Crystal's POV:

"You did a great job", said Sean, my elder brother.

"Thanks bro", I said with a smirk. "Now let's home or else mom will kill us."

It was already 11 pm at night and I and my brother are out doing some important work that includes cleaning some criminals.

Hello, I'm Crystal Jones, the daughter of the most feared man in the world and the heiress of Empire Group and Jones family, the richest family in the world. We have business is almost every sector whether it is IT, engineering, investment, etc. I'm 22 year old. Sean is elder than me by 8 years.

"You brats. What were you two doing?", mom shouted as soon as we entered. "Mom, we were having fun", I said casually winking towards bro.

"Having fun? Is shooting and fighting fun for you. Sean, I told you not to involve your sister in all that. Your dad too doesn't understand me", mom said slapping on her forehead.

"Mom, chill. Nothing will happen to me. They have trained me very well", I said with confidence. That's true. I've been trained since I was four. I can use every gun present out there and have been taught about them.

"But you're still young. You'll be hurt", mom said. "Mom, these guys always protect me. So no worries", I said looking at the people of our gang and bodyguards. She sighed.

"I can't do anything with you", mom said. I giggled. I went upstairs to my room and took a shower. I climbed to my bed and slept off.

In the morning, I got up and went for training. I did my training for two hours and then came back to my room and got ready for the day. I went downstairs to the dining.

"Good morning, everyone", I greeted. "Morning, princess", dad said with a smile. "Morning, baby sister", Sean said. I hugged dad and sat on my chair.

"So you really wanna join the company?", dad asked me. I nodded in excitement. "Of course, Chairman", I teased. He chuckled and shaked his head.

"Okay, then. Now I can't do anything as you're so determined to join which means you won't let anyone to stop you", dad said. I was really excited to go to the company. I got into the car with Sean and we both headed to Empire Group.

I heard people talking about me. They all know me as an arrogant girl. Well, I don't damn care about those people. "Crystie, she'll be your assistant Wendy", Sean said. I nodded. 

"Wendy, take care of her. I've some work so I'll take my leave", Sean said and left. I sat on my chair in my cabin. "Ma'am, what can I do for you?", Wendy asked. I thought for a while then said, "Get me a list of all the lazy employees." She nodded and left.

Wendy came after about half an hour with a file in her hand. "Ma'am these are some people who are way too lazy and bully others to have their work done", she said. I nodded and looked at the list. There were about 20 people and most of them were women.

"Let's go teach them some lesson", I said with a smirk and got up from my chair. We went to different departments where these people were and I taught some lesson to them. Now we were heading to the last department which was tech department.

"Hello, Mr Leo. I heard that team A of yours is the best in technological department. Is that true?", I asked. I heard that this man has been bullying people around and he was given two warnings earlier by my dad.

"Y-Yes, Ma'am", he shuttered. Good, that he's afraid. "Great. Then I want a report on a new game. It should be about adventure", I said. He nodded immediately.

"I want it till this afternoon and it should be made by you", I said before leaving. I was leaving when I saw someone. A really handsome guy. He looked like some prince. His beautiful silky hairs looked so good while he was working seriously. A small smile appeared on my face as I looked at him. I want this man.

"Wendy, get me the file of that employee", I said to Wendy and we both left. I was sitting in my office but was thinking about him. He was so good looking. I can't help but think about him. Someone knocked on the door.

"Come in", I said composing myself for the person. It was Wendy. "Ma'am here's the file", she said and gave me the file of the handsome man.

"Alex Miller, 28 year old. Works in the tech department team D and has always been appreciated for his hard work. Work experience: 4 years", I smiled. "Impressive, baby", I muttered under my breath.

"Isn't he promoted?", I asked to Wendy. "No, ma'am. Not yet", she said. "Why?", I slammed the file on the table startling Wendy.

"Promote him now and announce him as the director or team D", I ordered. "But, ma'am. Your dad and brother....", I didn't let her finish her sentence and glared at her.

"Are you saying that you won't follow my orders? What do you think they will do if I promote him? Are you going to do it or not?", I asked. She nodded immediately and ran away. I smirked as I looked at the file. You're gonna be mine, baby.

"Ma'am, I've let the department know about the promotion", Wendy informed and I nodded. I went to look at the situation in the team D now. What I found there made me angry. People were envious about his promotion.

"What great thing did you do that got you promoted?", a man asked. "I heard she's heartless lady", someone said. "I think something bad happened to her in the past", another lady said.

"Seems like you're really interested in my private life, huh?", I asked with a raised brow. "Miss... M....", the people couldn't form a sentence.

"What happened? Did cat got your tongue? You doubting him means that you're doubting me because I was the one to promote him", I announced and everyone gaped at me. Everyone was shocked.

"Congratulations, Mr Miller. I hope you work harder", I said with a genuine smile. "Thank you, ma'am", he said and bowed. I don't want him to do that. I want him to be free around me.

"I like hard working people. Keep it up", I complimented and everyone was shocked to hear that coming from me as earlier whenever I used to come to the company, I always insulted others even when I was a little girl.

"Thank you", he said respectfully. I smiled. I'll do anything to keep you happy, baby.

In the evening, I got home and took shower. I wore shorts and a tee. I put my shoes on and went downstairs. "Mom, I'm going out for a while", I informed mom and left.

I was walking on the road. There were two bodyguards accompanying me as my family won't allow me to go out alone that too at night. It's not that my family believes in old traditions or something but as any can attack at night anytime.

I wanted to drink something so I went to Starbucks nearby and bought myself a cold coffee. I walk walking when I saw Alex coming out of a departmental store. I went to him.

"Hey", I said with a smile. "Oh! Hello, ma'am", he said. I hate it when he calls me ma'am as I want him to call me by my name or baby or something like that.

"Came to buy grocery?", I asked him. He nodded. "Thank you for promoting me, ma'am", he said. "You don't need to be grateful. You deserve it for your hard work", I said with a smile. He smiled back.

"Let me treat you to dinner", he said. "Huh?", I was shocked to hear that. "I'm sorry if I offended you. I was just happy that you promoted me and....", I cut him off. "I'll surely join you to dinner", I said with excitement.

"Then, let's go", he said. I nodded and started to follow me. "Miss, you can't go with anyone like that. It's not safe", my bodyguard whispered into my ear. "Do you wanna work at our home or not?", I asked and that was enough to make them quiet.

We were walking when I got a call. "There's are some people from Riot Starters on the street where you are. Return home now", brother said on the call and hung up.

Riot Starters is the gang who likes to cause trouble for everyone just like their name. They are one of our rivals, not I can't say that as it would be an insult to our Blood Empire. Their leader is really stupid as the intelligent guy would never try to mess with the strongest gang not only in the whole continent but world.

"I've to leave as I've some work. I'm sorry. I promise to come next time", I said to him who gave a small nod and smile. I told my bodyguards to be alert and walked to my home. Suddenly there was sound of gunshots.

Crystal's POV:

I was walking back home when I heard gunshots and by that I knew that those idiots are here. I looked at my bodyguards who gave a nod that they were ready. Those guys just can't stay quiet and let others live quietly.

I took my gun out and shot one guy but there were still some men. I shot three men but the bullets got over and I didn't have extra bullets with me. Shit!

I hide behind the wall. My bodyguards were fighting those people. I got out and saw two men coming towards me. One man tried to kick me but I easily dodged it. I slide down and kicked one of the man as he was about to hold me. Suddenly I heard sound of gunfire.

"Ouch!", I said as the bullet went through my left arm. "You son of a bitch", I yelled as I kicked the man who shot me. I punched him continuously until he was on the ground. I took his gun and stood up pointing at him.

"Did you forget who I am? Don't you know that I don't spare anyone who crosses my path?", I asked pointing the gun at him while my foot on his stomach as I pressed hard where he was injured.

"Princess, I beg your forgiveness. Please spare me", he begged. "You would have thought this before attacking me. Don't you know I don't think twice before killing anyone? Or you just wanted to try me?", I asked with a smirk but in a serious tone.

"I know I've made mistake. Please kill me", he said when I was about to pull the trigger but I withdrawn. "Since you're ready to die. It's not fun", I said with a pout as i gestured my bodyguards. "Take him to the basement. I'll deal with him in a while", I ordered. They bowed and took him as he was continuously pleading me to spare him but I just acted as if I can't hear him. He should have thought before he attacked me foolishly.

I reached home and saw bro, mom and dad outside. "Are you okay?", dad came and asked. "All good", I said with a wide smile but he noticed my bleeding arm. "I'll not spare anyone of them", dad roared.

"Come on, dad. You think I'd have spared them?", I asked and he smiled with a nod. "I told you not to fight but you don't listen to me", mom scolded as she came towards me.

"Don't you get hurt?", mom asked while bandaging my wound. "Mom, I've been shot earlier too. Why do you get so emotional whenever we get hurt?", I asked her. "Because I don't want you people to be hurt at all", she said wrapping the bandage around my arm and tied it firmly.

"Thank god, they didn't hurt you much", dad said in a relieved tone. "How can they hurt the princess of Blood Empire? They are fools to attack us", I said with a smirk. "What do you want to do with that man? I'll deal with him and let him know what it's like to hurt the princess of the underworld", Sean asked.

"Bro, don't worry. I'll handle him alone. I didn't have fun from a few days. I'll keep him for my entertainment", I said to which he chuckled along with mom and dad but they all nodded.

"I'll go to my room now", I said and went to my room. I took a great bath and came out in my pyjama. I was too tired to think about anything so I just slept. I'll deal with that bastard tomorrow.

In the morning, I went downstairs and greeted everyone. I was about to take a bit of my omelet when dad said, "Where's your ring?" I looked at my hand and forgot that I took it last night as it was stained with blood.

"I kept it in my vanity. Can you please get my ring?", I asked one of the maid. "Don't remove it often. What if you lose it?", mom said to me. I nodded. It's an emerald ring surrounded with diamonds. My parents as well as my brother has this ring. My dad's ring is the most important one as he's the leader and king of underworld and his ring has a big emerald ring followed by my mom's ring as she's his wife as she's his wife and the queen. The ring had the letters B & E written inside the emerald. Not all the family members have the rings only those who are involved important one's are having it.

"Thanks", I said as the maid handed me my ring. I wore it in my left hand.

I went office with bro as dad had some other work. I just wanted to see my baby right now. Last night I didn't get the chance to eat with him. I miss him already.

"Jacob, where are you?", I said on call. Jacob is my personal assistant. I can't drag Wendy in any of my personal cases much and I don't even trust her so much yet. Jacob had been with me since I was 10. He's 3 years older than me. He's not only my assistant but a good friend too. He's one of the member of Blood Empire.

"I'm with uncle as he wanted me to accompany him. Why?", he said. "Okay, meet me after that in my office", I said to him. He agreed. "By the way, where did you and dad go?", I asked him as dad didn't tell me where he was going.

"It's about yesterday's attack. He's angry because you were hurt", he said. "Okay. Meet me as soon as you finish that work", I said and hung up. I called Wendy in my office and asked her to call Alex.

There was a knock after sometimes. "Come in", I said and entered my handsome baby. "Good morning, ma'am", he said respectfully. "Good morning, ba.... Mr Miller", I said and gestured him to sit. I was just on the edge to call him baby. Damn!

"Why did you call me?", he asked innocently. Aww, my baby is so cute. Now I want him more. I cleared all the thoughts and focused. "There's a new project and I want you to make a report on that", I said to him. I wanna see his capabilities. "Okay, ma'am", he said.

"You can take as much time as you want", I said with a smile. He nodded and went out. I was disappointed as went too quickly. "Send Leo in my office now", I ordered to Wendy on the intercom.

After a while, Leo entered with a file. He looked tired and had dark circles under his eyes. He got himself into this. This is his fault to bully my baby. I've been rejecting his reports since yesterday and he prepared three reports already.

"Ma'am, here's the report", he said and gave me the reports. I acted to read and said, "Its not upto my expectation. Prepare again." His eyes widened as he said, "Ma'am I'm sorry. I swear I'll never bully anyone. Please forgive me. You can even fire me but please forgive me. I've not slept for the whole night." I wanted to laugh but I controlled.

"I won't fire you that easily and I won't let you resign either. You're to be demoted to the junior position in group A", I said and asked him to leave.

I was working when someone knocked. I looked up to see Jacob. I smiled as he entered. "What happened? Why did you call me so urgently?", he asked as he sat on the chair in front of me.

"I want you to protect someone", I said to him. "Whom?", he asked. I smirked and said, "Alex Miller, my employee." He smirked and asked, "Why does the ruthless princess wants to protect her employee? This is the first time I'm seeing you care for someone except for your family."

"Do as I say. He's going to be your brother in law in the future", I said sternly and blushed slightly. What? I blushed? This is new!! "Woah! The mafia princess is blushing", he said teasingly. I glared at him but that didn't stop him from laughing at me. Only he can dare to laugh at me. If it was someone else I'd have killed him then and there.

"Stop laughing. Don't tell this to anyone. Especially my dad and bro. They'll overdo it", I said and he nodded. "I want you to arrange a few bodyguards and protect him. If anything happens to him, I'll destroy everyone", I said in a serious tone. He nodded and got up.

It was 4 pm and I was bored as I had no meeting or work anymore so I decided to go and have some fun with my new toy, the man I caught yesterday. I asked my driver to drive me to there.

I went inside the underground dungeon where we keep the people we catch. I walked to the third cell in the left to find that man chained. "Who let him sleep? Do you all wanna die?", I yelled and the bodyguards went and slapped him.

I sat on the armchair kept for me to sit. "Break his fingers so that he won't be able to the gun again", I ordered and the fingers were broken. He groaned in pain and begged, "I beg your forgiveness, princess. It was my biggest mistake to attack you."

"Aww. What's the point of regretting now?", I said with a smirk and gestured the guards to break his legs. "You dare to attack Blood Empire. I think you're tired of living. And your stupid of the boss is gonna be here in a while to accompany you soon and I'll personally kill him. How dare you attack in our area? Seems like the Riot Starters are tired of living. Enjoy yourself", I said getting up from the chair.

"Don't let him sleep or else.... Do I need to remind you all?", I asked in a cold tone and everyone nodded in no and bowed to me. Whoever dares to kill innocents not only in our area but anywhere I see has to die. That's my own rule.

I was passing by when I saw a little boy being bullied by some older boys. I asked my driver to stop. He came down and opened the door for me. I went to take a look at what's happening. My bodyguards followed me.

"What's happening here?", I asked in my usual cold tone. "Get away from our matter", a teen boy said. He's ordering me? "Hey you. Look here. I'm not here to take your fucking orders. Mind your language while talking to elders", I said. They turned to see me.

"A girl is here to stop us", he said. There were about four boys. "Why? Can't I stop you all?", i asked with raised brow. "Girls are weak", he said with a smirk. "You think too highly of yourself. You know when I was of your age I was fighting with my enemies", I said.

"Then come fight with me", he challenged. "Sorry, kiddo. I don't beat kids and especially mindless kids", I teased with a smirk. "I was controlling my anger because you're a girl but seems like I need to teach you", he said and tried to punch me but I gripped his fist and turned him around.

"Don't think that all girls are weak", I said and pushed him. "She must be rich. Look there are so many bodyguards behind her", one of them said. Suddenly, one of the guy gasped loudly. "What happened?", the boy who was speaking too much asked.

"Look, they are having the batch of Blood Empire. She's must be the member of Blood Empire. Don't mess up with her", the boy who gasped said. All four of them looked at me and asked, "Are you the heiress the Empire Groups?"

"What if I am?", I asked back. "Oh shit. Let's run away. I heard that the heiress of Empire Groups is really heartless", one of them said and ran away. The three of them ran away but that boy still standing there.

"What?", I asked. "You're really beautiful", he said and ran away. What?! This guy was blushing. Damn!

Crystal's POV:

As the guys ran away, I looked in front to find a terrified little boy. He was sitting down as he sobbed silently. I went to him and squatted down. "Its okay. They are gone. Don't be afraid", I said as I caressed his hairs.

All of a sudden he hugged me making me imbalanced but I managed. I hugged him and consoled him. He stopped crying and looked at me. He was really cute. "Pretty lady, you're really nice. Thank you for saving me", he said politely.

I smiled and said, "You don't need to be grateful to me. I hate people who bully others." He smiled and nodded. "What are you doing here? Where are your parents?", I asked him.

"I came to buy something but they bullied me and took my pocket money", he said with a sad look. "It's okay. Let's go I'll treat you as you're a good boy", I said getting up.

"Really? Thank you", he said with a smile but then it faded. "What's wrong?", I asked. "Daddy says never to take anything for free", he said looking down. "You're not taking it for free. You were a good boy and I'm hungry too so you'll be accompanying me", I said acting as if I'm really hungry. He cheered up.

"Come. Let's go. We'll go to the McDonalds. What's say?", I asked and he nodded. "Oh, by the way I forgot to ask your name", I said to him. "My name is Alen and what's your name pretty lady?", he asked sweetly.

"Crystal but my loved ones call me Crystie", I replied with a smile. "Wow. You've a pretty name too", he said and I chuckled. "Now, let's go", I said and we walked to my car.

"You're rich", he said as he sat beside me. "Hmm", I replied. "Why do you have so many bodyguards, pretty lady?", he asked me. "Umm.... actually having money is a problem as people might try to kill me for my money so I've people to protect me", I replied to him.

We reached McDonalds and I asked my bodyguards to get us our food. "Eat it", I said as the food arrived. He started eating and I ate too. After we had our burgers, I told him that I'd drop him home.

"What does your parents do?", I asked. He suddenly looked upset. "I don't have a mommy. She abandoned me and daddy for money because daddy was poor", he said looking at his foot. I felt guilty for asking this question.

"Why don't you come to my place to play with me?", I asked him in order to change the topic. "Really? I can come?", he asked happily and I nodded. "Now?", he asked.

"Not now. Your daddy will worry about you. What about tomorrow? I'll pick you up after your school. You inform your daddy in advance", I said and he nodded vigorously. "Young miss, we are here", the driver informed.

"Tell me your school name", I said. "Little Blossoms kindergarten", he said. The driver came to my side and opened the door for us. I got down followed by Alen. "I'll pick you tomorrow at 2 pm after your school. Wait for me outside", I said to him. He nodded.

He gestured me to come down and kissed on my cheek. "Thank you, pretty lady", he said with a smile that made me smile. "Bye, pretty lady", he waved at me as he ran to the building. I waved at him happy.

Suddenly he stopped and came running to me. "Pretty lady, give me your number. I'll call you and inform you if my daddy allows me", he said. I nodded. "Oops, I don't have a card with me now", I said with an apologetic smile.

I looked at the bodyguard to my right and said, "Do you have a paper and a pen?" He nodded in no. "Anyone else has?", I asked. Everyone nodded. "Useless people. I'll skin you alive", I scold. They all looked down in fear and said in unison, "We are sorry, princess."

"You are a princess?", Alen asked. What should I say now? That I'm the Mafia Princess? "Actually, I'm the youngest daughter of the rich family so they call me princess or young miss", I tried to convince and hopefully he nodded.

"What is the meaning of to skin alive?", he asked innocently. Now what should I answer about this one? Damn you Crystal! The little boy is asking you what is the meaning of skinning alive. I want to dig a hole and bury inside it.

"Actually it means that I was going to punish them by pinching their skin", I said awkwardly but fortunately he was convinced by the answer. My bodyguards laughed but immediately stopped when I glared at them.

"Get a paper and a pen, right now", I ordered and two of them went to get it. After a few seconds they came with a pen and a paper. "Here", I said giving him the paper where I wrote my mobile number.

He happily ran to his the building. "Young miss, please forgive us. Don't skin us alive", they begged me. "It's okay. I forgive you", I said with a smile and everyone was shocked because it's really rare for me to forgive a mistake.

"Young miss, master asked you to go to the basement now", one of the bodyguard informed. I nodded and got inside the car once I saw Alen disappearing inside the building.

The driver drove me to there. I walked inside to see my dad and brother standing inside the second cell towards the left. "Dad!", I said and hugged him. "Baby, look what I got", dad said and I turned to see Len, leader of Riot Starters.

"Baby sister, he intended to kill you and then dad. What do you wanna do to him?", Sean asked. Len was chained and looked scared as Sean said that. "You shouldn't be scared now. You got this on yourself", I said with a smirk.

"King, please forgive me. Just kill me, but please don't hand me to princess", he begged. I glared hard and said, "You would have thought about this before you planned everything."

"Princess, forgive me. I'll not do this again", he pleaded. I raised my brow and said, "Oh really? You said the same thing last time too." Last time he almost killed me but fortunately I was saved. That time I spared him so that he would change but no. He won't change until I torture him. Even though he knows that I'm known for my over kindness he dared to do that? [Note the sarcasm]

"Please forgive me, princess. I beg you", he said with teary eyes. "Rip his nails off of his fingers. Both hands and legs", I said and our men immediately ripped his nails off and he was bleeding and groaning in pain.

"You dare to try to kill me", I said and punched on his ribs and I felt good when I heard his bones break. I smirked. I wiped my hands with tissue.

"Say you are sorry for what you did", I ordered and he said. Dad, Sean and others were watching me. "Don't let him close his eyes or fall asleep and break his legs tomorrow then hands on the following day. Don't let him die so easily. Then wait for my order until then he shouldn't sleep or you'll sleep for ever", I said in a cold tone.

"Please forgive me", he begged. "No. You wanted to kill my dad and me", I said with anger and turned away.

"Dad, bro let's go home", I said and walked out. We went home and I quickly went to my room and cleaned myself. I wore a pair of shorts and hoodie.

I came downstairs and hopped on the sofa in the living room. "Young miss, should we get something for you to eat?", asked the maids. "Get me cookie milkshake", I said. They bowed and went away.

"Crystie", came a familiar and excited voice. I looked up to see an excited Tessa. "Omg! Tess. I missed you so much", I ran to her and hugged her. She's my dad's friend's daughter. She's like a little sister to me. She's 19 now.

"Where are uncle and aunt?", I asked her but got my answer quickly. "Here we are", came uncle and aunt's voice and I went and hugged them. "Missing me, Crysie", came the annoying voice of Charles, Tessa's elder brother. He's just a year elder than me.

"You annoying fatty. Who's missing you?", I asked him. "You, my dear", he said. I stuck my tongue out and said, "Yuck. Who's gonna miss you, stinky man." I was about to walk away but he pulled me and threw his arms around my shoulder.

"Come on, Crysie. We are meeting after so long. You don't miss me?", he said in a fake sad tone. "In your dreams", I said with a chuckle. "And we meet a week ago. Remember? You were annoying me in that trip to Australia", I said to him.

"Oh yeah. You know I forget things", he said. I nodded and said, "Hmm. Hmm... This is the proof that you're getting old. My dear hundred year friend" He laughed and said, "Same goes with you then. If I'm hundred year old then you're ninety nine."

"Nope. I'm young not old like you, grandpa", I teased and ran away. Charles is my friend since I was born. We both grew up together. His family owns the largest real estate company in the country and the second largest gang. People thought that the two gangs were rival but the truth is the leaders are best friends and have been friends for generations. Even though this guy annoys me but he's my best friend.

"How come you're here today?", I asked them. "I know about this idiot. He's always free and comes to annoy me but today everyone came. I'm really happy", I continued as Charles teased me.

"We invited them", came my parents' voice. "I have something to talk to them", dad said and sat on the sofa. They started talking about business and we were kind of bored so I along with Tessa and Charles went upstairs. Sean was having some business in Brazil so he left earlier.

We played video games and then went downstairs to have our dinner as my mom called us. "If we don't go down now. She'll definitely come upstairs and drag us holding our ears", Tessa said as we all knew that she would definitely do that so we thought it's better to go without being dragged. Both the moms treat us equally so my mom won't stay back to drag them downstairs.

We went downstairs and had our dinner. Suddenly my mobile rang. It was an unknown number. Who can it be? "Who's it, baby girl?", dad asked. "I don't know. It's unknown. I'll just go and check it", I said and got up.

I picked it up. "Hello? Who's it?", I asked. "Am I talking to Crystal?", asked a little voice. "Yes. May I know who's calling?", I asked softly. "Pretty lady, it's me Alen", came the voice. A smile appeared on my face.

"Oh, yes kiddo. What happened?", I asked. "No no. Don't call me kiddo", he said. "Then what should I call you?", I asked and thought. "How about little Enen?", I asked. "Yes", he said.

"So what did you call me for? Did your daddy agree?", I asked. "Oh. Yeah. Daddy agreed when I told him that you saved me", he said. "Okay, then I'll pick you up at 2", I said. "Good night. Don't stay up for late", I said and he wished me back then I hung up.

I went back to the dining room. "Who was it?", mom asked. "It was a little boy I saved today. He was being bullied by some guys", I told her and she nodded. Charles and his family left after a while then I informed mom that Alen is going to come here to play with me tomorrow and she agreed.
