In the vast grassland, where flowers of different variety bloomed and the trees danced with the wind. In the midst of all the flowers, there was a boy soundly sleeping. His ethereal beauty unmatched. A soft sigh left his lips. He was Kim Taehyung, a boy who grew up in a family of farmers.

Though the work was sometimes difficult, it was absolutely thrilling. He liked how the earth felt on his hand when he planted fruits and vegetables. He liked seeing the product of his hardwork. He was peacefully napping when his mother came shouting.

"Taehyung! Taehyung! Where are you?",his mother shouted from a distance.

Taehyung lifted his head lazily, opening one eye. Due to the flowers covering him, he had to stand up. His mother came rushing to him.

"There you are! How many times have I told you not to take a nap in these fields of flowers?" ,his mother scolded. He just scratched his head and smiled sheepishly.

"Anyways, there's a letter for you. It came from the city.   Do you think it's the scholarship?" ,his mother beamed.

"I don't know." Taehyung just shrugged his shoulders. They were on their way back to the house when his mother stopped him.

"Tae, we will respect your decision. We know you want to stay here and help, but we can take care of ourselves. So we want you to make a good decision. Besides, if you go there, you will graduate and have a good stable job in the future and then you can take us to any place, just like what you always say." ,his mother smiled.

Taehyung looked at her and gave it a thought. He does want to take his parents on a tour and Seoul offers the best universities of law.

"I'll think about it, for now why don't we go and check if it really is a letter from Seoul." He said leading her mother to their house.

When they got there, Taehyung's father was already seated at the table. The letter, lying on the table. They approached him and his father looked up.

"Son" he said, showing him the letter. "This letter came from the city. Open and see what it says" He handed the letter to Taehyung.

Taehyung slowly opened the letter. When he read the content, he couldn't help but be shocked. He really did get the scholarship. He smiled and looked up.

"It is from Seoul University. I got the scholarship and they want me to inquire next week." He said smiling at his parents.

His father hugged him while his mother smiled. "Remember what I told you honey." ,was all she said. They had dinner and after that Taehyung went to bed. He couldn't sleep that night and was wide awake, thinking of what he should do. After thinking all night he finally came to a solution.

It's worth a try. He told his parents his decision that morning and they were astounded.

"I love you so much!" ,his mother cried hugging him. "And I'm so proud of you" ,his father said. They prepared all the things he might need in school. Now all he had to do was to wait for the coming week.

Time flew by and there he was, standing in front of the large gate of the university. He went to the office inquiring about where he will be staying and they gave him his room number. Apparently his roommate was already there.

When he entered, he gasped. It was a small and simple dorm but it was beautiful. On one side many posters of different musicians hung on the wall indicating his roommate's side of the room. He looked at the other side and saw a neatly prepared bed. His roommate must have prepared for his arrival.

He was setting his things when the door of the bathroom burst open. "Hit me baby one more time~" A short man with only a towel wrapped around his waist emerged singing one of Britney Spear's songs. When he turned around he screamed and so did Taehyung.

After the encounter, the man introduced himself. His name was Park Jimin and he was majoring in dance. He apologized multiple times for his entrance. Taehyung just laughed and said it was okay. He seemed to like the guy for he was bubbly and friendly.

Jimin offered to tour him around the campus. When they were outside Jimin left and went somewhere, asking Taehyung to wait for him. He was standing near the gate when suddenly a black luxurious car came speeding towards him. He widened his eyes. He was going to die. He froze and closed his eyes out of fear and waited for the impact but nothing happened. Death couldn't be that painless, right?

He slowly opened his eyes and saw the car stop just in front of him and then the driver came out. Raven hair covered his eyes, and his masculine figure was tempting. The man looked at him coldly before leaving. A bunch of girls started to surround him but he didn't seem to care.

Yes, Taehyung was gay and his parents knew that. They loved him too much to not accept him as he was.

Jimin came back, frowning after he had seen Jungkook giving Taehyung a cold stare. "That's Jeon Jungkook if you're wondering. A cold hearted man and the son of a well known businessman. And they are his friends." Jimin said when three men exited the car right after Jungkook. The first one seemed moody and unbothered, the second looked smart while the third one radiated happy vibes.

Jungkook looked back at Taehyung and glared at him. Probably because Taehyung was looked like a creep for he didn't realize he had been staring at him for so long. He immediately looked away at the intimidating glare. Great, he already had someone who hated him.

It had already been a week since the incident. Some people were nice and some were like those typical bullies. He didn't mind though because he had Jimin. The other helped him cope up with everything. He also came to know that Jimin was gay too so at least he wouldn't be uncomfortable living with him.

One morning when they were walking down the hallways of the university, they saw a handsome man wearing a pink sweater. He was blowing kisses to everyone passing by. Many people just chuckled while some actually returned it. Then they saw one of Jungkook's friend, the smart one, coming from behind the pink sweater man attempting to stop him.

It was a fascinating sight for Taehyung for the pink sweater man had started hitting the smart guy, playfully ofcourse.

"Why the hell did you stop me?" The pink man said, almost shouting at the other.

"Do you know they needed those kisses to prepare themselves for this excruciating day?" ,he continued, still hitting the man.

"Then give all of them to me! Why do you need to give it to them?" The man argued while trying to block the pink sweatered man' hit.

"I give special kisses to you don't I?" The pink sweatered man stopped hitting him and pouted.

"Oh baby, I'm sorry and you're right it's just that some actually returned it. I was jealous so I tried to stop you rather than breaking the noses of everyone." The man said and the pink sweater guy just chuckled.

"Oh Joon, you always break things." The pink sweater guy teased.

"Oh come on! I never intended to break things." The smart guy whined.

"Jinnnnn!!" A loud shout was heard from the hallways and the same energetic man who always seemed to radiate happiness came running. His shouts earned him stares from the other students.

"Hobi!" The pink sweater man whose name was Jin waved. He was crushed by a hug from Hobi or Hoseok.

"Hey Yoongi! Jungkook!" He greeted the other two who were following Hoseok.

The man with the I-don't-give-a-sh!t look just grunted. He must be Yoongi, Taehyung thought. Jungkook on the other hand didn't say anything. Jungkook was scanning the area when he locked eyes with Taehyung who was already looking at him. They maintained their eye contact for a while until Jin noticed.

"Do you know them?" He asked looking at Taehyung and Jimin.

"No." Jungkook simply said and looked away. Hoseok, however recognized Jimin.

"Oh, I know him!" He pointed at Jimin who was oblivious to what was happening because he was stealing glances at Yoongi.

"We have classes together. He's a dance major. The guy beside him must be the new student from Daegu." He continued this time pointing at Taehyung.

"They must be nice then and they seem simple unlike others." Jin said scanning the two. Taehyung was becoming self conscious under their stares so he pulled Jimin with him so that they could get away from them.

Since the two of them had different majors, they needed to separate ways.

"Bye Tae! See you later at lunch." Jimin said while waving and Taehyung waved back. When Jimin was out of site, he sighed, not wanting to be alone.

His first subject was Politics. He slowly went to his designated room and sat on the seat at the very end of the room. He wanted to keep a low profile. He was calmly seated when three girls came to him.

"You must be the scholar student." One with long hair and bangs covering her forehead said to him.

"Yeah Lisa he is. I mean, just looked at how he is dressed." ,the second one said.

"Nancy, did you only see his clothes? Look at his face, he is quite handsome. " ,the third one said.

Irene, the third one was about to grab one of his books but was stopped by a firm masculine grip on her wrist. The three girls were shocked when they saw Jungkook. Taehyung was shocked too for he didn't expect Jungkook to intervene like that.

The girls' demeanor changed to a flirty one and Irene spoke, "Jungkook oppa!" She batted her eyelashes but Jungkook was not amused for he still had a blank expression.

"Can you move? You are blocking my way.",he said while making his way towards the chair beside Taehyung's.

Taehyung froze in his seat. Did the Jeon Jungkook sit beside him? The girls huffed and soon left. Taehyung was about to get up and find another seat but the door opened and the professor came in.

He marked the attendence and said, "The seats that you are sitting on will be your permanent seats for the entire year. I don't want anyone changing seats everytime. This way I can recognize you and remember your names." The professor said sternly looking at all of them. Taehyung widened his eyes and groaned. Great, now he will be stuck with Jungkook for the whole year.

It was lunch time soon and Taehyung met Jimin in the cafeteria. They were enjoying their food and talking when suddenly two guys from the hallway earlier that morning or well, Jungkook's friendscame to them.

"Hi! I'm Jung Hoseok"

"And I'm Kim Seokjin" ,they said while introducing themselves.

"Do you mind if we eat lunch with you?" ,Jin asked the them. They just shook their head while Hoseok and Jin sat down.

"We want to be your friends!" ,Hoseok said happily.

"You are Jimin, right? We have the same major! And you must be Taehyung" he said while looking at them.

"Yeah" they responded.

"Oh, you don't mind if our other friends join us, do you?" Jin asked them. Without even waiting for their reply, Jin called his other friends over.

"Jungkook! Yoongi! Namjoon! over here!" He said while waving. Jimin and Taehyung could just look at Jin with surprise.

"We've been looking for you in the whole cafeteria!" Namjoon said. He saw Taehyung and Jimin and greeted them. They two greeted back. When Taehyung looked up, his breath hitched. His eyes met Jungkook's cold ones. Now he had to spend lunch break with him.

Could his day get any better?

The tension in the air was thick. No one knew how to start a conversation but eventually Jin cleared his throat and said, "So, are you guys Freshmen? This is my last year of college. Joon here, is a Junior year along with Yoongi."

"Yeah, we both are Freshers." Jimin said awkwardly. They weren't used to sitting with the popular group and being in the spotlight.

"Oh, then that means you guys are one year behind us! We are Sophomores." Hoseok said putting his hand on Jungkook's shoulder. Jimin and Taehyung thought Jungkook would brush Hoseok's hand away but they were surprised when Jungkook didn't really react.

"Really? Then what are you guys majoring in?" Jimin mustered the courage to ask. Jin proudly smiled and said. "I am majoring HRM and when I'm done with university, I want to start a simple cafe for a start" he said.

"Jimin, you already know that we are majoring in dance!" Hoseok whined while Jimin laughed, " Sorry hyung." he said.

"Anyway, Yoongi and Jungkook are both majoring in business and Namjoon hyung is majoring in medicine." Hoseok continued. Jimin looked towards Yoongi but the man was already staring at him.

"You're cute" ,he suddenly said. Jimin's face flushed at the sudden compliment. "Th-thank you?" Jimin answered questioningly. He wasn't sure of what to say. "Do you guys have girlfriends? Or well, boyfriends?" Jin suddenly asked.

The both panicked at the question for they weren't sure if the guys would laugh or be disgusted at them when they wouldn't tell them that they are gay. "Because as you guys probably know, Namjoon is my boyfriend. So you guys better keep your eyes off him" Jin warned. Namjoon awkwardly scratched his head and smiled.

Jimin and Taehyung were relieved for they weren't homophobic. "Um, no we don't have one. We are too busy with university to think about that." ,Taehyung shyly said.

"Ohh, that is weird because you guys are so cute and handsome that anyone might fall for you" ,Jin said.

"But of course, I am more handsome than anyone!" he sassily said while flipping his non existent long hair.

The two laughed and finally the tension decreased. Jungkook didn't say anything at all and all Yoongi did was to stare at Jimin the whole time due to which Jimin's face was so red that one might think he has fever.

Soon the bell rang, indicating the end of lunch break. They sadly bid their good-byes. Jin, wiped his fake tears and said, "I will see you soon babies." ,while Namjoon dragged him away. "Uh, sorry about this." he said, struggling to have a firm grip on Jin. "Don't worry hyung, it's fine!" Jimin and Taehyung laughed.

Yoongi, Hoseok and Jungkook were still there, sitting at the table. Hoseok said, "Let's go Chim!"

"I'm coming with you" ,Yoongi said, monotonously. "But isn't your department on the other side?" Hoseok asked raising his eyebrows. "So? That doesn't mean I can't go to yours." He retorted. Hoseok didn't say anything and shrugged. He held Jimin's hand and led the way while Yoongi followed them.

Jimin looked back at Taehyung and mouthed 'Good luck, I'll see you later.' Taehyung sighed and was about to leave for his class when Jungkook spoke, "Your next subject is finance, right?" Taehyung froze and then slowly nodded. Jungkook walked past him.

'What?-' Taehyung thought when Jungkook turned around and said, "Well? Are you just gonna stand there? Aren't you going to the class?" Taehyung's eyes' widened and scrambled towards him. He didn't know this class too was with Jungkook.

After their classes Taehyung went back to their dorm. He slumped in his bed for he was so tired.

"Hey Tae!" Jimin said coming out of the bathroom. "Oh hey, how come Yoongi hyung joined you earlier?" He couldn't help but ask that. "Well, I don't know either. But he said it wasn't our problem and when we reached our room he suddenly stopped and said, 'You know what? I really think I am on the wrong path' and went back. Me and Hoseok hyung just stared at him" Jimin said laughing.

Taehyung smiled at that. At least Yoongi hyung was humorous even though he seemed cold.

"But what surprised me is that he came to our room saying he will accompany me to our dorm. And you know that I have a crush on him so I couldn't refuse. It was an opportunity to know him more, afterall." Jimin continued.

Taehyung raised an eyebrow at that. Seemed like Yoongi hyung was making the first move.

"What about you? Your crush talked to you?" He asked wiggling his eyebrows. Taehyung sighed. The crush that Jimin was talking about was Jungkook. After their firsr encounter, Taehyung couldn't get him out of his mind.

Taehyung hated it when he was near the other because of his glare and because his heartbeat increased rapidly. So he preferred to admire him from afar where he wouldn't be noticed.

"No, he only asked about my next class because apparently we have the same one again!" he whined.

Jimin clapped out of joy, "But that's good! You can maybe, you know, get to know him." He beamed at him. "But you know I hate being around him because he keeps on glaring at me for God knows what reason!" He whined and threw his hands in the air.

"You're just overreacting! Hoseok said that he is a good guy. It's just that he is overworked from practising how to manage their company then their is university too. That's all." Jimin explained to Taehyung.

"He's already practising? But he's still in college." Taehyung raised an eyebrow at the information.

"Yeah but he is the only heir of his father's company. Also I think Jungkook will finish school earlier because he is advancing some of his subjects. Hoseok told me about this." ,he said. Taehyung was astounded at the information.

'Jungkook sure is intelligent and is excelling in all his subjects.', thought Taehyung. Soon enough, he fell asleep while thinking about Jungkook.
