Ayra Cooper
Age 22
Birthplace: Canada.
The only daughter of the Cooper family which used to have a big business in Canada.
Ran from her hometown due to personal reasons because of this, she has to cross-dress as a boy.
Currently in New York.
Nature: Calm, spontaneous but clumsy. Do not tolerate partiality.
Simon Brock
Age 22
Birthplace: New York.
The only heir of the Royal Brock Family but denies being part of the family business.
Leader of the famous Band 'Stardom Nights' with his two members. Finding his only love for years.
Nature: Isolated, cold, and hideous.
Josh Larson
Age 25
Birthplace: New York.
Son of the richest Larson family.
Member of the famous band 'Stardom Nights' and close friend of Simon and Nick.
Currently in New York.
Nature: Kind, serious but cool.
Nick Rogers
Age 25
Birthplace: New York.
Heir of Royal Fowler family after his elder brother's death.
Member of the famous band 'Stardom Nights' and close friend of Simon and Nick.
Currently in New York.
Nature: Funny, sweet, and caring.
A young girl was sleeping soundlessly on the bed when she heard someone calling out.
Ayra quickly got out of the bed and ran towards another room where a man around his 40s was screaming his throat out.
Ayra Cooper
Y-yes, Mr. Brolin?
Dan Brock
You old man! I've been calling you since forever!! Did you die?!
Ayra Cooper
How would I have come then? I'm sorry, sir. It won't happen again.
Ayra, a beautiful and charming girl with her spontaneous and happy nature had been living a hard life since 2 years.
Dan Brock
Help me with water!
Dan pointed towards the water jar, telling her to give him water.
Dan Brolin was an arrogant man, who loves troubling people. He had been troubling all of his housemaids, which is the only reason that none of them stay for more than a month.
Ayra here, was in need of money to pay her daily bills and was tolerating Dan since a long time.
Ayra Cooper
Is he an idiot! Both of his legs are fine! Even though I'm his housemaid this doesn't mean he can wake me up at 2 AM and ask for a glass of water!
Ayra was cursing the old man while walking towards the kitchen. It was a penthouse but a big one.
Ayra had lost the habit of walking in a big house for two years.
Ayra Cooper
How come I can lose the habit of walking?!
Ayra Cooper
Alas! It's been two years.
She clumsily placed her wig in its place again, which she wore while running towards Dan and leaned on the wall.
Ayra Cooper
What my life has become? I have to crossdress and work to fulfill my basic needs.
She drifted in her past thinking about what happened two years ago.
Ayra, 20 year old, had completed her graduation was planning to celebrate with her boyfriend Harry.
Ayra Cooper
Let's go mall tomorrow. Whatever you want, will be my treat!
Ayra was the only daughter of a rich businessman in Canada.
Harry
I'm sorry, darling. I can't come. You know, Mili is not well. I have to take care of her.
Ayra Cooper
Mili's parents will look after her! I want you to be with me.
Harry
Try and understand, Ayra.
Ayra Cooper
Fine! We'll go someday else.
That night, Ayra told this incident to her friend and decided to go the mall with her.
The next day, when Ayra was in the mall, she saw Harry with Mili.
Ayra Cooper
Didn't Harry say Mili is not well?! Why are they here and having a pizza?!
That day, she realized the truth about being cheated.
Harry was from a poor family. Since childhood, she had been loving him and did whatever she can for him and this is how she was paid back!
Everyone used to say Harry is not trustworthy but Ayra never believed them. She even rejected a boy who truly loved her just for Harry.

Hey you OLD MAN!!!
Ayra got back into reality when she heard the old man shouting.
She set her wig in its place and ran with a water jar in his room.
Dan Brock
You lazy one! You don't even know to work on time!!
Dan Brock
Shameless! You should hide your face in a dustbin!
Dan always said these words to humiliate his housemaid.
Ayra was good at mimicking voices so it wasn't hard for her to make a male voice. But she didn't try this time.
Ayra Cooper
You old man! I've been trying to tolerance you for weeks! You don't deserve any service at all!
Ayra Cooper
If I should hide my face in the dustbin, then you should've flushed yourself a long ago!

She went to her room, where he asked her to stay, took her bag and left the house forever.
When she spotted her boyfriend Harry with her best friend Mili, she realised her life was all the same as those stupid FLs in stories.
But all this time, he used her for her money and eventually took up her father's shares and left her.
She should've listened to her dad when he said not to trust anyone and give company shares just to help him start the business.
Ayra's phone started ringing when she was lost in thoughts.
Ella [Ayra's friend]
📞 Damn you, lady! I've been calling you since 6 hours!
Ayra Cooper
📞 It's late night and you're calling me now?
Ella [Ayra's friend]
📞 I'm in India. It's day here.
Ayra Cooper
📞 Well...what is it?
Ella [Ayra's friend]
📞 I wanted to ask you about your life. If you wanna talk right now.
Ayra Cooper
📞 Yes. I left my job.
Ella [Ayra's friend]
📞 Why? Did he learn that you cross dressed?!
Ayra Cooper
📞 No! He's been annoying me since long. Calling ME an old man.
Ella [Ayra's friend]
📞 Pfft. He surely is a blind man.
Ella [Ayra's friend]
📞 Well, what now?
Ayra Cooper
📞 It's hard for me to find a job.
Ella [Ayra's friend]
📞 Since that Harry came into your life, nothing was ever easy for you.

📞 If only, I'd known this before.
Ella [Ayra's friend]
📞 An Idiot in love would never see anything. But Harry was unfair. He shouldn't have made things difficult for you.
Ella [Ayra's friend]
📞 How dare he take your family company's shares and throw your dad out of there?! He even pushed you out of the mansion!
Ayra Cooper
📞 He never ever felt bad before warning everyone in the city to not give any job to me.
Ayra Cooper
📞 Bcz of him, I had to run away from MY city, MY home and work in stranger city.
As Ayra said these words, tears rolled down her eyes.
Ella [Ayra's friend]
📞 Oh, dear! Calm down, baby! Look, I have a surprise for you.
Ella [Ayra's friend]
📞 Aww... you're so cute whenever you cry. Well, it's a surprise so I won't tell you now.
Ella [Ayra's friend]
📞 Bye~
Ayra wasn't a curious girl so she never forced for surprises. She quietly went to her apartment, which the building owner gave her.
Ayra Cooper
📞 Mrs. Marie. I've returned to the apartment. We'll talk tomorrow.
Ayra called the building owner and went inside her apartment.
When Ayra first reached New York, she had nothing with her. Not even a penny to feed herself a piece of bread, not to mention a place to stay.
That's when an old woman met her and took the initiative to help when she heard her sad story.
That old woman or say Mrs. Marie, gave her an apartment with low rent and less pressure to pay the bills.
Ayra would rarely come to the apartment as she'd always stay in job place. But her things were always set there.
She reached inside and swtiched on the lights to get a view of the small but lovely apartment.

Home sweet Home.
*sigh*
She walked in the kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. Mrs. Marie indeed took care of all apartments.
She took out few utensils and drank water. She kept her bag in the room and went straight to her library to pass her time.
She wasn't planning to sleep as it was almost 4 am at night.
As she walked around the books and thinking about her life since childhood, she found an old language book.
Why did she keep that here? She forgot. She took the book out and opened to find the reason behind it being here after all these years.

The letter.
It was 6th standard book. The letter was written in a very beautiful handwriting. The boy who confessed seemed to have a blur image of himself in Ayra's mind.
She opened the envelope and started reading the letter.
Hello Ayra,
I'm not good with words and I don't know how to put this but you're my strength.
You're the star that shines when my world is dark.
You're the sun that gives me warmth on a cold morning.
You're that shadow that stands by me all the time.
You're that world that gives me life.
I like you, Ayra. I like you since the day I saw you.
I don't know what would be your reaction when you see this and I don't dare to see you either. If you don't accept, you can ignore this letter and throw it in the trash. But if you wanna think over it, you can always ask me.

I'm being punished for what I did. I deserve this. I should feel the pain I gave you.
Saying these words, Ayra started crying. Since the day, she was kicked out of the mansion and made sure I don't earn for a living, she never cried.
She always controlled her emotions and swore to take revenge. But she couldn't stop herself this time.
It was all because of her stupidity and blind love behind a random guy which not only ruined her life but killed her father too.

If only I had known your real name. I really wanna find you and apologize for what I did. Maybe that way, my guilt will decrease.
Ayra Cooper
I can't find you, can I? My Jellyfish.
She wiped her tears and kept the envelope safely inside again and kept the book in between other books and left the room.
She walked out and made some coffee when she heard the doorbell.
She was lost in that letter for almost 3 hours. She quickly opened the door to welcome Mrs. Marie.
Mrs. Marie [Building owner]
Oh, Ayra! How are you, dear?
Ayra Cooper
I'm good, Mrs. Marie. How are you?
They hugged each other and Mrs. Marie entered the flat.
Mrs. Marie [Building owner]
You're back here which means, you left the job.
Ayra Cooper
Ahem. Yes, I left.
Mrs. Marie [Building owner]
Good. That Dan Brolin already has a bad reputation in the market.
Ayra Cooper
You told me that already and I told you too that-
Mrs. Marie [Building owner]
Your job is more important. I know that dear. But comfortability is a must.
Ayra Cooper
That's why I left. I couldn't handle him anymore.
Ayra served coffee to Mrs. Marie before taking seat in front of her.
Ayra Cooper
Thank you so much for maintaining the apartment.
Mrs. Marie [Building owner]
Ah! It's okay. It's okay.
Mrs. Marie [Building owner]
Well, tell me what's your plan now?
Ayra Cooper
Finding another job for housekeeping.
Mrs. Marie [Building owner]
Then I have a perfect offer!
