It was summer time in London, yet his eyes were cold. Those eyes said something, hid something. What was it?

He never came out of it. As if he never wished to. But that's not possible, he was young. Innocent. But those eyes surely hid something from the world... One could feel how sad he was.

Fang lie the Lie family's only son. Young, about 20 years old. Yet wasn't enthusiastic. As if he suffered a lot. But the Lie family was very popular, very kind, then what could be the reason?

He doesn't go out much, just library and home.

But everyone has a fate. He was lucky today...

"Ouch " Iam sorry. A sweet voice.

Both fell onto the ground. He could only see her eyes, so beautiful, full of hope, cheerful.

"Please don't move, stay like this " She said hiding herself in his jacket.

He could feel his heart throbbing. Felt its presence after so many years. Who is she?

After few minutes, she got up and introduced herself.

"hi, Iam Kimberley, what about you?"

He said nothing just stared her eyes, as if searching something. Hope, is it?

" Well, thanks for helping me, those thugs were behind me for so long, Iam new here. I don't know them I just happened to laugh at their appearance and they approached me like prancing tigers. They were fierce. Well y don't u say something?"

He did not speak, but why?

She resumed. " You don't speak? , that's OK. I actually came here for a trip, I love this place. Our orphanage was sponsored by some Lie's group here. Kind of them... People are kind here. Except those thugs!What happened you know the Lie's? "

Someone from behind approached her.

" miss Su, weren't you asked not to talk to strangers, u may run into trouble soon. "

" he is my friend, aren't we? " she said and lifted her hand for a shake hand.

Unbelievably his approached too. A Small touch of hands, and they were parted. She was hurried back.

" young master , its about to rain, we should move back home " said one of his bodyguards.

He looked down and noticed something. A Beautiful pearl earing, probably her's. He lifted it and smiled at it.

All the gods and goddesses of the heaven's would have stood startled. This boy could smile?.so were his bodyguards. Both smiled at each other, surprised. He put them in his vallet and rushed into the car.

All the way home he just stared at her earring. Beautiful and bright as she was. He never felt this good in his life, atleast after what happened eleven years ago, he never felt this good.

Back home, unlike everyday he did not enter his room , something unusual happened. Where did he go then?

Soon all the members residing at THE LIE'S were surrounded by a very beautiful melody. Something which all were eager for, happened, Even the walls of the house were enchanted.

It was years ago he touched it. Even every digits of the keyboard yearned for his professional and gentle touch. How smooth they ran throughout every digits, he used. Indeed the essence was still there. He did not forget it. It did create the earlier smooth and melodious sound, which everyone present there loved.

'Shades of love', he used to play it when he was very young,eleven years before. But now what happened all of a sudden.

All the members of the Li's had assembled out of the huge room, almost a huge commosion.

Mrs. Li was all in tears. She had dreamt it for so long. She wanted her old son back.

She gathered about what happened at the general library, and was surprised that he was happy because of a girl?

"No matter what, my son has smiled after so many years, let jesus bless the child."she said.

She cleared all the commotion outside the room, amd gently went near her son. Holding her hands in prayer, she was in tears.

When his hands paused and his eyes opened, he smiled. Poor mother, she felt heavens!

She gently went near him, kissed his for head and said "Bless the child, who brought ur smile back. Who's she? U know her?"

He did not answer. Kept quiet as usual, but there was that smile still on his face. As if he was enchanted by something, or is it someone?

" dear little Li, mother wants to know who she is! Does she resemble little mo? "

He nodded no. But he kept quiet!

" OK, then mother will not bother u anymore. She is happy seeing u smile. Bless u my child" she said and turned to leave.

Then something stopped her. Someone held her hands. Ofcourse it was her son, little Li.

"I like her!" surprisingly he said.

She gave a gentle smile, as if she knew it earlier when he nodded. She touched his head and smiled again and left the room.

He took the earring from his pocket and smiled again.

"Kim, will I meet you again?"

Few days passed he spent his most of the time in his music room. He indeed loved music. It gave him hope. Back then when he lost his dear sister, he lost his hope. But now someone gave him hope. Ofcourse she had something in her eyes. That was very well visible.

AT THE CLEFTON GUEST HOUSE

"Mr. Clara, do you have someone among ur children called, Su Kimberley?

I wanted to meet that child!" said Mrs. Li

"ya, ofcourse, a very sweet child. She had been with us for so long. I'll send her now to u!" madam Clara ( incharge of the HAPPINESS orphanage home) said.

A very kind women. Looked like Mother Teresa. But she had always loved Kimberley the more, among all. And why not? She was with her for so long, and was even much matured than her age.

Few minutes later. Gentle footsteps were heard. A sweet and very beautiful girl appeared at the door. Her look was impressive,simple but attractive.

Very gently she entered the room wished Madam Clara and looked at the visitor.

Ms. Clara introduced her to the visitor. Mrs. Lie ofcourse was impressed by her politeness.

"It's really kind of people like u to fund for our orphanage Miss, we are extremely grateful for that" a sweet voice spoke.

"Hmm, that's because I love children. Well tell me dear, do you like this place? How is it all here?". A very kind Mrs Lie spoke.

"It's really nice here. People are so good! I even made few friends too. We did visit a lot places here. Beautiful in deed!"

This was enough for her. She liked this place. That's it.

"Ms Clara, I like this child. Can I take her with me for few hours? I promise to return her before dusk." that was what she had in her mind when she decided to visit there.

Ms Clara knew about little Mo. So it was natural for a mother to like such a beautiful child. But ofcourse Kimberly was herself very impressive.

Clara could see kimberley staring at her. But she did not know what she wanted, and it would not be good to ask in front of the visitor too. She went near her and said, "our Kimberley likes to visit places, Mrs. Lie has got a son, almost of ur age. Iam sure my Kimberley will like to go there!" She said this and gave a gentle pat on her back.

Kimberley understood miss Clara did not want to offend the visitor. But that was fine she has to just accompany her. Visit her house, talk for sometime and return back. It was all safe. Nothing bad. So she said "ofcourse, I don't know y I should say no!"

Then Mrs. Lie took the leave with her. Soon she was in the car. She did have a wonderful chat with Mrs lie. What a kind women, one would love to have such a mother she thought.

Soon they reached THE LIE'S. wow, what a big mansion...

Mrs. Lie gently held her hands and took her inside. All the way this 18 yr old girl was welcomed like a princess. She wondered how they knew about her coming.

Mrs. Lie showed her few rooms and then took her to the living room. There they had a very wonderful talk. Though Ms Clara was so good to her, but Kimberley never felt the warmth of a mother whenever Ms Clara kissed her. This person was something different,and she even noticed that the entire room was filled with photos of the lie's.

After few minutes when Mrs lie felt satisfied to make her comfortable she told her about her son.

Poor mother, how much pain does she hold. She would definitely want to help her. Though she never understood how she could, but she promised herself she would do every thing which she can. In few words she liked Mrs lie, her motherly love for her son and ofcourse she felt pity on her helplessness.

Soon she followed Mrs lie to the music room. There outside she was again welcomed warmly. One of them even bowed in front of her and adressed her as 'young mistress'!
