Well as you all know what is a soulmate .. A soulmate is a person with whom you have an immediate connection the moment you meet ... A connection so strong that you are drawn to them in a way you have never experienced before.

As this connection develops over time, you experience a love so deep, strong and complex, that you began to doubt that you have ever truly love anyone prior. A soulmate understands and connects with you in every way and on every level .. Which brings sense of peace, calmness and happiness when you are around them.

You know when your soulmate will come into your life they will set everything on fire .. They won't sugarcoat the truth and tell you what you want to hear. They will come into your life and help you grow .. They will come into your life and challenge you in a positive way. They will come into your life and will motivate you and they will pull you out of your comfort zone.

When two souls fall in love there is nothing else but the yearning to be close to each other. The presence is felt through held hands, a voice heard and the sight of a smile. Even though a single touch.

Souls do not have calendars or clocks, nor do they understand the notion of time and distance. They only know that it feels right to be with one another. This is the reason why you miss someone so much when they are not around. Your soul feels their absence .. It doesn't realize the separation is temporary.

I believe that when two people are in love with each other, you can see it in their eyes. The way they look at each other, the way they stare at each other, it's all there. Their eyes are full of admiration, of attractions, of undying feeling for each other. Their eyes twinkle, their eyes are smiling. Even if they didn't say a word about it, there's this invisible thread connecting them two.

Soulmates will always end up together. No matter how much love was lost and no matter how much distance there was. You lose each other to find each other again. That is what it is like when someone is meant for you. If they leave, they will return and stay forever.

I am Jessica, a middle school girl .. But I am not some ordinary girl. Well I am a vampire .. To be more precise I am one of a rare type of vampire. I've this silky long black hair like no one have ever seen, with a pair of two deep blue colored eyes. It's the rare type of genetics blue eyes with black hair .. Anyone who take a look at me get memerized by my beauty.

You can say that I have everything a person can wish for .. A wealthy family, parents who love to spoil me alot .. A sister to protect me in evety situation. Last but not the least is my one and only bestfriend Edward.

Edward is one of the very handsome vampire I've ever met .. Wherever we would go, girls will surround him .. And this irritates me alot. But I can't blame those girls, who wouldn't fall for his gem stone green eyes, his skin is so pure that it's beyond explanation, and his dark brown hairs .. hmm .. When he brushes his hair back, it feels like every girl heart will explode. But it will never work on me.

Edward is a charming and kind hearted boy, everyone appreciate him .. But me on the other hand, well my attitude is kinda bitchy. It's not like I am a bully .. I just can't stand if someone is wrong. And when I create a mess Edward is always there to help me.

I've known him since we were 3 year old. We grew up together. But I was always told by Edward's mother to stay away from him. According to his mother, Edward already have got his soulmate and that is his cousin. And Edward seems to believe this nonsense.

I don't believe that she is Edward's soulmate .. I mean if I tell you about her she's the most dramatic vampire in the whole universe. Well thank God Edward understands me better than anyone else or I would've fall into one of her traps.

I still haven't met my soulmate. Edward made me promise that we will never fall in love with each other because we don't know who our soul mate will be. I never believed this shit .. My mom seems very concered about this but I don't care about it. As long as I have Edward beside me, I don't need a soulmate. I hope we can stay together forever.

If my mood is not good only Edward can talk to me. There was a point in my life where I was about to fall for him. But I knew I shouldn't fall for him that's why I have so many boyfriends. But my heart is not in my control I fell for him before I even knew what love was.

From a middle school to high school, we were together. Sometime he went on date with his so called cousin. I dated so many boys in high school but I never felt a spark. There was a time when I imagined Edward sitting in front of me instead of that person with whom I went on date.

I was on my way back to home after a date when I heard someone saying,

..."The only thing that matter is love. One should not give up before trying"....

This was the time when a thing came to my mind how can I give up on him without even trying. I want to know maybe Edward is not Amelia (Cousin name) soulmate.

Next day

I woke up and got ready for school. I skipped my breakfast to meet Edward. When I entered school's corridor, I saw Edward standing with his friends.

He saw me and gave me a little smile. My heart skipped a beat. He excused his friends and came to me and said, "Hey, Jess you are early today. Don't tell me you skipped your breakfast."

"Can he read my mind" that was what came to my mind. I was snapped out of my thoughts when he said, "I knew this, come on let's get you some breakfast first". He took my hand and dragged me along him. My heart was pounding so hard and I could feel my cheeks heat up.

When we reached cafe he let go of my hand and looked back. He cupped my face and asked, "Are you having a fever .. Why are you so red"?

Stop doing this Edward or I will die. I held his hands and said, "I am fine". He said, "No, let's go to doctor". "I'm really fine Ed", I told him.

After having breakfast with him we left for the class. During whole lecture I was looking at Ed. "Miss. Jessica are you listening me"? Teacher suddenly asked me. I stood up and said, " Yes". "Care to explain what I just taught you" she asked with a creepy smile on her face.

I just told her everything .. That god I have a good memory. "You can sit down and stop day dreaming in my class" She said. I sat down and Ed was looking at me and he mouthed me, "What were you doing"? I replied with sign, "Nothing".

After school I was waiting for him at main gate. I saw Edward coming out .. But as soon as he was out I saw Amelia running toward him .. She hugged Edward. I felt a pain in my chest ... This is the first time I am feeling this after seeing him with Amelia. A tear escaped my eyes.

I was standing there when Edward saw me. He came toward me with Amelia while holding her hand. "Were you waiting for me Jess. I am sorry I have some plans with Ami .. Sorry I didn't informed you" Edward said.

I looked into his eyes and playfully said, "Yah, why will I wait for you. I was waiting for Jacob .. You know that guy we met last week". Edward was looking at me like I somewhat did some crime.

Amelia said to Edward that she will be waiting for him in car and left. He took a last glance at me and said in annoyed tone, "Ok fine" .. in the last he said something in low voice and left. I was stading there heartbroken.
