Jake X Fem MC!

A/N - hello guys😚😚Well, it is the first time I am writing "Duskwood One-shot". This story is after Hannah was found. I hope you will like it🥰

       It's been 3 months, since Jake Contacted me. After Hannah was found he didn't even send messages but I didn't stop from messaging him.  Also, I settled in Duskwood. Well, I don't have many friends and relatives in my hometown. I had always been alone there. Now, I got friends in Duskwood, they are always so good to me, even Lily.

      Hannah also started to like me in this 3 months. I spent more time with Jessy, Lily, Cleo and Hannah. Like 'Girls Time'. We all used to go to Phil's Aurora weekly once like an 'Get-Together'. 

      Even I look happy in front of them, they know that I am not happy. I miss Jake. I want to see him and hug him badly. But I  don't know where he is, how he is. I didn't saw his real face even once.

        It's Wednesday evening 5 and I went to Aurora, because I feel lonely, even though I have many friends. I only want Jake.

      I went inside the bar Aurora and took a place. But I didn't saw Phil. Maybe he is working. I ordered some Vodka.

       While I am drinking I felt someone is watching me, but I didn't even care about that. After finishing my drink I stood up to go. But I felt someone's hand on my left wrist. I turned to look who is that. It's....Phil.

       "Hello, MC." He greeted me. I gave a small smile to him. He looked in my eyes. "MC, how about let's go to my house?" He asked. "No, Phil." I replied. "Why? I will make you happy if you came with me to my house." He said.

       "No Phil. No one can make me happy." I shook my head in disagree. "No, you should give it a try...." Before he can finish, someone's hand held Phil's hand which was held my hand.

       "She said 'No'." The stranger said. I can't see the stranger's face, because he was wearing a black hoodie.

     And Phil and the Stranger looked eachother. Phil left my hand, and the stranger left Phil's hand. I came outside of the Aurora.

     Someone grabbed my arms and turned me towards the person. It is the Stranger who was inside just now. "Are you OK?" He asked. Ofcourse I am not Ok. I didn't say anything to that stranger and started to walk away.

      I took my mobile and started to type Jake. "JAKE....." I typed. But something happened weirdly this time.....it shows...*Jake is online*

      I can't believe my eyes. I halted on the road. "Jake, are you alright? Where are you now?" I typed. I can feel my eyes is becoming teary.

       "MC, I am alright. And I am in Duskwood" he texted me. I can't believe this! The person I want is in Duskwood where I am! "Where are you in Duskwood, Jake?" I texted him. "You know? Just now I saved a girl from Phil. She is so ungrateful, she didn't even Thank me for saving her."

        When I read his text. I was Shocked! I turned to look at the Stranger who is 15 steps behind me and looking at me. I felt tears roll down my cheeks. "Jake...." I said which is more like a whisper.

      I slid my new apple phone down on the ground in shock. But who cares?

      I ran to Jake and jumped and crossed my arms around his neck and my legs around his waist tightly.  "Jake." I said while crying.

      I buried my face on his left shoulder and soaking his black hood. But I don't care. I felt his hand on my back. "MC...." He said with his Deep voice. I can't stop crying. "Alright, MC. Don't cry" he said with concerned.

     But am I not willing to stop crying? I just can't control. "Jake." I said with my teary breaking voice. "Yes?" He asked.

      "Will you mind if I made your shirt dirty?" I asked while still crying and burying my face on his shoulder. I heard him chuckle "I won't" he said. I moved my hand a bit to look at his face. ( Imagine your Jake guys ) he looks handsome. "Jake, you are handsome" I said to him. I saw his cheeks become light red. I smiled at him still hanging on him.

       I jumped down from him and wiped my face with back of my hand. I looked and Jake who is staring at me. "Finished crying, crybaby?" He asked raising a eyebrow and making fun of me.

     "I am not cry baby!" I said with a pout. He chuckled at my action. I hugged him again. Since he is taller than me I placed my head on his chest and tighten my grip.

     "Jake?" I asked. "Yes MC?" He said. "You are free now?" I asked worriedly. "Yes, MC. I am free now. I can be with you hereafter." He replied with a smile.

        I again broke the hug and looked at him. I looked deep into his eyes.  I tiptoed and kissed him on his lips. He was shocked by my sudden action at first but soon he kissed me back. I was waiting for this moment for so long.

      We broke the kiss when we left breathless. "You won't leave me, right Jake?" I asked. "I won't, MC." He replied with his attractive smile. We kissed again.

Today is a pleasant morning, I and Jake have stayed at Lily's place for a week.  We decided to settle in Duskwood. So, we bought a house for two persons.

       Yes, I and Jake gonna share the house. Since he is my boyfriend.

        "MC, are you ready?" I heard Lily. "Yes, in a moment" I replied. And after brushing my hair I went out of my room.

        "Sorry MC, I can't help you in your new house." Lily said apolitically. "I have sudden work in motel...." She said.

     I sighed. "It's alright, Lily. I and Jake will handle." I assured Her.  "Right Jake?" I asked him who is sitting on the sofa and working on his laptop.

     "Yes" he replied without looking from the laptop. "Then, ok. I will drop you both" Lily said.

      We arrived at our new house. Well....now our work is to paint the interior of the house! Well Lily used to help us, but she got sudden work now so we should paint the place. I guess it will be fun.

     I and Jake went inside the house, and decided to start the work.   "Jake, let's paint our room in  blue with baby pink." I said to him. "Ok..." He replied.

        "Then the kitchen should be in green." He suddenly said. I grinned at him. "Ok!" I replied him happily.

      We started to paint, and it's been 30 mins after we started to paint our room.....I got bored. I got a idea suddenly and went near Jake who is sincerely painting the baby pink colour on the wall.

        "Jake." I called him. He turned towards me only to get blue paint on his nose. I laughed after applying paint on his nose. It took a moment for Jake to realise what happened.

       "MC!" He shouted after realising. I laughed at his shock reaction. I felt something watery on my left cheek I stopped laughing and realised that Jake applied baby pink coloured paint on my cheek. I stood there in shock. He started to laugh! 

      "Jaaaaaake!" I shouted. He stopped laughing and looked at me innocently.

    I can't scold him, because he is so cute....But I can apply some more paint on his face! I smiled mischievously. 

      I took some paint in my small brush and looked at him. "MC, No!" He said after understanding what I am gonna do. I kept my mischievous smile on my face.

     I went near him, I expected him to move back. But he smirked. I can't understand his expression.

    I noticed that he took his small brush in his hand and smirked again. But I am not gonna stop this!

     I applied some paint on his cheeks, he applied some on my nose and forehead. I am not gonna give up so, I applied some on his forehead too.

      We started to play with the paint. After some round of Paint Attacks we stopped and panting heavily.

      We looked eachother and started laughing at our faces. His face and hair has some blue colour paint and my face and hair is with some baby pink colour.

     We heared someone entering the room. And we turned to look Lily. She looks shocked....

       "Aaaaaaaah" she screamed.  "Lily, Lily! It's me! MC!" I shouted. She stopped screaming and looked at us. "What the hell?!" She asked frowning.  I didn't said anything neither Jake.

      We came back to Lily's house and took a bath and we sat in sofa infront of Lily who crossed her arms and she looked angry.

      "What did you think you guys are doing?" She asked annoyed.  "Well.... painting?" I asked innocently like nothing happened.

      "Oh Yeah? Painting your hair?" She questioned looking at my hair. Yes, my hair colour is now mixed with Baby pink even after taking a bath.

      "Good question" I said and looked Jake who sat near me with hoodie over his head and looking the ground.

       "Jake?" Lily asked. Well he didn't even move. Lily gets annoyed and took his hood off from his head.

        She stood shocked. I looked at him to see his hair black with blue in some places. I can't stop laughing so, I burst into laughing.

     "You guys are really...." Lily gave up And I am still laughing at his hair. Jake looked at me and started laughing at my hair.

      "You guys. Get. Out. Of. My sight!!" Lily shouted.

It's Friday, I compelled Jake to stay at my house because it's late at night. But he doesn't like to stay because his pursuers are after him, so he doesn't want to put me in danger.

But I didn't leave him just like that and he knows I am stubborn. So, he accepted because he didn't have any choice.

I asked him to sleep on the bed, but he said he has some works. Well, I can't force him in everything so I didn't oppose.

He is working on the sofa with his laptop and I went to sleep in my room. I fell asleep after some time.

"MC!" I heard someone's voice while I am sleeping. "MC, wake up!" I opened my eyes to see Jake.

"What's wrong, Jake?" I asked him with my sleepy voice. "My pursuers are after me!" He said. "What?!" I asked in Shock and now I am awake.

"I said I won't stay here! Look now what happened!" He whisper shouted with a hint of anger in his voice. "Jake..." I said calmly to make him calm.

"We don't have time, MC. They will be here at any time! Go and pack some food and your clothes, we are Leaving. NOW!" He said.

I understood the situation and went down quickly to open the fridge. I saw two boxes of pretzels made by Cleo.

I took them and 2 bottles of raw milk also I took some canned coke and packed it in my backpack. I took 3 sets of clothes and I don't have time to change my dress so, now I am in my short trousers and my black hoodie which reached the bottom of my trousers and its hand covered my palm.

My fingers are only visible. I was done packing while Jake is packing his stuff.

After 5 mins of arrangement, we came to my room. "We are gonna jump through the window," Jake said. "What?! We are on the first floor!" I said shocked.

"We don't have any option! I will jump first and you jump next I will catch you." He said. And he jumped down from the first floor. "Jump!" He whispered from down.

I was scared to jump. "Jake, I am scared," I said him from my room window looking down at him. "MC, Jump!" He whisper shouted again.

Looks like I am making him angry. But I believed him and jumped and he caught me without falling.

But I accidentally broke a flower pot. We heard footsteps came near us "Jake." I said panicked. "Let's go!'' he said and we started to walk fast on the road. After few minutes we are now near Bar Aurora.

The place is noisy. Jake turned to check whether someone is following us. I turned too.

I saw two weird persons. I am sure they are following us. Jake too noticed them. We went to the crowd who is coming out of the Aurora.

Jake pinned me on a wall. I gasped at the sudden action. He saw the two persons are searching for us and coming this way.

He turned his face towards me and kissed me suddenly. I was shocked. Since his hood is long his hood hid my face.

After some time he broke the kiss and checked whether his pursuers are still there, While I stood there stunned. "Follow me." He said coldly and Started walking.

"Is it mean, I should forget the kiss just now?" I mumbled to myself and started following him.

Another 5 mins later, we halted in a dark place where no one is there and Jake took his laptop out and started doing some things. "Are we safe now?" I asked him.

"No, we are not. They are still after us." He said Coldly again. I sighed. I can say he is still mad at me by his behaviour towards me.

"Do you believe me?" He asked me without making eye contact with me. "Yes, Jake," I replied him. "Never make eye contact with them." He said.

I hummed in response But I don't know whom he is mentioning. He held my left hand and walked in front of me and we went through a narrow alley only to see a rushing and noisy street full of males.

That's when I realised it's an ILLEGAL GAMBLING PLACE.

"Remember what I said?" Jake asked. I hummed again in response. He still holding my hand and walking in front of me.

I looked at the ground while I walking through the street to avoid eye contact. I felt many men's eyes on me, it makes me uncomfortable and insecure.

That's when Jake squeezed my hand to remind me that he is with me. I felt better and we passed the street and went through another narrow alley.

We went through the Duskwood forest and halted in a place. Jake opened a secret bunker in the ground. "Go inside" he insisted.

I went down by iron ladder and looked around to only see a desk, chair, and an old sofa. Well, there is also a yellow bulb.

Jake came down after me and took his laptop and tapped some keys. "We are safe now." He said. Well, he still sounds cold.

"Finally, we are safe." I sighed. "Yes we are safe but that doesn't mean I am not mad at you!" He said angrily.

"Do you know, how dangerous it is for you?" He shouted. "Look what happened now because of your stubbornness, MC! Once you become a 'Wanted person' by the government, you can never live the normal life!" He shouted angrily at me.

"I am willing to do anything to be with you," I said calmly. His eyes softened "MC..." He said softly.

He hugged me "MC, I want you to live happily," he said. "My happiness is when I am with YOU, Jake," I said, while hugging him back.
