Emma's POV

I was running...running endlessly trying to find the door in this long dark hallway...

At the end of the hallway i finally found the front door

' i've finally escaped ' I thought to myself as I made my way through the door

I ran, ran as fast as my tiny legs could allow me to move

As I reached the front gate my body froze in fear

All I heard was a dark chuckle from him. My kidnapper, the person whom I longed to get away from

* Clap *

" good job bambina " he says as he closer to me

" I-I'm sorry " I mutter as tears start to flow out of my eyes

" Awh sweetheart whats with the tears hmm ? " he says as he wipe my tears with his thumbs

" P-please dont h-hurt me " I saw as he picks me up and puts me over his shoulder

" Sorry princess but you tried to escape from me, now you have to face the consequences " he says darkly

To that I start sobbing knowing that I was going to get my *** beat

" Don't cry I wont hurt you that bad...but i did warn you " ....

6 Months ago

" Emma wake up we're gonna be late " my bestfriend Rebecca tells me as she pulls my covers off

" Yea yea I'm up " I say getting up groggily

Hi I'm Emma I'm 19 years old and I'm a college student..well broke college student. I live in a old apartment with my bestfriend Rebecca. If you're wondering where my parents are well I wonder the same thing. One day they just up and left leaving their depts onto me. So now I'm busy working 4 jobs to pay it off. Luckily i didn't have to pay for college because I got a scholarship. I worked so hard to get this scholarship because I really enjoyed going to school. Well thats how my life is but I still stay happy because I have people whom I love and want to be happy with.

" Hey Rebecca after my shift today do you want to watch a movie ? "

" Sure, what time do you finish ? " she says

" I get off at 8:30, so I'll probably be home at 9 "

" Ok sounds good " She says as we both make it out the door

Little did I know that this night would be the start of everything...

Time Skip

School was the same as usual, I just had english and math. We had a surprise test for math though, it was pretty easy.

I was now making my way to my job at a diner. The diner wasnt in the best neighbourhood but, I really needed the money to pay off my dept, so I put up with it.

I arrived at work and started my shift. I managed to make 15$ worth of tips so that was a plus

It was now 8:30 and it was time for me to head home.

I decided to take a short cut through an alley so I could get home faster since it was pretty dark.

As i was walking through the alleyway I was looking at the ground so I wouldn't trip. Next thing I know I fall right on my bum

" Oww " I say rubbing my bum

As I begin to look up, I was met with beautiful brown eyes and a extremely muscular man

I immediately got up and said

" i-I'm so sorry I should've been watching where I was going "  I say flustered

" It's alright " he says in a deep voice

I say one more sorry and I hurriedly walk away

I reach home at 9 o'clock on the dot and i start putting my things away

As I'm putting my things away I notice that I'm missing something

My student ID...

" How am I gonna get let into school now ! " I say frustrated

" Hey Em whats wrong ? " Rebecca asks worriedly

" I think I dropped my ID somewhere and I cant find it " I say

" Don't worry about it we'll just tell the school tomorrow I'm pretty sure they'll understand and give you a new one " she explains

" yea you're probably right, I'm worrying over nothing. Lets just watch the movie now " I say with a sigh

' Theres nothing I should worry about its just a student ID ill just get another one tomorrow ' I say to myself

Lorenzo's POV

I was heading through the alley because I had to do some 'Business ' with some people that owed me money

As I was walking randomly a small girl bumps into me and falls onto the ground

" Oww " is all I heard as I then look down to see who said it

When I saw her she was the most beautiful girl I've ever seen..

When she looks up and see's me she immediately stands up and begins apologizing

" its alright " I say analyzing he facial features

She mutters another sorry before running off

I then look down to see a card

I took a closer look at it

" Her student ID " I say with a smirk growing on my face

I call up one of my boys and say

" I need you to look into a girl named ' Emma Smith ' "

" On it capo " he says

I then hangup and say

" Oh my little Emma we will meet again..and I shall have you " I say as I chuckle darkly

I always get what I want, and what I want is her, I will have her...

Lorenzo's POV

I was currently in my basement with a guy that owed me money.

* Crack *

" ARGGHHHHHH "

" Where the fu*k is my money ? " I ask calmly as I break his fingers one by one

" I SAID THAT I DONT HAVE IT " he screams

* sigh *

" Wrong answer " I say coldly

I then bring out a knife. His eyes widen as he see's that I mean business. I put the knife between his fingers.

" This can go two ways, you can either give me my money and I can let you go, or I can take 2 of your fingers and let you go. So which one is it Louis " I said

" Okay Okay, just let me go and I'll bring you your money " he says still looking at the knife between his fingers

I put the knife into my pocket and say

" Fine I'll tell you the location to meet me at, and if you don't bring me my money I won't hesitate to take your family "

" Please I beg of you, dont touch my family " he pleads

" Then bring me my money " I say walking out the door

I turn to the guard standing outside of the door

" Untie it and drop him outside " I say as I check my phone

" Yes capo "

I made my way upstairs to my bedroom where I'm met with my buddy Dante

" What do you want Dante " I ask with a annoyed expression on my face

" That's no way to greet your bestfriend " he says walking up to me

" I'll shoot you "

" Yea yea dont shoot me till I give you the information on the girl you asked for "

My ears perk up to this, I finally got some information on my babygirl.

" Speak " I command

" Well her name is Emma Smith, shes 19, her birthday is June 17th, she has a huge dept of $200,000 parents that are nowhere to be found. She lives with her bestfriend Rebecca in a old rundown apartment, and she also attends xxx College. She also works 4 jobs " he says

" Ah thanks " I say with a smirk

" Why did you want her information anyways ? " he asks curiously

" Mind your business "

To that he puts his hands up in a surrendering motion

" Just asking man " he says as he walks towards the door and he hands me the papers

" Where's her address ? " I ask

" It should be on the second sheet of paper "

" Ok thanks now get the hell out of my room "

" Jhezz man rude much " he says as he leaves

' I can finally go see her ' I think to myself as I sit on my bed studying the papers

Later that day

I go to the location I told Louis to meet me. When I arrive I see Louis with a small bag

" Wheres the money Louis "

" I don't have all of it but here's half of it " he says with tears in his eyes

" Louis " I say in a warning tone

" I-I-I'm sorry " he says almost whispering

" P-p-please I beg of y-you dont bring harm to my family "

" Louis all im asking for is my money "

" I-Iknow, b-but I don't have enough "

" Since you dont have my money I guess you chose option 2 now lets go " I say as i knock him unconscious

We arrive at my mansion and I make my way down to my basement with Louis being dragged by his collar

I throw him into the basement and make my way back up the stairs

" When he wakes up cut 2 of his fingers off and leave him down there. Make sure that he doesn't die" I say in a stern tone

" Yes capo " the guard says

Emma's POV

Me and Rebecca went to school the next day, I told the school that I lost my ID and they just gave me a new one and told me that if I lose it again they wont replace it.

Im currently in math doodling on a piece of paper until a random guy walks in and sits next to me.

" hey " is all he says

I look at him weirdly and then say

" hey ?? "

" I'm Zac, I'm new here "

" oh " I say as I blush a little

" I'm Emma nice to meet you "

" your eyes are really pretty " he says smiling showing off his white teeth

" thanks " I say as I feel my face heating up

He was about to say something else but then the bell rings

I made my way out of class and start heading out the school to my second job at a restaurant

It was currently 2:30pm and I started work at 3:00pm and I got off at 8pm , but I had to work my other shift at 7/11 which started at 8:20pm and finished at 1:20am

" this is gonna be a long day " I sigh

Time skip

I just finished my shift at the restaurant and I was currently heading to my job at 7/11

I reached the store and head inside. I change into my uniform and head to the register.

I hear the door open and I looked up to see who it was

" Zac ?! " I say surprised

" Emma ? You work here as well ? " he says

" Yea " I say blushing a bit

" well cool we can keep each other company "

" Yea that sounds fun "

Throughout my entire shift me and Zac got to know each other. Turns out he hates ramen, who the hell hates ramen ? It's literally so cheap and tastes so good.

It was now 1:20am and it was time for me to head home. Zac got off at 3am so he had to stay

" bye Zac see you tomorrow at school " I say waving as I head out the door

" Bye Em " I hear him say

As soon as I got home I took a shower and hopped into bed

As i was slowly drifting into sleep I chuckle thinking about the fun conversations I had with Zac

" school should be fun tomorrow " I say as I drift off into sleep

Emma's POV

Its been a week now that I've known Zac. We've gotten pretty close. Ive noticed that he tends to flirt with me a lot but I just ignored it thinking that it was normal.

Today we both started work at the same time so we were going to walk there together. To be honest I was kinda nervous because this is the first time i ever walked alone somewhere with a guy, but at the same time I felt safe with him

Ive had this feeling that someone had been watching me this past week, but i just let it go

It was now the end of the lecture and me and Zac started making our way out of the school

We were walking for about 10 minutes just talking about random things, until suddenly Zac stops in front of me with a serious look on his face

" Hey Em I've been wanting to tell you something " he says reaching out for my hands

" uh sure ? What did you want to tell me Z ? " i started calling him ' Z ' after we have gotten closer

" i know this is gonna sound weird but, i know I've only known you for a week but i really like you and i want you to be my girlfriend " he says blushing

As i was about to answer i was pulled back by a muscular man

" what the fu- " Zac was saying as he was cut off by a fist hitting his jaw

I was about to scream but a wet clothe was put over my mouth and i drifted into darkness..

Lorenzo's POV

Ive been following Emma for a week now, studying her every movement. Her smile, her laugh, the way her long brown hair flows in the wind, i couldn't help but think that she was perfect

I was upset that my baby had to work all these jobs. Id surely have to find her parents and have a little ' talk ' with them for doing this to my babygirl

I was watching as Emma leaves the school to head to her job at 7/11, i noticed that she wasn't alone and that she was with a man

I was so angry, how dare my babygirl cheat on me. She surely has to be punished for this.

I told one of my men to start following them as they were walking away from the school. For about 10 minutes they were talking until the boy suddenly stands in front of her

I listen closely as to what he was saying

" ..i really like you, and i want you to be my girlfriend " was all i heard

I was enraged, how dare he ask my girl to be his

I saw my baby open her mouth to answer, but before she could answer i got out the car and pulled her back. I told my men to beat up the boy and put him in the trunk

I quickly put a clothe over her mouth to knock her out. I then pick her up bridal style in my arms and carry her to the car

Once we're in the car i kiss her forehead and say " your finally mines "

Emma's POV

I woke up on a big bed

" where am i " i say

Then everything comes back to me

" ZAC ! " i shout

I then see a figure emerge from the shadows

" WHO THE HELL ARE YOU " i scream at him

He chuckles

" watch your tone sweetheart, for now ill let it slide but i wont tell you again " he says darkly

" WHO THE **** ARE YOU ANSWER M-" suddenly my head snaps to the other direction and i feel a stinging pain on my cheek

" d-did you just s-slap me " i gasp

" i warned you Emma watch your mouth "

" h-how do you know my name " i say almost whispering

" oh i know everything about you baby " he says with a smile on his face

I cringe at the name ' baby ' who the hell is he calling baby, just a minute ago he slapped me now hes calling me baby ?

" where's Zac " i say

To that his eyes darken and he walks towards me. I found myself slowing backing up until my back hits the backboard of the bed. His face is now just inches away from my face

" i don't ever want to hear you say his name again. Do i make myself clear ? " he says in a stern voice

I just watch him with wide eyes. Is he serious ? Who the hell does he think he is

" Do. I. Make. Myself. Clear " he says again but in a warning tone

I still stare at him

" ANSWER ! " he screams

" FU*K YOU " before he could answer i slap him and run to the door

I reach the door and twist the handle, but the door did not open. I was screwed.

I quickly run to the corner of the room terrified of what was about to happen next

He walks towards me with his eyes pitch black

He reaches me and grabs me by my neck

" your gonna wish you never did that sweetheart " he says with a dark smirk
