Hello, my name is Kaito. I live in A city called Drayn which is the poorest city in our country because it always Rain. People say it is A curse and others say it is A gift. Nevermind where I live. I work in A Coffee shop called K's Koffee. I work solo, so I also own the Coffee Shop. I have 2 friends.

JANUARY 22, TUESDAY 2030

I close and lock up my Coffee Shop. Its 7 P.M. I slowly walk through the rain without A coat. Listening to the raindrops everywhere. 30 minutes until I'm home. Should I take the Shortcut? I ask myself. Thinking. Sure. I don't want trouble today. This also saves me 10 minutes of my time.

"Kylie?" An unknown voice said.

I turn around quickly. I see A guy. He smells drunk, but doesn't look like it. Drugged, maybe?

"You bitch. You cheating bitch. I thought you loved me!" He said.

"Bitch?! Are you drunk?! I'm not A girl! I'm not this Kylie person!"

"You're drunk! You cheated on me with A girl! You lesbian hoe!"

"Oh my gosh. Hey, whats your name?"

"Yuito? Yuito!"

"Yuito. Whats 1+1?" I was PREPARED to laugh.

"Uh...11?"

I burst out laughing. Its so funny that A guy older than 5 doesn't know what 1+1 is! After 8 minutes of laughing I look at him. He looks red from embarrassment.

"You look like A tomato! Are you to cry or scream?"

I was wrong. COMPLETELY wrong. It took me 8 seconds to realize how he was feeling. Did he always have horns and A tail? He wasn't red because he was embarrassed. He was mad.

"Oh shit.." Damn my big mouth.

"You little brat!" Yuito said.

I ran as fast as I could to get away from him.

I didn't think to look back. Atleast this isn't my first time being chased or beaten.

AFTER YUITO CAUGHT KAITO (He isn't drunk anymore)

Damn. This black eye hurts. I can't go to work like this.

"Hey, kid!"

"Sorry, but I don't want to hear your Love Story. Bye. I'm leaving. I'm going to catch A cold and I'm already sick of hearing the rain droplets." 2 hours of running here I co-

"You can stay with me for the rest of the day! My house is about 2 minutes from here. Its also my apology and you won't have to walk for 2 or 3 hours!"

AT YUITO'S HOUSE

"Hey, Kaito."

"What?"

"Why does it always rain? I moved here 2 weeks ago."

"Well..."

People say its A curse that it always rain and others think its A gift. Why does it always rain? I say its because of the gods. Drayn was meant to be for the saddest people. The broken people. When it rains it calms us. The rain is how we broken people feel every day. We don't cry because Drayn does it for us. Drayn is the most peaceful place on Earth. Not A single crime has ever been committed here because everyone here... They are already prepared to die. They just don't want to go to hell. It stops raining every once in A year, but people hate it.

" Atleast thats what I think."

"Kaito? Did you come here?"

"No. I was born here, so why are you here?"

"Everyone that lives outside of Drayn thinks it A lie or A rumor that it always rains here. I went here to flood out my memories. I had A horrible family. 2 other sibling. Parents. My mom was A hoe. Cheated with every men including my dad. My dad was A business guy. Never cared about anything, but his work. My sisters were sluts. No one cared about me. When I met Kylie I thought she was the one. It seems like it was all A cruel lie. You?"

"I..I lived with my dad and mom. Everything was okay until my mom committed suicide. My dad started drinking... He.. He would hit me if I didn't do something right like he said. I have... A.. Brother.. He.. He wanted to help, but..He was to scared.. When I moved out. I was happier. Then 2 years later.. I decided to make money myself. So, here I am now."

"You left something out! I can feel it."

"I know, but your missing some pieces-"

I started shivering.. I wanted to cry, but I felt empty inside. Like I couldn't cry anymore..

"Talk to me. Its okay."

"R-R-Raped me.. He raped me.. I-I couldn't do anything.. H-He was stronger than me.. I-I was scared.."

I hated myself for talking about it. I hate Yuito for pressuring me..I stood up.

"Hey..Where are going?!"

"Don't EVER speak to me again. Leave me alone!"

I tried to run out the door, but I was to slow.. Yuito grabbed me before I could ever take 7 steps.

"I'm sorry! I shouldn't have put pressure on you! You'll get sick if you go out there anyway! Please!".

"Save it! I don't care!"

Yuito hugged me. I hated it too.

"Please.. Let me go home..Let me feel better in the rain.."

"No.. Let me Help you.. I can heal your wound. I can do it. Please."

"I hate you."

Then I feel asleep. Tired. Sad. And scared.

2 DAYS LATER (YUITO'S P.O.V.)

"Hm.. Kaito smiling? I wonder if I could make him smile without him realizing. I could tease him! I wonder if he works anywhere near here. Might as well check."

AFTER 2 HOURS OF SEARCHING

Its 8:00...

" Hey, you know that coffee shop called K's Koffee, right? The owner is A cutie. You think we s-"

A coffee shop! Yes! My mom never let me drink coffee!

When He Found The Coffee

Whoa. This place is packed with people!

"Kai! Can you hang out with us today! Please!"

"Kaito! What's up?"

"Sure, Eli. When?"

Is he ignoring me? Rude.

"I'll be there at 9. No, make that 10. I have to clean up at home and call him."

"Thats okay! Me and Harley will be there! Cya!"

Who is she?

A guy walks in. He was an alpha wolf. Soaked. Everything went quiet.

"Kaito." He whispered to him. Then He started A small conversation.

Damnit! I can't here anything.

"Hurry up."

The alpha wolf went in the "Employee's Only" room. Eveyone was chit chatting and mumbling about stuff again.

"Kaito? What was that?

"Idiot. He's the alpha. Now, leave me alone and let let me work."

He's so gloomy and mean.

"So, you work here. How long have you been working?"

"What do you mean?"

"When did you start working in this coffee shop?"

"I OWN this coffee shop, idiot. The store has the beginning of my name in its title."

The alpha wolf came back. Everyone got quiet again.

This guy is creepy.

The alpha wolf looks at Kaito.

"Weakling. I dare you to hit me with A chair again and it won't end well Like you did the other day."

"Get out and never come again. You aren't allowed to come back here."

"Or what?"

Yuito stood up

"Or you'll regret it."

"Yuito, don't-"

"Leave him alone. Get out. Your not invited anymore."

The alpha wolf leaves with an angry face.

"I dare you to come back! You don't want to mess with me!"

Everyone was quietly surprised. Then, everybody else quietly left one-by-one.

"Kaito? Why did everybody leave?"

"Idiot! People come here to relax and work and to not be disturbed! You idiot! I hate your stupidity."

"What?! I tried to help and I tried to do the right thing, but it turns out I was doing to wrong thing and how was I supposed to know not to interfere?!"

"I was trying to say something, but you interupted me!"

"Okay, Okay! Sorry! Better now?!"

"I would be if you weren't here. Get out. I'm closing the shop."

What?!

"Wait, why?!"

"Because of the drama you caused I have to close the shop for A week or two."

"Oh, so this is my fault? I guess this is our last time talking."

(KAITO'S P.O.V.)

Kaito locks the shop and suddenly A hand covers his mouth.

"Don't say word. Don't even scream. My buddy here has A gun ready to shoot you if you try to run. We won't kill you, but your coming home with us. Don't try anything. Or else..."

(WITH YUITO)

Damn, Kaito. We're friends! Friends helo eachother out! Not block them out! I wonder if he's okay right now.

Yuito stops in his tracks.

Kaito! Why am I always worried about you?!

Yuito turns around and goes the way he came.

He looks through the glass windoe in from of the shop and he steps on Kaito's Phone.

Oh, man! Kaito is going to be even more pissed if he finds out I accidentally stepped on his phone! Is this even his phone? Wait...

Kaito grabs the broken phone and cuts it on.

"I thought Kaito would've put A lock on his phone."

He swipes it up going to the home screen.

If this really is Kaito's phone I wonder who he keeps contact of.

Yuito decides to look through his messages and looks at his most recent messages.

"He's leaving early. Should we do it now?"

I have A bad feeling...

"Sure. No one else is with him and he's closing his shop. That guy left too."
