I have wondering for a while now. What makes me different from my relatives? Why do they call me a doll?

I'm not stupid to not know the definition of a doll, however, I have no clue why they call me that.

I know something is way off. I can feel it, but I just can't figure it out, I can't point it out, I don't understand it.

I keep asking them why, why, and why. But no one gives me a direct answer. It's either they will tell me that I look like a doll, or just ignore me completely, pretending that I don't even exist.

But now that I have turn into a teenager, I finally came to the realization. I finally came to understand what does that "Doll" mean, the most unanswered question in my life.

They call me a doll because I cannot feel emotions, likes dolls

I knew something was wrong, but why? Why didn't they told me sooner? If they have told me this...I could've prevented that...That incident...

Did they intended not to tell me because they wanted to ruin my life? Yes...That must be the reason. Hah

Now that I have think about it, memories come flashing back to me... Back when I was so young and innocent

*7 Year Old Minatozaki Alice*

*Alice POV*

As I play with my dolls, I heard someone opened the door. I was surprised to see mother came to my room. She never came to me because she hates me.

"Mom...Did you came here to play with me?" I said with a squeaking gentle voice

"Yes..." She responded with a cold voice

Although she responded like that, I kind of feel relieved. Mom is finally playing with me!

I picked my favorite doll and handed them over to mom. She took it and smiled at me.

"What about we play other game? I know a game you might like" She told me

Mother never ever had acted this way before, so I thought this might be an opportunity. If I agree, I won't be a loner anymore. I will have someone to talk to me at least. So I accepted it

"What kind of game mom?..."

"Oh, you're interested? That's my girl!" She replied with amusement

My happiness is overwhelming when she called me 'My girl'. I immediately ran towards her and ask, what's the rule of the game

"Don't worry dear, the rule is simple...Just close your eyes, and never open them until I say so...Okay?"

"Are we playing hide-in-seek? I love that game! Okay, I will now close my eyes" I replied

As I close my eyes, I feel like something bad is going to happen, but, I ignored it. This is an opportunity that must go well. If I mess up, mom won't ever talk to me...Ever again

I heard something sharp, I was petrified by it. But I didn't open my eyes. I can feel that the sharp thing is coming closer to me, but I still didn't open my eyes

And then-

"What the hell are you doing?!" Shouted by my father

Dumbfounded by the scream, I immediately opened my eyes and saw something horrifying

Mom wasn't trying to play with me. She was trying to murder me!

My knees weakens and I eventually fell to my knees

"You lunatic! Don't you realize that you're trying to murder your own blood!?"

"That thing isn't my daugther! She's a demon! She must be vanish!"

As she continue to say those hurtful words, I couldn't help myself but to wonder. What did I do wrong? No, more like, what is wrong with me?

When I saw her scolding big brother Sean, brother was so petrified that he started crying. I remembered what Sean told me that day..."Mom's word are just way too much for me to handle. It was so offensive so I got hurt and started crying, hehe"

But... I didn't feel hurt at all

I looked at mom and she immediately tried to stab me again. Luckily, father and butler was there...

"Bring her outside!"

"Yes sir"

I only observe them taking her away as she screams like a lunatic. It was a confusing event...

Father immediately examined me if I got hurt and apologize. He then left me alone, standing in the middle, with no one.

It was confusing, I need answers! Answers! Answers!

I was so determine to think of an idea or a possibility that might be linked on why mother showed such a disturbing behavior today that I didn't even sleep

I sat on the floor, covering my ears with my hands, and forcing my eyes to close.

"I don't understand it"

*10am*

Mother's scream was louder than last night. Everyone in the house is too petrified to feed her. And father, eventually made the hardest decision in his life. To bring mother to the mental hospital

The personnels from the hospital immediately came and took mother away. As she was being drag outside she screams "You will regret it! That child! That child is not normal!"

I only listen with grief, wondering why did this ever happen. After that, I decided to go back to my room and lean at the sofa

As I slumber to the sofa, I heard a bang in the door. I got up and saw Sean

Sean was the only person in this family who at least showed feelings towards me. So I got a bit astonished

"Is brother going to play with me?" I asked

"Play with you? After all of this you're just going to ask me if I'm going to play with you?"

"What?"

"Hah...You've set this up didn't you? You set up mom so dad could get rid of her!"

"No-I didn't...I-

"You did! You monster!"

My eyes winded when I heard the word 'Monster' coming out from Sean's mouth...He have never called me that, not even once...

"M-monster?"

"Yes, I don't play with monsters like you"

He strenuously shut the door that he never did before

I couldn't do anything but watch in confusion. Wondering what just happened

*The next day*

As we silently eat in the dining table, the butler interfere with such a unpleasant news.

"Miss Minatozaki Fiona had committed suicide"

I did not even noticed that I dropped my untincils.

Big brother Sean breathlessly grabbed me and tried to harm me. However, big brother Lorenzo was there to prevent it from happening

"Calm down Sean"

"It's her fault! Mom died because of Alice! She's the root of all this misfortune that we are receiving!"

I couldn't understand what he was saying. What part of me did I made her do such a thing? I didn't do anything! Why are they condemning?

"I see..." said father

Later that day, I, Minatozaki Alice, was vanish from the House Minatozaki
