This region was rule over by three university gangs
Half of it was rule over by a group of gangs from Yamuzaki University called Yamakuza and their leader was Hayami Kimura
the other half was rule over by Majimura ganglead by Akira Hayashi from Nakajima University and Majisuki gang lead by Nozomi Yamada from Kobayashi University
((Note: this uniform already belong to some school but let just say it belong to the three university))
Those who saw students with this uniform always has to bow down as the the entire region was taken over by them all
