Your whole clan was killed by Orochimaru.
Your 15 (I'm ageing everyone up to 15).
You look like how you look/want to look.
You have all chakra natures (I'll explain how later)
Your bad with emotions (You read books about them to learn how to feel them again).
Instead of Kushina having the 9 tail you do.
I'll do a back story later on.

About your clan:
The kekia genkia your clan possesses is very powerful and that's why Orochimaru wanted you.
It's an eye kekia genkia.
With this you basically can bend the universe to your will... what I mean by that is if you want something to happen you can change the time line to that and gain any power you want.
You can't control it so you almost never use it
(You only used it 2 time before and it drained all your chakra).

The reason you have every chakra nature is because that's another thing your kekia genkia can do, it can also make it possible for you to use any jitsu you see.

Ok, so before I start the first real episode of the story I need to tell you a few more things.

It's modern time but no cars or anything because that's boring. Like what would I say, 'We drove to the middle of no where, ran a few people over and drove back'? No. So just technology and stuff.

You have a curse mark, it like Sasuke's but more powerful and you have less control over it.

You currently live in one of Orochimaru's hide outs with 2 other of his test subjects.

*I woke up on the cold stone bed I have slept in for many years before this day*
*Today was different though, it is the day I am going to escape this hell hole*
*With Kai and Milly of course*
*It was also different because it was that time of the year*
"Orochimaru calls it seal day, we call it hell day*
*The seals on my emotions, so I'll fight with no empathy, gets tightened. My nine tail seal gets tightened so it doesn't escape. Kai's weird fire power's seal gets tightened. If your wondering he can turn his body into green fire. Milly's gravity seal as well. She can float. And last, and definitely the worst one, all of our stability seal gets tightened*
*Let me explain our stability seal. One time Orochimaru put a drug in us that can make you 10x stronger. When it failed, because our bodies weren't up to it yet, out organs began to get 10x weaker. Thai happened because it was basically toxic waste filled with a sh;t load of radiation*
*What I'm saying is he melted our insides and this stabilizes us*
*Anyway we got dressed in our normal scrubs*
*We went down the hall to the stairs and went down to the sealing room*
*2 hours past, all the Sealings have been done except for my emotions*
*This is when we were to escape because Orochimaru went to get the special tools*
*I quickly grabbed Kai's and Milly's hand, rushed up stairs and to the door. I picked the lock to get out*
*We got blinded by sunlight but kept going. We were soon met by a raging river. Kai cared Milly across which slowed him down a little*
*A little, but still to much. He and Milly were grabbed by guards and dragged out of water*
*I had to get them. I had to. But they screamed at me to keep going*
*I did what they said and kept going*
*3 days later I was wobbling along a dirt path in the middle of a forest*
*I had no shoes left, blistered and burnt feet from the hot, rough ground*
*About to drop dead any moment due to lack of water. Weak from no sleep and running so far. Burning up in the heat. And scratches all over from rouge ninja, bandits, animals, and branches*
*I was about to collapse when I say an opening in the forest, along with a sign that resembled a leaf and a person with bright, yellow hair*
*Good or bad I didn't care, I ran as fast as I could which was as fast as a jog to the person*
*Unfortunately, he was outside the forest. Which included the shade. The second the sun hit me again I began to pass out*
*Before I hit the hard ground I felt soft hands catch me, only seeing the same bright yellow hair as I fully pass out*

Not to mention half of the blood on her... well, it wasn't hers.

When she wakes up we'll have to be cautious.
*This startles them for some reason*

*I say this as I start to get up*

Hey, hey, hey! Stay laying down, your terribly injured!
*Lies. My feet felt like they were about to catch fire, my head as if it was about to explode, and everything else felt like complete sh;t*

Yes, you are. If it feels like your injured or not, stay laying down. We have no clue who you are and you have no where else to go.
*I see the white haired boy get out a kunai when I don't move the nget back down*
*I lay back down knowing I would die if I tried to leave here*
