm reckless.'
Being the pampered daughter of her parents, the most loved sister of her renowned brother; the most successful individuals in the business and construction industry in Capital City, there is no reason for her not to be.
Her family, owning and running 'vL Properties', the most leading Real Estate Developer company in Capital City.
Not to mention owning 'vL Builders', a leading contracting company in the construction industry being her father, Andry Lewis, an Engineer, the CEO.
Along with her mother, an accountant and big brother, Kevin Lewis in business, what could go wrong?
Currently, 'vL Properties' stands at the peak, offering the best deals of luxury apartments, hotels and villas in the entire Capital City.
So what would make Andy here?
An heir?
Yes, but she never treated herself as one.
She never wanted such abundance nor that so called FAME everyone is striving to pursue but what can she do?
She was born and raised having it.
She did not chose to be born this rich and there is really nothing she could do when all she wanted is to live like what average citizens do;
… not being treated special,
…not being regarded highly,
… not being befriended because of status,
…not being approached cautiously to avoid offending,
…not being surrounded by those fake people; that is what she longs for.
That's why, she'd decided to live with John in Green City, where her Grandpa chose to live as a humble Dentist in town and not flaunting the riches that he has— and to be able to meet a friend she could talk transparently without regard is another bonus at that.
She crooked a smile glancing at her side, the sleeping log, Donna.
Chapter 3
viLelouch's POV
"Where should I drop you Andy?" Mr. Rowan asked as they entered Capital City.
Andy lazily looked outside the window. The sun has set, it was already dark. Tilting her head a little, only to see the night sky aglow with the bright city lights.
She groaned, "I'm going to sleep over at Donna's Mr. Rowan."
Without regard, Donna smacked her with her traveling pillow.
"There is no room for you. Dad is going to stay for the night," the girl declined.
Mr. Rowan smiled guiltily reflected on the mirror enough for Andy to see.
"Can't I scoot in?" she insisted.
"No, just go home you idiot," Donna declined again grumpily.
Andy shrugged, " Nah, no one's home anyway."
"They're out of the country for some meetings," she pouted.
"Then sleep somewhere- ," Donna paused as she realize something.
"Look," pointing her finger to those bright and luxurious hotels outside.
"You own almost all these hotels, go pick one and get lost."
Andy's gaze followed where Donna's finger is pointing and passively read those huge prints hanging at the top of those structures.
'vL'
She sighed, "Then please drop me off at Sheldon Mr. Rowan."
Feeling defeated, she rolled her eyes at Donna before getting off the car infront of Sheldon. Her friend just laughed at her circumstance.
Feeling pissed, "May insomnia befall you," she solemnly uttered, then ran for her dear life while mockingly laugh at Donna who was cursing her inside the car.
"Thanks for the ride Mr. Rowan," she shouted out for the man to hear.
"What thanks? You better pay a fair fare, you dummy!" Donna shouted back between cursing.
She can see how annoyed her friend was from that distance.
Andy waved her hand for goodbye and finally retreated inside the hotel.

The Next Day
"No more questions and just cancel all my meetings for the day," Kate Lewis commanded.
She's on the phone talking to her secretary as soon as she got off the plane.
Dialing for another call, "Be sure to be home before the sun sets and do tell Kevin the same, got it?"
"I'm hanging up," without allowing Andry Lewis, her husband to respond, she ended the call.
Kate Lewis, after finding out her daughter being home, came rushing back to the country not minding the remaining agendas of her trip.
Eager to reach home, she briskly walked the remaining distance to her car turning the heads of the majority to look her way.
Yeah, she is devastatingly beautiful and looking so damn young for her age. She could be anywhere between thirty to forty years old.
Andry Lewis on the other side, contacted his eldest son Kevin as he was told.
Flying at forty thousand feet with six hours to wait for landing felt eternity for him. Knowing that his daughter is home for good, he's so impatient to finally go see her.
