Mental health issues

Hola guys, let's start our chitchat.

---

A few days ago, we received a case in the hospital's emergency department. The patient was a girl from my friends of friends circle (a friend of my best friend). Some days ago, my best friend brought her to the hospital.

She suspected that her fiancé was cheating on her and, as a result, started taking antidepressants. On the day she was brought to the hospital, she had taken antidepressants from four different companies.

That day, she went to meet her fiance and created a huge scene in a café. I don’t know whether the boy actually cheated on her or not, but he seemed mature and well-mannered. He was understanding and tried to console her, handling the situation calmly. However, she was completely out of her senses.

I can't even describe the things she said in front of the public and the police. What shocked me the most was how the boy controlled himself. Any other man might have lost his temper after hearing such harsh and unethical accusations. But he remained composed and behaved like a true gentleman, whereas his fiancée had completely lost control.

Anyway, that was their personal matter, and I don't want to discuss it further.

The important thing is that the girl was already under stress and battling depression. On top of that, she had been taking antidepressants regularly—sometimes even overdosing on high-potency drugs.

By the time she arrived at the hospital, she had completely lost her mind. She was screaming, unaware of her surroundings, and saying things that were foul, unethical, and senseless. Her condition was indescribable.

These were all side effects of her depression and the antidepressants she had been taking…

This reminds me of Soni. Actually, I got this idea from that patient.

Soni has started taking antidepressants again. She’s going through a lot, which explains her behavior.

Lately, she has been experiencing headaches, irritation, aggression, intolerance, malaise, frustration, trust issues, and a deep sense of loneliness. She has even had suicidal thoughts multiple times. All of this is due to her depression, and she desperately needs proper counseling and care to overcome it.

Mental health is a serious issue.

Nowadays, people—especially the younger generation—are suffering from depression and psychiatric disorders more than severe physical illnesses.

During my practical training in China, we visited a mental hospital. My heart clenched many times when I saw young people suffering.

I remember one female patient vividly. She was sitting on her bed, talking to herself as if she were giving an interview or presenting a case before a judge. She held a file in her hand and was dressed in a black coat, looking like a professional. I watched her through the glass window since students weren’t allowed inside. Some patients might become aggressive and attack.

I also assisted in many cases involving children below the age of 12 who were suffering from depression. It was heartbreaking.

Life can be cruel sometimes…

NEVER HURT SOMEONE WITH YOUR WORDS.

You never know what battles they are fighting internally.

Depression is real, but many people—especially the older generation—fail to understand it. When they hear that a 13-year-old boy or girl is suffering from depression, they are often surprised or even mock them:

"How can a child be depressed?"

But the truth is, anyone can suffer from depression, regardless of age.

If you ever feel the same way, don’t delay—seek proper guidance and counseling.

Life is precious. We only get it once.

It’s not meaningless—everyone has a purpose. And if you feel like you don’t, set a goal and create a purpose for yourself.

Stay healthy, stay blessed. XOXO

My Funny Flight Experience!

So, let me share one of my funniest flight experiences with you all!

I once had a connecting flight from Vietnam to Germany, and oh boy, it was a journey to remember!

The Struggle at Vietnam’s Airport

I had a 5-hour layover at Vietnam’s airport, but the real struggle was that I hadn’t slept for an entire day and night. For some reason, I just can’t fall asleep while traveling unless I’m completely exhausted.

At first, I was sitting very decently in the waiting area, trying to act all proper because I felt like everyone was looking at me. Since I was a foreigner, I guess I attracted some attention. 😂 Chinese and Vietnamese people really love seeing foreigners!

To make things worse, the airport WiFi refused to connect to my phone. I was bored out of my mind. I tried playing some games for a while, but then I started getting a headache.

After about two hours of pretending to be a sober and decent girl, I finally told myself:

"ENOUGH. I WANT TO SLEEP NOW. I CAN'T PRETEND ANYMORE!"

The chairs were all connected, so I put my backpack on one seat and laid across four seats, stretching my body freely. 😂😂 I set an alarm for boarding time, placed my phone under my cheek, and knocked out.

I slept for two hours straight, and I have no idea how many people gave me weird looks, but honestly, I was too tired to care. I had already traveled a full day by train and then took a flight from China to Vietnam, so at that point, exhaustion won.

When I woke up, I went to the counter to ask for WiFi again, but... still no luck. 😩 I just sighed and sat back down.

The Airplane Drama Begins!

Before boarding, I had already asked the guy at the counter for a window seat because I absolutely hate sitting in the aisle. Luckily, he granted my wish. (Pro tip: Always ask at the counter for your preferred seat! I always ask for a window seat, and so far, I’ve been lucky! 😉)

Once I boarded the plane, I saw that it was a three-seat row:

I had the window seat

The middle seat was empty

A German uncle (probably in his 50s) was sitting in the aisle seat

We exchanged a polite “Hello”, and I excitedly looked out the window… but after five minutes, I realized—it was 2:00 AM, and I couldn’t see anything outside. 😂

My back was already aching badly, but I was still trying to sit properly in front of that uncle, pretending to be a well-mannered traveler. I decided to watch Logan to pass the time.

The flight duration was 12 hours. The crew served dinner, but I wasn’t hungry since I had already eaten at KFC at the airport.

The Breaking Point: I NEED TO LIE DOWN!

After three hours of sitting, I checked the time and realized I still had nine more hours to go. My back was killing me, and I had been traveling for over 36 hours straight without proper rest.

That’s when I thought to myself:

"I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE. I CAN'T SIT FOR NINE MORE HOURS!" 😩😩

So, I finally turned to the uncle and asked:

"Sir, would you mind if I use the middle seat? I just want to lie down for a while."

He smiled and said, "Of course!"

He grabbed his phone from the middle seat, and I wasted no time—I placed my small pillow near his thigh (LOL) and stretched my legs across both seats, lying down comfortably. 🤣🤣

And guess what? I slept for SIX damn hours straight!

The Aftermath: Waking Up to a Compliment (or an Insult? 😂)

When I woke up, my left side was completely numb, but at least my backache was gone!

The German uncle chuckled and greeted me:

"Good morning, young girl! I wish I had a small, slim, and flexible body like yours so I could fit on two chairs too."

At that moment, I was conflicted—should I take it as a compliment and say "thank you" or should I apologize for taking over the middle seat? 🤣🤣

For context, this uncle was super tall and quite heavy, probably over 6 feet tall and 90+ kg, while I’m just 5’1” and 49 kg. So yeah… sometimes being short has its advantages! 😜😂

The Final Adventure: Almost Losing My Luggage!

After landing, we both had breakfast together, and then we walked to the arrival hall. The uncle even helped me find my luggage—which was a lifesaver because I was standing in the wrong baggage claim area the whole time! 🤦‍♀️

I was near the VIP luggage section, looking for my bag in confusion, when the uncle walked over and said:

"Miss, you’re standing at the wrong row. This is for VIP luggage. Come with me, I’ll take you to the right section."

Awww! He was really kind. I could tell he must be a great father in real life.

I thanked him, and he left for the airport exit, while I headed to the domestic flights area to catch another flight to my family's city.

And that’s it!

This was one of my most memorable and hilarious flight experiences—where I slept on two seats, used a stranger’s thigh as a pillow border, and passed out for six straight hours! 🤣

Now it’s your turn! Share your funny flight experiences in the comments—I’d love to read them!

📢 Coming up next: My crazy swimming experience in an aqua park! Stay tuned—it’s my absolute favorite one! 😜

Hola, fam! Wussup?

First of all, thank you so much for loving my work! I’m really, really grateful for all your support, sweeties! 🤗🤗

I noticed that Season 2 is getting even more love than Season 1—maybe it’s because of the storyline? Okay... but let me tell you a little secret—this wasn’t how the original script was supposed to be! 😁

And yeah, I know some of you don’t like Hardin as teenage Stefan. Honestly, I’m not a fan of him as Stefan anymore either. 🤥 But the thing is, when I first started S2, the script and storyline were completely different. I only changed it after the first few episodes.

Maybe I’ll change his profile picture later, but right now, I don’t have the time to search for a new character for teenage Stefan. Anyways...

Now, let me share my original script/storyline of S2 with you!

At first, I planned for half of S2 to be a flashback of Soni and Stefan’s past, while the other half would focus on Soni and AR’s reunion and Victor’s rivalry with AR.

⚠️ The story was supposed to go like this:

When Stefan and Soni meet again, Stefan tries to win her back.

Soni doesn’t accept him, and Stefan respects her decision and backs off.

After some hardships, AR and Soni patch things up.

Then, Victor appears and uses Soni to hurt AR.

Stefan and AR both work together to save Soni.

And finally… a happy ending! 🙃🙃

BUT—there was NO "Edward" in the original cast!

Later, I added the Kingston brothers and a few other characters because...

I felt like the story was turning into the same old, predictable love story. So, after a lot of brainstorming, I created Edward as a strong, impactful character!

Instead of making Victor a typical villain, I decided to turn him into a strong rival of AR. 😎

And to my surprise, most of the readers LOVED Edward’s character! 😌

Rather than making Stefan a weak second lead, I turned him into another strong rival as well.

So now we have:

"EDWARD & STEFAN"—TWO STRONG RIVALS OF AR! 😈

I changed the entire storyline, and from what I see, my readers are enjoying the new version more! 😘

Personally, I love S2 more!

I feel like I’ve improved a lot in this season—my writing skills, storytelling, emotional depth, and even how I use relevant pictures and GIFs. Everything in S2 feels more refined compared to S1.

Of course, I know I still make grammatical mistakes. Sometimes, when I re-read my chapters, I go back and edit them to fix errors. I even revisit S1 to correct mistakes.

But honestly... I can be lazy sometimes. 😆 Fixing small mistakes takes time, and I hope you guys can ignore them when they pop up!

Now tell me in the comments—

Which season is your favorite? Season 1 or Season 2?

And do you prefer the current S2 storyline or the original one?

Please like and subscribe to all my stories! Thank you soooo much for your love and support—it truly means the world to me! Loads of xoxo to my online fam! 😘😘😘

I wasn’t in the mood to write Stefan and Soni’s flashback, but I’ll try to wrap up their past in the next episode. Stay tuned for updates!
