HI I'm Athena Scarlet I'm 16 years old. My dad died when I was just 10 years old so for now I have only my mom and grandma .Well my grandma died not so long ago so I live with my mom now. Im studying in Athens University, and this is where my story begins.

Every day I woke up in the morning at exactly 6 am to get ready for school, we'll I'm not quiet popular in school and I don't have a lots of friends but I have a best friend her name is Jennie.

(Athena arrived at the school gate).

Jennie: There you are I've been waiting here for years finally you came.

Jennie is my best friend since preschool if I have a most trusted person well that is Jennie for sure.

Athena:I'm sorry just got stuck in the traffic.

Jennie: Ok I'll forgive you but you have to treat me as a compensation haha.

Athena: ok.

Jennie: Athena?

Athena: Yes?

Jennie: I have something to tell you.

Athena: What is it?

Jennie: Well, I have a crush on somebody.

Athena:And?

Jennie: Well I just want to share it to you, actually he's a transferred students from abroad but I heard that he lives here before.

Athena: Who is it then?

Jennie: His name is Ethan Goldstein.

Athena: Ethan Goldstein? the popstar Ethan Goldstein?

Jennie: Yes do you know him somehow?

Athena: Of course who doesn't anyway?

(Throwback)

I know you're wondering who is Ethan Goldstein well let me tell you a story Ethan Goldstein is my childhood friend we are just in the same age, he migrated in Canada at the age of 6 because her mom has to work there so since then we haven't seen each other.And her mom and my mom were besties before.Our story started when we were just 6 years old, well actually my mom just told me this story , the story is about a boy who promise a girl that he will marry her even though she's ugly or fat. Yes that boy was Ethan and I was the little girl back then,back then I was a chubby girl that nobody wants to be my friend because I'm fat no one will want to be my friend and play with me.Some kids bully me at the playground because I'm fat so I end up playing alone and crying. While crying Ethan saw me at the slide alone because no one would want to play with me.So he approaches me.

Ethan: Hi? why are you playing here alone? why are you crying? who hurt you? are you ok?

Athena: nothing. Why are talking to me can't you see I'm fat and ugly that no one's want to play with me (while crying).

Ethan:It's ok we can play, just the two of us no one will hurt you, I promise I'll protect you so stop crying ok?

Athena: Are you not scared with me?

Ethan: why would I?

Athena: Because I'm fat and ugly.

Ethan: You're absolutely not, you're not fat or ugly remember the " beauty is in the eye of the beholder " so stop crying ok.

Athena: Well if I'm not ugly are you willing to marry me ?

Ethan: Of course why not?

Athena: promise?

Ethan: promise.

After Ethan promise me in the playground, we meet the other day .

Ethan:Athena!

Athena:here

Ethan: Athena I have something to tell you

Athena: what is it?

Ethan: mom and I have to leave here, I have to go with my mom.

Athena: why? when will you be back? tomorrow?

Ethan: No it's not like that what I mean is for good, we have to leave because my mom has to manage our company abroad

Athena: you mean your leaving me alone? (crying)

Ethan: Im sorry Athena but promise Ill comeback for you.

Athena: you lied to me you said you will never leave me you even promise to marry me you are just like those jerks who bullies me.

Ethan: please dont be sad Ill promise Ill be back just wait for me ok?

Athena: really?

Ethan: promise

Athena: pinky promise?

Ethan: pinky promise. Ill even write to you everyday. Just promise me that youll wait for me

Athena: ok.

Ethan's mom: Ethan! hurry we're leaving

Ethan: ok I have to go now

Athena: ok good bye, take care ,(while waving)

Ethan: bye (waving back inside the car)

Ethan's mom: is that Athena?

Ethan: yes mom and she's my bestfriend mom

Ethan's mom: really Im glad to hear

Inside the Plane

Ethan: mom? when will be going back?

Ethan's mom: well Im not sure baby because I have a lot of works waiting for me abroad the company is unstable for now it will take some time before we can manage to come back

Ethan: Is that so?(sad)

Ethan's mom: yes baby Im so sorry I know it's hard for you to leave Athena here but we have to go

Ethan: I understand

Ethan's mom: dont be sad baby I promise you that once my work is done and the company is stable we will comeback ok?

Ethan: ok mom I will help you so we can go back soon( happy)

Ethan's mom: very good baby, well can I ask why are you so eager to comeback? we just left .

Ethan: well it's Athena I promise her

Ethan's mom: and what did you promise her?

Ethan: I have promise that I will marry her once we comeback

Ethan's mom: really?(forcing not to laugh)

Ethan: yes. why are you laughing?

Ethan's mom: well you cant be marry her yet youre still a kid

Ethan: then when can I marry her?

Ethan's mom: well when you reach the legal age and have a work to provide your own family

Ethan: then I will study well so I can have a work and marry her

Ethan's mom: ok.

Then her mom remember a promise with the family of Athena way back then

After some years Ethan lost contact with Athena and that's the reason why he can't write a letter to her just like he promise

And that is the end of our throwback

And because on what happened Ethan can't write to Athena, she thought Ethan have break his promise to her that he already forgot what happened or what he promise that day.

Athena's POV

Ugh I don't want to recall what happen that day it was just all a lie but here I am still hoping I'm so stupid to believe him ugh why do he have to comeback

Athena:(In a daze in the cafe while remembering the past)

Jennie: hey?! Still there? Is there something wrong?

Athena: oh (awaken) no nothing I just remember something hehe

Suddenly her phone rings

Athena:(answered the phone) Hello?

Voice in the phone: Athena? Where are you?

Athena: mom? I'm with my friend on a cafe

Athena's mom: Comeback now I have something to discuss with you

Athena: OK mom wait for me at home bye (hung up)

Athena: Jennie, I'm so sorry but I have to go now my mom just called it sounds serious.

Jennie: it's OK go now let's just meet tomorrow at school

Athena: see you tomorrow byee

Jennie: bye take care

And Athena leave Jennie at the cafe to go home

Athena just arrived at her house. Once she open the door she saw her mother on the living room with some one as if they were waiting for her.

Athena: mom

Athens's mom: ow here she is finally you came we were waiting for you. Remember Auntie Rosy? And Ethan?

Athena: hi auntie long time no see

Ethan's mom: owww look  how you've grown it's been so long since the last time I saw you. you were just little back then look at you now . Ethan say hi to Athena remember you two used to play with each other when you were young back then.

Ethan: hi Athena it's been long since the last time I saw you

Athena: hello, yeah it's been 10? Years? Haha long time how are you?

Ethan's mom: OK kids we will leave you we will discuss about something at the study OK just talk with each other

Ethan & Athena: OK sure

Then their mothers go to the study to discuss about something

Ethan: hi (shy) how are you?

Athena : I'm fine how about you? How ya doin?

Ethan: I've been great

Athena: well it's been long ( in a cold voice) what brings you here?

Ethan: I miss you ( suddenly)

Athena: (in shock) what?

Ethan: I've missed you remember the promise I've made before I went to canada?

Athena: of course  don't tell me you've taken it seriously hehe ( in a cold tone)

Ethan: ofcourse not I just remembered  (embarass)

Athena: ofcourse haha (feeling sad)

Athena feels sad when she heard Ethan said those words, because she's hoping that he will insist on the thing happen back then, Ethan feel the same

Athena: the I'll leave you now I will changed my clothes

Then suddenly their mothers walk out the study room

Ethan's mom: wait stay right there

Athena's mom: we have something to discuss with you two

Athena& Ethan: about what?

Athena's mom: remember before your dad died he said that you have to prepare your self because you have to marry someone. Well he also said that Ethan is the one who will marry you but if it doesn't work out for the both of you, we'll actually you don't have a choice, you have to make it work

Athena:  what?!

Ethan's mom: yes you heard it right and one more thing. We will leave you two here in this house for a month because we have some business trip so we're hoping that you will help each other I know you are not ready for this because you're still too young  but at least you can prepare your self for what is going to happen.

Athena's mom: all is settled then Athena go change your clothes and be ready for dinner. Mr. Wood please show the young master where he will be staying

Mr Wood: OK

Dinner

Ethan's mom: Ethan I already arranged your paper for your school you will go to the same school as Athena

Ethan: OK mom

Athena: but I'm just studying on a public school

Ethan's mom: I know but you two have to work on your relationship that's why we want you to study in a same school I already know why you want study on a public school it's because you don't want people to know that your a heiress of the Scarlets

Athena: ok (stand up) I'm already full please don't mind me.

Athena's mom: let her be maybe she just needs time to accept the truth
