In this room of mine filled with a single bed and bed sheet. All my books were packed on the floor. With other small pencil and other school items. It was the only thing I had at age 12.
Being lonely without any friends. Some even call my mom cursed because dad left us when I was five. He left with his lover.
He sold the house we were living in and left I And my mom homeless and poor. We tried to make a living but we were so poor so my mom got a job but we had to sleep in the store every night.
I did the washing of plates whiles my mom did the cleaning and serving the customers as a waitress. After that we clean the garage before we could sleep.
So gradually my mom gathered up a few amount of money and then rented a small apartment which can contain I and her.

I was mocked and laughed at school for being poor and homeless. Even called a bastard because i have no dad. I was always feeling sad. Crying everyday and night. But my mom was my sense of comfort.
Today marks the seven years sorrow that my dad brought upon us. My mom locked up in her room with the light off. Only thunder claps and lightening reflecting in her room.
I can hear her crying very sadly. I want to comfort her buy she says she wants to be alone. I can't even sleep.
Ahh I think am going to have insomnia tomorrow at school but who minds. Am alone without any friend but thanks to God for giving me such a mother.
